Ejendom godt beliggende med havudsigt. Dejlig udsigt over Estepona Town og Seaview fra balkonen, begge soveværelser og endda siddende i loungeområdet.
Ejendom er møbleret og udstyret til fremragende høj standard.
-Løft adgang til ejendommen fra den underjordiske parkeringsplads. Nem adgang til elevatorområdet fra både parkeringsplads og fortov til blokering. Ejendom er på 4. sal (kun en etage over os med penthouse øverst).
Sikkerhed: dør med firdobbelt dørlås. Spionhul indendørs; Intercomtelefon til hovedindgangen. Safe for værdigenstande. Meget sikker ejendom.
To værelses lejlighed med egen privat garageplads bestående af:

Det har et fuldt udstyret køkken med masser af skabsplads. Lidl og Mercadona supermarkeder 3 minutters gang.
Tæt på marinaen, et af de foretrukne steder til frokost eller aftenmåltid - du kan spise udendørs og vælge et stort udvalg af lokale og internationale restauranter. Du finder fremragende kinesisk og italiensk mad, hautekøkken, lækre lokale friske fiskeretter og selvfølgelig den uundgåelige paella. Mange faciliteter inden for gåafstand fra lejligheden.
Det gamle spanske torv og byen ligger en kort gåtur - også et ideelt sted til frokost eller aftenmåltid.
Ejendommens placering er perfekt til enten marinaen eller den gamle bydel - begge inden for gåafstand.
Det er perfekt til shopping til alle dine self catering behov.
AP-7 er kun 5 minutter væk med bil så let at besøge, besøg Selwo, Marbella, Puerta Banus eller mange andre turistattraktioner.
Ejendommen ligger ikke midt i byen, men har adgang til byen. Mange gæster betragter dette som et perfekt sted.

The only disappointment for me was that the balcony was quite small and the air conditioning units encroached upon what space there was.

It's the fourth time we rent Brian and Mary's lovely home in Estepona. As the previous years, the flat is always clean and spotless, well equipped and the communication with Mary and Dawn is excellent. All was made to make us feel at home, and we appreciate all the kind gestures. As always, the accommodation listing is extremely accurate, and the location is perfect: while the underground parking (with close and direct access to the apartment floor) is a big plus, we didn't need the car within Estepona.

A good experience all round. Communication with owner and agent was easy and helpful. The flat is like home from home, particularly the kitchen. The lounge furniture really comfy and the TV very simple to operate. The balcony had a great view with good stable chairs and table. We will return, thank you

Stayed here for 6 weeks, great location. Apartment had absolutely everything needed to make our stay enjoyable.On arrival we were greeted by Dawn, very warm welcome and the apartment very clean and beautifully presented. Dawn also took the time to impart her knowledge of Estepona pointing out various locations etc.We had our car with us and the underground parking was ideal, safe and secure.Due to it being winter time we did not use the pool, had a quick look though and looked lovely and inviting.Mary our host, brilliant all the way through booking and during our stay, emailing us to make sure all was okay with our stay etc.

Wonderful stay

We returned to Mary's beautiful flat in Estepona, and like the previous stay, everything was spotless and perfect: the communication, the booking, the check-in and checkout, the kind availability of Mary and Dawn. The installations are superb, exactly as advertised. The location is great for us, close to the beach (we walked), but in a residential area, so it's rather calm and soothing.

What a find!

We had a fabulous week in this apartment. Centrally located, and very close to a lovely communal pool which we had to ourselves often! A very comfortable apartment with plenty of space. Would thoroughly recommend, and will certainly be rebooking in the future. It was one of the most relaxing holidays we have had.

Fantastic getaway

The apartment was amazing everything you would need even down to a sewing kit,firstaid box variety of tv programs. Views of the sea,underground parking lift to apartment which was really good as I took my elderly mum. Good communication with owner , and the lady who showed us around the apartment, thank you

This accommodation is really home away from home. From the booking, to the follow up, the arrival preparation, the check-in / welcome, and check-out, the experience is warm and efficient. You feel at home at all times, literally. It’s worth to note that it’s our third summer vacation in the same home, and we simply love it. Also we’ve seen further nice additions and improvements this year, so it’s even better for our family of four. On another hand, the accommodation listing is very accurate, the swimming pool is very nice and large enough even for the afternoons crowds (in the mornings there’s virtually nobody); also, the parking spot is right to the lift, and the access to the garage is very easy. Finally, to the risk of repeating myself, we find the location perfect: a residential area at a walking distance from downtown and the beach.

Lovely appartment

This apartment has all you need for a holiday stay. I liked the fact that there were plenty of (non edible) provisions such as kitchen towel, washing up liquid, foil, coffee etc. very clean and it was great to have all the English channels including sky sports + golf channel. The area is safe, 10 minute walk to the Marina and 20 mins walk to town. The marina had some great restaurants (recommend El Cazador) and also has a Sunday Market. Just 5 mins from the apartment there is a great Wednesday Market. Overall a great stay, thank you Mary and Dawn.

Winter break Jan 2024

The apartment is bright and airy and very comfortable, with a very well stocked kitchen including coffee machine. It’s well located to explore Estapona on foot, being easy to walk to the Port and Old town. It’s easy to get to and from the main road/motorway for exploring further a field. There are supermarkets 10 mins walk away. Mary and Dawn are very easy to contact and super helpful. Would recommend

Exceptional apartment

We loved everything in Mary’s apartment: the location, close to downtown, the paseo maritimo, and the port / marina, and also close to two supermarkets. The underground parking and the swimming pool are two big plusses. As for the flat itself, it is exactly as advertised: lovely residence in a quiet neighborhood, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen, like at home. Mary and Dawn were available and responded promptly to our requests. We were very lucky to be able to rent the apartment.

Excellent Estepona apartment. Good location.

We stayed at this apartment for 15 nights part October/November 2024. Very good location walking distance to two supermarkets and the traffic free seafront. Two spacious bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Large bathroom, small shower room. Located on the 4th floor, views over the town with sea in the distance. The TV set up is possibly one of the best and easiest to use we have come across for UK channels. Parking in Estepona is a real problem but the inclusion of an underground carpark and the lift a great bonus. If driving is no problem getting around the town is fairly easy once the road layout is fathomed. However, no vehicles are allowed on or near the seafront but there are 2 underground carparks under the seafront. Charges are very reasonable. In addition, there is another underground carpark close to the Orchid house. A little disappointing as few orchids were in flower but does have an impressive 3 tier waterfall. It should be noted that there is some traffic noise. Not too intrusive as due to the appalling weather all the windows etc. were closed but in summer......We found the shower temperature difficult to control. Either scalding or freezing cold. No in-between. In both the bathroom and the shower room there is nowhere to put anything except the floor or around the edge of the bath. Due to our unavoidable arrival times, we were charged 30Euros cash extra on arrival. This charge should be made clear at the time of booking and not after the completed booking.

One thing - the contract terms given at booking through Vrbo provide information on the late night charge. Lovely clean apartment in a residential block, minimal traffic noise at night but only until 11ish. Great position, 10 minutes walk from marina/town/beach, great Super Cor supermarket across the road, Lidl and Mercadona 5/6 mins walk. Lots of small bars and cafes nearby, restaurants at the marina and in town.....you will not go hungry here!! Good uncrowded beach all along left of the marina with a great promenade walk. Apartment has all you have at home, including an air fryer, so it's eat in or dine out. Bedrooms comfortable, bathrooms excellent. Pool not available on this visit unfortunately. The TV has all the channels you need including all Sky sports (fantastic!), TNT sports and other entertainment channels for everyone. On 4th floor serviced by a lift, with a lovely sea view and over the old town. Good bus connections to and from airport and elsewhere. Manager Dawn was brilliant and efficient helping instantly with any queries. Overall an enjoyable stay in a beautiful area.

Estupenda estancia

Hemos estado alojados con nuestros 2 hijos pequeños y el apartamento nos ha parecido estupendo con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Piscina cerca del apartamento donde hemos disfrutado todos sobre todo a las mañanas con muy poca gente. Punto fuerte el garaje en el propio edificio con acceso desde el ascensor.

Appartement au top!!!

Logement très propre, quartier très calme. Le garage en sous sol est tres appréciable et la piscine de la résidence permet d alterner avec la plage c est vraiment sympa! Il ne manque rien pour profiter du séjour et Dawn qui vous accueillera est charmante et très serviable ! Sincèrement c est un logement que je recommande .

A winter break in Estepona

We have spent a very pleasant two months in Estepona. The apartment was very comfortable and in a very good position allowing us to walk to the harbour, beach and the Old Town. Dawn was extremely helpful with everything and she was there if we needed.

Excellent appart tout confort

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la personne qui nous a réceptionné a été très flexible car c est compliqué de connaître l heure d arrivée quand on vient de loin en voiture. L appartement est propre spacieux et équipé du nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Il est un peu excentré ce qui évite le bruit des soirées animées espagnoles tout en étant proches du bord de plage et du centre urbain . Le parking en sous sol est très appreciable et la piscine de la résidence permet d alterner avec la plage .

Estupenda estancia en Estepona

Hemos estado muy cómodos, el piso bien ubicado y muy bien equipado, con piscina, plaza de garaje, aire acondicionado, una pequeña terraza y muy buenas vistas…. La propietaria Mary muy amable y atenta. Relación calidad - precio fenomenal. Y la ciudad Estepona nos ha gustado mucho, preciosa con su callejuelas con flores y muy disfrutable. Unas vacaciones de 10!!

Brian and I live in West Midlands, UK. Brian and I are retired now (formerly Driving Instructor and Operations Manager) We have 5 grandchildren - Ellie, Sam, Isabelle, Noah and Grace. We decided to buy a property in Estepona because of its wonderful location and scenery. We have fallen in love with this beautiful area. The location of the apartment is ideal to walk to the beach, the port, to the old town shops and much more. We get many compliments from guests. Everything you need to enjoy your holiday is there for you and your family.

We are involved in the local Elim Pentecostal Church. We have been part of mission to Tanzania, East Africa on 6 occasions which we found rewarding and challenging. Mary enjoys looking after her allotment, Brian doesn't always enjoy what Mary has grown!

We purchased the property 'off plan' in 2009. It took a few years to get completion but now it has all been worth it. The area is a perfect location for either a total chill - just sitting on the balcony watching the world go by, a stroll to the beach or the Port or looking round the Spanish Town and shops.
We have added wi fi and full English TV.
The apartment is well looked after, has excellent quality furniture and is popular with guests.

We enjoy the convenient location of the property. Ideal to pop down the road to buy fresh rolls for breakfast and get some fresh fruit. The property never seems to get hot and stuffy and is always welcoming when you return from a day on the beach or a day trip. There is also something good about the fragrance as you walk into the foyer and lift. It is cleaned regularly and the fragrance lingers. The apartment is secure and safe too with vision intercom system. The location is perfect - just a pleasant walk away from the Marina or the beach.
Dawn looks after the property for us. It is kept immaculate and so very clean.
We provide towels including beach towels. You are welcome to use our beach chairs.
You now have the benefit of free wi fi and full sky tv.
A totally dedicated car park space is a real advantage and makes our property very popular. The space is situate next to the lift (very convenient).
