The villa was just what we expected and were looking forward to, although with the amazing outside areas and pool, we didn't spend a lot of time in there! The view out over the sea was incredible to wake up to every morning, and we spent most of our time in the lovely infinity pool - playing with the kids or admiring the scenery. The pool has a very shallow end, so is great for younger children, and everything we asked the host to provide for our 2yr old was met. We will very likely return one day.

Wonderful! with great views and location

My partner and I had an amazing stay at the villa which was clean and has a great layout with the living area accessing the terrace. The views from the pool and terrace are fantastic. The villa is well located in Nissaki with easy access to the local supermarket, the bakery, some great restaurants and the beach.

A slice of heaven in Corfu

Cannot recommend this villa enough. Beautiful villa, great location, friendly and helpful hosts. We hired a car and explored much of north Corfu. We ate like kings and queens and soaked up breathtaking views each morning from the moment we opened the curtains.

Comfortable villa with a fantastic pool and views

A really clean, comfortable and well-located villa, with fantastic views and great outdoor space, including the amazing infinity pool. Hosts Kate and Dimitris are incredibly welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to make sure you get the most out of your stay. The villa interior is not luxury but is well-appointed with good aircon in the bedrooms.

Lovely villa, the pool and outside areas are perfect with plenty of seating and sun beds. The views are absolutely stunning! Photos really don’t do them justice! A couple of tavernas and supermarkets are within walking distance if you don’t mind a fairly steep hill up to the villa (we had a hire car so generally drove down). Hosts Kate and Dimitris were lovely and friendly, with great communication throughout our stay, as was Alison the cleaner, thank you all.

Villa Eleonas

We stayed with our 2 x teenagers, and had a wonderful stay. The Villa location and views over bay and over to the OldTown are stunning. We needed to communicate with Kate our Host a couple of times and she responded quickly with helpful advice each time.

I stayed at Eleonas at the beginning of September with my uni student son to spend a week of quality time with him and we could not have asked for more. The location was amazing, gorgeous views, walking distance of great tavernas (though up a steep hill home for those less mobile) and a small beach. The villa was immaculate and had everything we needed. One of, if not the best villa I have stayed at within my budget and I have been staying in villas every year for many years. Our favourite day was hiring a boat from Spiros boat hire. Kate and Dimitri are amazing hosts. So helpful in every way. Hope to return!

Lovely villa in a picturesque and peaceful location

We had a lovely time in this villa. The outdoor space is phenomenal with plenty of space to lounge around in the sun beside the pool, or on the veranda as the sun goes down. The accommodations is extremely comfortable with very effective air conditioning in the bedrooms which is a must in August. There are so many excellent tavernas within walking distance as well as a bakes which also serves cracking coffee. No shortage of amenities nearby. And finally the owners, Kate and Dimitris, are lovely people and excellent hosts who are eager to help out and answer any questions we had. Regular cleaning during the stay is a definite bonus.

Beautiful villa in a great location

This was a perfect holiday. Easy to book the villa, communication with the owners was straightforward and nothing was too much trouble for them. They arranged a taxi pick up for us and groceries in the villa on arrival and were available for help and advice (e.g. local buses) when needed. The villa itself and the pool area are stunning - there is everything you need and the views are beautiful. Tavernas and shops are five minutes walk away. We can also recommend taking the bus to Corfu Town and Kassiopi for something a bit different. All in all a wonderful holiday, many thanks :-)

Wonderful Nissaki Villa

We had a great time at the villa. We loved the property and you can’t fault NE Corfu as a location. Everything was just right, with Kate and Dimitris being perfect hosts who also sorted taxis and provisions for us. The villa was regularly cleaned by the excellent Alison, both en suite bedrooms were great and the grounds with the lovely pool offered a fantastic view. The little village has a number of excellent restaurants like Vitamins, Street Bar & Grill and Terra Corfiata and a great little bar and pizza place called Midnight. There are also a couple of smallish supermarkets for provisions all about 5 minutes walk from the villa. The walk back up the hill is good for your cardio! This place is certainly on our highly recommended list.

Beautiful villa, beautiful spot

We loved our stay at Villa Eleonas. It’s a beautiful villa, clearly very well looked after, with attention to the details that make a difference. Everything and everywhere was scrupulously clean, we felt throughly spoiled to discover cleaner Alison had made several visits during our week-long stay. Air-conditioned bedrooms kept us blissfull cool in a particularly hot week and while the living area only had a ceiling fan, we soon acclimatised and 40c heat is unusual! The infinity pool was an absolute haven for grown-ups and children alike. The view is incredible and there were numerous places to sit and enjoy it. In fact, you can’t really escape the views - they are stunning everywhere in this part of Corfu. Kate and Dimitris were helpful hosts, always quick to respond and share their knowledge of the island when asked. I’d return in a flash.

We had the most wonderful, magical stay in this beautiful Villa! Everything was perfect and it’s even more stunning in real life. The pool is gorgeous and the perfect temperature. The outside space has so many different areas to chill out in, be it in the sun or a bit of shade. Internally the villa is lovely and very comfortable. The bedrooms have air con, which was wonderful! There’s a ceiling fan in the living area and kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped, it has everything you need. We had a few bbq’s, which was a great option if you just fancied chilling out at the villa. However, there are a few excellent tavernas walking distance, Terra Corfiata was our favourite and we had many return visits there! It’s run by Mario and his wife, they were so welcoming and the food was amazing! Aphrodite’s supermarket was great and she arranged for our shopping to be delivered, along with ourselves if we didn’t have our car, at no extra cost! We will definitely be returning to this stunning Villa. Kate and Demitri were so helpful and answered any messages swiftly and actually came to meet us on our last day. They were lovely! Μείναμε στο σπίτι 5 βράδια του Αυγούστου. Η πρόσβαση ειναι εύκολη. Η θέα ειναι καταπληκτική απο όλα τα δωμάτια στου σπιτιού! Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και καθαρό σπίτι σε ήσυχο μέρος περιτριγυρισμένο από όμορφο ελαιώνα! Ταυτόχρονα, έχει εύκολη πρόσβαση ακόμη και με τα πόδια σε εστιατόρια και σούπερ μάρκετ. Η πισίνα είναι μεγάλη και χάρισε στιγμές χαλάρωσης και παιχνιδιού σε μας και τον μικρό μας γιό. Οι εξωτερικοί χώροι είναι διαμορφωμένοι για χαλάρωση σε κάθε στιγμή της ημέρας και της νύχτας.Είναι ένα καλαίσθητο σπίτι φτιαγμένο με αγάπη και οικογενειακή αισθητική. Η φιλοξενία της Kate και του Δημήτρη ήταν διακριτική και νιώσαμε ασφάλεια. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε συνάρτηση και με την λογική τιμή που το βρήκαμε διαθέσιμο.

Very relaxing and peaceful week.

Lovely property with gorgeous views of the bay. Close to several tavernas and if you don’t mind the steep walks, all can be done on foot. A couple of quiet beaches also accessible with a 15 minute steep walk.

A gem of a place

Eleonas is a little gem of a villa with an amazing view. The villa is a just the right size for us and there are nice spots to sit around and about the terraces by the perfect pool. Eleonas has the benefit of screen doors allowing the breeze off the sea and scented night air in without the letting in insects. The sea is a short beautiful walk through the shade of olive groves a very special beach. The lovely owners are close at hand and very helpful if needed. We have stayed three times there and it feels like 'coming home'. When the holiday is over we start dreaming of when we next can return.

A lovely well kept villa with wonderful sea views.

This was our second visit. It is in a stunning location, within walking distance of a mini-market and 3 restaurants. Superbly equipped, it is a real home-from-home, very comfortable inside and well equipped, and outside it has a lovely pool area with loungers and shady sitting areas. It is kept spotlessly clean by a very friendly maid, and the owners couldn't be more helpful. We would recommend it highly and we are looking forward to returning next year.

Fantastic villa

Villa Eleonas is in a great location with fantastic views. The villa is spotlessly clean and well maintained. It is well equipped inside and out including comfortable sun loungers by the pool and a lovely sitting out area overlooking the bay across to Corfu town. Rena the cleaner came every day except Sunday to clean the villa and was very discreet and Dimitri looked after the pool. Kate was at the end of the phone if needed for information etc. The villa is in walking distance of several very good restaurants - Vitamins and Roumeli Tavernas in particular - and a very good bakery and supermarket. You can hire boats from Nissaki harbour for an excellent day out. I would highly recommend this villa for a great holiday.

Villa Eleonas Nissaki was lovely, traditional and yet with every imaginable facility and mod con, I immediately felt at home. The bedrooms (2) were well appointed with good ensuit facilities and more than adequate wardrobe space, we found the villa clean and ready for us. The infinity pool was fabulous and the terrace which ran around three sides of the house was well furnished with enough shade to ensure you could get out of the sun if required. The views from the villa were spectacular the downside of this was a short but very steep hill from the main road to the villa this testing climb is the only reason I have not awarded a five star rating. The villa was serviced daily both inside and out and the pool was cleaned every other day. Nissaki has a good range of range of restaurants and most were of good quality, we were drawn to picture perfect restaurant by the harbour and this was the only one which was dissapointing. The commute (we did it by boat) to Corfu town was lovely as is the town.It is also well worth hiring a boat to explore the coast line up to Kassiopi which is lovey. Booking the villa was very straight forward, every effort was made by Kate and her husband Demetrious to ensure that we had enough information to enjoy our holiday from the start...... thank you Kate and Demetrious we had a wonderful holiday and I will be happy to recommend the villa to friends and family

We consider the location of Eleonas to be perfect; it provides privacy and comfort for up to 4 guests but is just a short distance, either by foot or car, to local tavernas, supermarkets and the beach. South-West facing with incredible views to the sea and Corfu Town.
