Spacious with a great view off the balcony

The location is perfect for visiting many historic sites. Large balcony to relax after a day of site seeing!

Great location!

Apartment is perfectly placed just a few blocks from the colosseum. Our family spent two days there ahead of our cruise and there are also a ton of great restaurants. We found Pizza Forum and had the best pizza ever at that location. Host clearly communicated and everything was great!

Great apartment with a great location. Pictures need to reflect a more accurate depiction of the actual area of the apartment. Not as much space as the pictures show. The living room area is actually also the outside area. But all around still a great location for colosseum visit / viewing.

Perfect

Our stay was amazing! 3 couples spend the weekend here prior to a cruise. The location is perfect- close walking distance to the coliseum and several restaurants, small stores, etc. We would definitely recommend for those of you wanting to experience Rome

Perfect location!!

Loved this apartment and terrace!! Close walk to Colosseum, Arch of Constantine, Forum of Caesar, Trevi Fountain, and a great variety of piazzas, museums and historical sites. The owner was very responsive and helpful and made arrangements for pick up from the airport. Would definitely stay here again,

The supposed living room was an outside room with sliding glass. It was very cold out there so we had to sit in the kitchen 2 of the nights.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to confirm that the apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, including the layout of the living area. Also we would like to point out that the exterior room is equipped with an air conditioning unit that also functions as a heater, which guests are welcome to use to warm the space. You have been 7 days in the apartment but you never asked us information about the existing heating. There a big paper on the apartment door, where are 3 Reception telephone numbers to call in case on help or problem. And you never called us. It was a pleasure hosting you. Beautiful apartment - wonderful location!

The manager and his team are incredibly professional and informative. The accommodation was perfect and the outside space was absolutely amazing! The location was ideal and the cafe at the entrance of the building was an added bonus! Lovely people and experience.

Beautiful apartment minutes from the Collusum

Nice apartment in a great location—just a few minutes' walk from both the Colosseum and the Basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano.The rest of the city was easily accessible, either on foot or with a short cab ride. The only drawback was that the main living area was an outdoor terrace. While it was lovely in the early morning or evening, it did get quite hot during the middle of the day.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in was smooth and hassle-free.

Roman holiday

5 of us stayed (2 couples and 1 friend) for 3 nights. It was a great apartment - we thought the location might be too far from the city center - but it was perfect! The apartment was quiet and each room in the apartment was quiet. We loved sitting on the terrace/watching the colors change - sunrise, sunset, etc. We loved our stay!!
