We traveled to FL for some time away from all the men in our lives. The townhouse was exactly as described. It is easily walkable to the beach, close to stores and restaurants, and comfortable for just sitting and talking or watching tv. We brought an HDMI cable and used our computer for streaming. WiFi was great. Bedrooms were comfortable. The appliances worked. And, communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely stay there again!

Incredible host ensured communication was clear and that the unit was immaculate!2 minute walk to the beach and the grill was perfect for steak.

The property was perfect. It was super clean. It was awesome that it had beach chairs, beach towels and a cart for the beach. I will definitely be booking next year!

Awesome stay!

This is a very nice town home for my vacation. Everything you need is furnished down to beach towels and beach chairs. The beds are very comfortable and beautiful artwork throughout the home. Will stay there again. Perfect! And spotless!

Beautiful

This place was perfect for the relaxing vacation we were wanting. It is located away from the chaos but a close enough drive if you want to get caught up in the excitement of pier park! Ron met us at the house and walked us through and it was fully equipped with everything we needed. The PERFECT home away from home.

This is a nice unit in a quiet area.

The property was very nicely decorated and stocked wonderfully with everything that we needed. The air conditioning went out the first night that we were there but the owners quickly got someone out to repair it even though it was late. The gulf view is exaggerated. It is a small glimpse from the upstairs balcony. The beach access was a good distance away. The area was very quiet and the beach was not crowded.

Thank you Malynda for the kind review. Again, I apologize for the air conditioner having to be repaired during your stay. Honestly, I think having it repaired within an hour of your call was extraordinary. As you said, These things do happen. We work very hard for our reviews. Four stars is not at all what we strive for. I would have hoped for a better review than I received. The price point and accommodations accede any other property on Panama City Beach. I advertised a Gulf view and not beach front property. You would have paid triple the price, for a beach front townhouse of this size. By comparison, a one bed hotel room close by , would cost more than you paid. With this being said, The customer is always right. I hope that we might have you back some day to improve upon a four star rating. Thanks Ron

Beautiful Townhouse

The townhouse is clean and homey. Has everything you could need. They have beach chairs, toys and a wagon you can use. They provided personal laundry items and also had shampoo and body wash provided. All you need to do is show up with your luggage. The publix is near by so you can go grocery shop if you want to cook. There is many places near by to eat also if your not wanting to cook as well. My family have visited Panama for 3 years so far and this is by far our favorite place we have stayed. Ron and Yoli are the best.

Absolutely Wonderful :-)

My husband, friends, and myself truly enjoyed our stay at Ron and Yolie's beach home! This place was EVERYTHING they described it to be. We were so impressed with the hospitality and generosity from this couple from the moment we arrived up until we left. The home was literally right across from the beach, with easy access, and very quiet. My husband and I enjoyed being able to walk out on our balcony and see the beach from our bedroom. The upkeep of the home was immaculate and we loved the fact that there were beach towels, chairs, and a carrier that we were allowed to use during our stay. We give this place and the owners five stars and will definitely be staying there in the future! Thanks again, Ron & Yolie!

Zen Beach House

My hosts genuinely cares about me having a peaceful and serene experience. As a matter of fact, it was their highest priority !!! I felt as if I didn't have another care in the world except what I was there for.... To Relax and Reflect. I would give this property my highest recommendation and then some. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. The vibe was incredible!!! Original and beautiful artwork throughout. You could feel the Love my hosts put into it by all the intricate details they paid attention to. Thank you so much for an absolutely incredible experience.

We loved staying here! The layout and closeness to the beach was perfect for our littles! We made so many memories! Mr. Ron was so easy to communicate with about everything! Definitely returning!

Beach getaway

Such a cute and very clean cottage across from the beach. Beautiful decor and artwork throughout. Stocked with many needed items. Ron met us at the place to let us in and orient us to the place. We enjoyed out stay very much and will definitely return.

Great Place

We had a wonderful time at this home. The property was wonderful the house had everything you need dishes, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, toys for the kids made everything so easy! And it was a short walk to the beach easy to make with our small children. The owners were super nice made check in easy and simple! Hope to return next year!

AMAZING

First off, let me start out by saying Ron was one of the easiest people I have ever worked with when it came to reservations for a vacation. He never failed to respond quickly, answer any questions that I had, and even accommodated to my many changes. Thank you so much for that! The house was exceptional- it was spotless, had everything you needed all the way from kitchen utensils to beach chairs. I felt very much at home here and even the neighbors were wonderful! The surprise souvenir gift from Yolie was so unexpected and so generous. I loved it and it is such a kind gesture to give to your guests! Between Ron and Yolie, and the house - I will probably be highly disappointed if I were to rent from someone else. We definitely will be back!

Great hosts, great property, great location!

Ron and Yolie were always communicative in order to make our stay great even before we arrived. Yolie showed us around their beautiful, cozy, and clean property. They have all you need (towels, kitchenware, etc). Even beach toys and chairs and a cart to take it all with you to the beach. The property is very close to the beach entrance. Very convenient. We look forward to returning.

A great place for total R & R.

This little gem of a place has everything you could possibly need with some great artwork as a beautiful addition. The beach is across the street and on the quiet side of PCB so you never felt crowded. The owners are super helpful with all sorts info. Thanks Ron and Yolie for a great stay.

Beautiful, clean and relaxing!

We loved the townhouse! Ron was an awesome host who met us there and showed us around, and literally made sure we had everything we needed from kitchen pots and pans, beach towels, beach chairs and even beach toys for the kids! We loved the beautiful art and the stories behind the pieces. Short walk to the beach and at night the balcony outside master bedroom was my favorite place. Retired neighbors next door were awesome also. It was like home away from home. Thank you so much and hope to stay with you guys again!

This townhome is fantastic!

Thank you Ron and Yolie for allowing us to rent your beautiful place. The moment we arrived Ron met us there and showed us around. Everything we needed was there. It is the cleanest place we are ever stayed and the decor is amazing! I just can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay. It was nice to be away from the crowded end of the beach. Not Your Typical Rental!

Our experience with our vacation at Ron and Yolie’s was fantastic,fun,affordable,one of a kind,away from the crowds but close to any thing you wanted to do! My girlfriends and I highly recommend it! Attention is focused on every detail to help ensure you have a great stay! A cart, chairs for the beach,beach towels and even toys were provided for your time on the beach.Also the townhouse was SO CLEAN! The unique, original art decorating the rooms are amazing! Thank you Ron and Yolie for sharing your home on the beach with 4 teachers from Kentucky drastically needing a perfect place to escape! We will be back.. isn’t that the best compliment?!!

Wonderful condo!

We were so happy with this condo! It is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you might need. The beach cart, chairs and towels were a great bonus. We will definitely rent with Ron and Yolie again. They were so welcoming and helpful!
