Dette feriehus ved søen ligger på 75 ft kystlinje og er perfekt til to familier. Separat indgang til nedenunder giver ekstra privatliv for en anden familie. Master soveværelse har en queensize-seng med tv. Andet soveværelse øverste niveau har 1 fuld seng og en køjeseng med en fuld størrelse på den nederste køje og en tvilling på den øverste køje. Der er også et tv i det andet soveværelse. Fuldt udstyret køkken støder op til stuen med kabel-tv, pejs og badeværelse. Spisestue har plads til 8 personer og har udsigt over søen. Fang nogle solstråler på det enorme dæk ved huset eller tag en grill på terrassen på lavere niveau. Det lavere niveau har en separat indgang og har to soveværelser med queensize-senge, 1 bad, lille opholdsstue med tv, vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Vi tilbyder også gratis trådløs internetadgang hos Captain Ron's, men ingen er tilgængelige i enheden.
Beliggende i den yderste ende af Captain Rons ejendom tilbyder det mest privatliv, men er også tæt nok til at nyde alle bekvemmelighederne ved Captain Rons. Alt hvad du behøver at medbringe er mad, drikkevarer, badehåndklæder og tøj.

Family Fav

Our family of 6 with kids ages 3-14 absolutely love staying at this house. Its location is convenient, dock is available for boating, close to tons of activities for the kids, neighbors are absolutely wonderful people, and the host is always quick to respond to any inquiries. We love staying at this house when we visit the lake! It’s one of our top houses because of the amenities for the kids and hospitality of the people surrounding us.

Perfect family vacation

We stayed a week and it just happened to coincide with aqua Pelouze. The house is smallish but 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, right on the lake with beautiful lake views. 20 minutes to everything. Boat rentals close by. Kitchen had everything we needed but smoke alarms were a pain. Hahha. Plan on cooking outdoors !! Communication was excellent as we had a little trouble identifying which house but they were super helpful making everything easy! We even rented a boat dock and made Saturday a perfect aqua plaza prefer t!!!!

Recent stay

The outside of this property needs major work. Over grown weeds everywhere and trees need to be trimmed back. Driveway is very confusing. No parking signs in front of the house on several trees. When we did park in front of the house the neighbor next door came over and wanted us to move our cars to the top of the hill so he could pull to leave from his house.He was a total pain to deal with! Would not recommend staying here so you don’t have to deal with neighbor whinning.

Lake house

Overall the house was good. Great location and right on the water. Plenty of room for everyone. The negatives were multiple boards on the deck were rotted and barely holding on, we didn’t spend much time on the deck because we were afraid of a board falling through. They could also probably use an exterminator, there were a ton of spiders in the house. Also we had to go back out and buy toilet paper and trash bags. Overall was a good stay and would stay there again.

Dirty

The location was convenient but I’d rather stay somewhere that required me to walk 2 miles to the lake then stay there again. The place was dirty. The pull out couch had food in it. There was mold in the lower level. The deck was awful, we are just lucky no one fell through. The parking sucked. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Stay at the lake

Overall very great stay. Wish the beds were a little more comfortable and that the doors didn’t stick so much. Also the deck could use some fresh boards, some areas are very soft and a little unsafe. Parking is also not the best and very steep. Pictures could be updated as some of the furniture is changed. Would still stay again for sure.

Good place. Stayed for 4th fireworks 6 years in a row. Things need fixed in house, maybe leaf blow walk ways and clean more thorough inside, fix blinds. Good location

It was in a wonderful location.

House is in need of a face lift. The beds are horribly uncomfortable. And i don't think it was cleaned well before we arrived. But the dock was wonderful. I felt safe leaving our boat docked. I would definitely go back. Its really not about the house.

Good for group

This is our second time renting the units. Nice big refrigerator. Lots of floor space, easy to accommodate a group of friends. Cleanliness was very good.

Fun - Short Stay - Good Location

We had two families. 4 adults, 3 children under 7. It was plenty of space. The location on the water is great for smoother riding. We also had access to the beach from the restaurant right next door! Asked a few, relatively unimportant questions via VRBO app while there, but didn't get a response. We solved 2 of 3 things ourselves. Having the washer and dryer was awesome. The deck space and grill over looking the lake is amazing and the dining area/room was large too. Overall it was a good stay and would recommend and stay again.

Good place for a larger group

Overall we were happy with the house, while it could have been slightly cleaner we had no problems rising to the level others have posted about. We did have difficulty finding the house and couldn't reach the owner when we were trying to find it. Eventually we ended up (unintentionally) parking in the neighbor's driveway when we found it (the neighbor was very friendly and only asked us to move because he had guests coming over). If you're looking for a decent place to hang out on the beach with a larger group this is a good option.

Perfect location for beach and Captain Rons

Just FYI the downstairs bedrooms are separated with a door like adjoining rooms and the doors to the sitting room are sliders. A little noisy . You have to go outside to get to the kitchen. Upstairs was fine.

Great location but definitely has some downfalls

This place was great! It doesn't have any kind of a kitchenette which unfortunately is not connected to upstairs, definitely could've been cleaner, the fridge and freezer on the inside were pretty gross bit definately more the freezer than the fridge.....over all GREAT place and definitely enjoy it, a few upgrades would make it perfect!!!

Absolutely nasty!!

When you open the front door the first thing you smell is musty oder I was like ok by the water I can accept that for the weekend. The front of the fridge looked as someone literally threw up all over it! The upstairs bathroom white shower curtain had piss all over the bottom as its right next to the toilet! There was food still left in the cabinets. The downstairs bedrooms had spiders and webs everywhere! 2 of the 4 beds had crumbs and "fresh" stains on the sheets. The deck is literally falling apart and my son n law foot went through a rotted section. With covid going on this place should have been extra clean but was the complete opposite!! We refused to stay and had to find a place to accommodate our family of 10 on a Friday night at 4pm. I've requested for my money returned but haven't heard from anyone. I have pictures to show.

Acceptable for a weekend getaway

Overall we were pleased with our accommodations, but there were a few issues that were not addressed during our stay. It appears there was miscommunication with the cleaning service, therefore the house was a complete mess when we arrived. We spent the first hour and a half cleaning the house from top to bottom. This isn’t great, but was made worse by the current COVID circumstances and our desire to feel safe from possible infections left behind. I reached out to the property manager via the app, but never heard back until a few days after we had left the place. The washer and drier barely worked and there were some lightbulbs out, but there’s a supermarket nearby where we were able to get two replacement bulbs. All of that said, once the property manager did contact me, they refunded me the cleaning fee. To be honest, I would have expected a small refund given the poor state of the hoise upon our arrival, but I’m glad they at least refunded me the cleaning fee. I venture to say this was a one time issue that hopefully isn’t the norm. If they keep the house clean and make some small minor repairs throughout, the house fits the bill for small family gatherings. Having a boat slip right out the back is super convenios. A short walk to the beach kept the young kids happy. And a short 5 minute drive led us to a place to rent jet skis and a boat. For all those reasons, despite the state of the hoise upon arrival, I still give it 4 stars overall.

Great location & property

Staying at captain rons for shoot out was amazing. Such a great location and came with a slip. House was more than we needed but plenty of space for large group. Nice house too. Clean, nice layout and lots of room. Only issue was we came in late and had trouble finding house, especially since there wasn’t a number on it. Once we found it, smooth sailing! Royals absolutely stay again. Thanks!

Quiet cove & big place for big families

We had a great time here! Jenny made the check in easy and answered our questions. The cove is suprisingly quiet and we were able to swim off the dock..there is no ladder to get out of the water so be prepared for that. There is a beach area not too far away if that will be an issue. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We had an issue with the fridge but Jenny took care of it and it was fine. We did have a problem with the smoke alarms going off when we used the oven..not sure why, as there was no smoke in the house?? One other thing I can suggest is the fan in the living room didn't work and the outside lights on the patio didn't work. Other than that we had a great view of the lake and overall the house was as advertised and a good value.

Great Weekend

The house was clean with plenty of space for the 10 adults in our group. It was nice having a boat ramp and slip right behind the house. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future!
