The apartment had everything we needed for an extended stay. The check-in process and communication with Laura was seamless. The location was perfect, we were able to walk to all the sites around the city as well as having more restaurants than we could count within a 10-minute walk. Laura met us on site and gave us a walk-through of the apartment. I would highly recommend this property and can't wait to go back.

Spacious apartment centrally located. Lots of restaurants and shops a few feet away. An easy walk to major attractions like the Vatican.

The location of this apartment was great, walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and stores. However our last night the code to the door wasn’t working and the host wasn’t responsive. Luckily someone was able to let us in.

Our host Laura was attentive and easy to work with. The location is perfect, on either end of the street there are many places to eat, shop or enjoy a cup of espresso. You can walk everywhere from this location. For us the location was the highlight. The apartment was very clean. Bath towels and toilet paper are provided. The apartment is unique but it's not for everybody. The pictures online were a bit confusing to me. So I wanted to share more information for the next renter. This was a single apartment that was given a second floor that is open. The 3 tall windows in the apartment open and provide light for both floors, all windows open up to interior courtyards. No sunlight and minimal breeze (musty)so we ran the A/C most of the time. The picture you see with the bed in front of the orange cutout is the whole main floor. The bed is in the middle of the room. A couch and two bean bags are against the wall across from the foot of the bed, kitchen table to left of the bed against the wall. Small kitchen and smaller powder room in the back corner behind the bed. The larger bathroom is upstairs along with another area with a twin bed (more like a cot) also this is where the closet is to hang up clothes. There is no closet downstairs. We were a couple traveling with one other adult. There wasn't much privacy as everything is open. Main floor ceiling is low, I am 5' 4 and could touch it with my hand easily. Having only one key for the apartment door was inconvenient.

This place was such a wonderful way to start our Italy trip. It was spacious, clean, unique & we loved it! The neighborhood was safe,quiet and full of shops and places to eat. The host was great and left us lovely welcome items. We hope we can return sometime!

We absolutely loved everything about the wonderful Space House- it’s clever design providing so much space, it’s beautiful appointments, it’s incredible cleanliness and the kindness of the hostess. It was simply a perfect beautiful apartment!Laura met us for check in making it super easy. She helped us with a taxi to the airport upon departure and was most kind helping us any time we asked.The Space House proved to be our favorite location with incredible restaurants steps away and all the wonders of Rome within easy walking distance.We will be back without a doubt.

This was by far one of the most coolest rentals I’ve ever stayed in. The location was phenomenal. Steps away from Piazza Navona. You are right near everything in Rome. The building itself is from the year 1500 which is so amazing by itself but then you walk through the front door and it only gets more amazing. It’s like you’re in a space ship. The place was modern, immaculate, and so much fun. It has everything you need and then some. Living room/bedroom downstairs and if needed, a second bedroom and office upstairs. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a 1/2 bathroom downstairs. The kitchen was perfect for what we needed and used it for. I could honestly go on and on about this place but just take my word and stay here. You’re guaranteed to get the experience of a lifetime. I can’t wait to come back to Rome just so I can stay here again. Laura, the host was especially nice and welcoming and provided everything and then some from pointers about the city to the history of the building and little things in the apartment to make our stay a great one. I’ll be talking about this place for years to come.

Looks just like the pictures, it’s whimsical and fun. Great location and within walking distance to shopping, food, and all the attractions. Bus stop nearby for trips to farther neighborhoods. Laura was a great communicator. The front door is…very European and can sometimes be a challenge but we never fully were locked out. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and Update

My son and I enjoyed our stay at this updated unique unit in an excellent location. The host was welcoming and patient as our flight was delayed. We could walk to just about everything.

Great location

Stayed here with my college age daughter. Great location for all the major attractions of Rome. Just off the beaten path so was quiet at night but only a few steps from the activity at Piazza Navona.

Lovely location!

The apartment is great and in a great location. My favorite part of Rome to be. The apartment was just as described and we had no issues. Our host checked in on us a few times, which is always appreciated. I would definitely stay here again, if given the chance!

Nice spot in downtown

The architecure is amazing. All you need for yoir stay in Roma. 3 minutes from Piazza Navona. And goods restaurants around. Very clean place

Modern Flat in Ancient Rome

The location of this apartment is awesome. Right in the middle of the historic center with numerous restaurants and stores. The apartment was spotless and our host was very helpful.

Best location!

This space home was perfect for our Rome stay, right in the heart of all the action. Wonderful restaurants and just steps from piazza Navona. Laura met us for check in and was thorough showing us all of the apartment’s amenities. Would highly recommend and would love to return!
