My husband and I recently stayed and had a wonderful experience. The property was exactly as advertised and in a wonderful location. The street was beautiful and quiet but within walking distance of all of everything. The check in process was very smooth and we took advantage of an offer to have a driver pick us up from the airport which was super helpful after a long flight. The host was very quick to respond to questions and gave great restaurant recommendations. Would highly recommend!

The Via Giulia location for this part of Rome was perfect. It’s positioned between Ponte and Regola and a quick walk to many monuments. Via Giulia is one of my favorite streets in Rome, very low traffic, mostly locals, and you’ll be immersed in the Roman beauty. The property is very cozy, with an exposed ceiling and a balcony that overlooks a beautiful church, so the ambiance is amazing. You’ll be able to hear the hymns on a Sunday morning and watch children go to school on a Monday morning. Very cool. The property is clean, well-maintained, and easy to navigate. Check-in was smooth. Flavio was very helpful, responsive, and provided very good recommendations. If you are doing airport transfers, I would arrange it through the property, and you will get a professional driver at a very fair price. There was only a small flight of steps to get up to the room, so it was very easy to get your suitcases up and down, and it does have AC. The couch bed in the living room was the only thing that needed updating, in my opinion, but the linens were clean. If it’s your first time visiting Rome or if you’re looking for a less touristy place, this is your apartment. Absolutely amazing location.

Exceptional apartment with great location close to many attractions but outside the tourist ghetto. Check in was smooth. The living/ dining area is a high ceiling room with small balcony decorated with traditional furnishings. This apartment is far more elegant than the usual rental—it appears to be a place that owners might stay.

This one bedroom apartment is very comfortable. Bigger than most one bedrooms I've rented so far. It is also located within 15 minutes walking distance of Campo de Fiori and Piazza Navona, Very quiet neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Our first time in Rome and we really enjoyed it. Experienced a historic apartment in a central area. Vatican, Coluseum and Pantheon all within 30min walk from there. Washer/dryer in suite was an added bonus.

This property is in the perfect location for those looking to walk around Roma or Vatican City. You are basically in the middle of it all. The street is beautiful and the little balcony is very nice to have. The property was very spacious, which we appreciated because we were staying here for our wedding. The single bathroom is little small by American standards, but it still sufficient and was a huge plus this is has a combo washer/dryer. The biggest reasons I am not giving this property 5 stars is because 1) the check-in/payment process is a little sketchy and could be far more seamless and 2) the AC in the main living room was not functional and took 3 days for them to fix. Regarding the payment, they asked the payment to be made outside of Vrbo which was a little weird to me, but a lot of property management companies in Italy do it this way. I had to authorize the first payment a few months out from check-in and the second and final payment was due at time of check-in. To my surprise, the second payment was not automatically deducted. I had to authorize it again which was a bit awkward as the host waited for me to do this in person before handing over the keys. The AC repair delay was inconvenient because we did need that living room area for the bride getting ready for our wedding. Having the room be 25.5C/78F was certainly not ideal. They ultimately fixed the unit but not until the day before we checked out. Thankfully the AC unit in the bedroom was functional.

We absolutely loved the neighborhood and the apartment was perfect for us. The office staff were very helpful and we would recommend it to our family and friends.

This is a beautiful place! We walked to everything, Vatican, colloseum, erc. Clean & comfy. The hosts were so nice and they provided extras for use like coffee pods so we didn't need to buy them. Note there are 2 flights of stairs. We had no problem but if you have mobility issues this may be challenging. I would absolutely stay again!

Piece of Paradise

This place will be in our memories as unusually beautiful, refined with an ancient atmosphere, peaceful and so close to have a wonderful breakfast or dinner, to walk around even without transport and to admire a special church across the street from the balcony.

Elegant Via Giulia Apartment

The location could not have been better. The balcony was a wonderful centerpiece for the elegantly furnished main room. A well-equipped kitchen was tucked away nicely in a niche. And the bedroom and bath were comfortable and clean.

The best place to stay in Rome EVER!

The apartment is amazing for 2-3 people. Location is impeccable - close to everything and quiet and peaceful at night, being ZTL zone. The staff is amazing and polite in every possible way. Everything was just fabulous. Supermarket 5 minutes walk, market with fresh produce and very good restaurants is 5 minutes away ( campo di fiori piazza).Definitely coming back! Thank you guys

Perfect Rome

The apartment was fabulous! A beautiful place in an ideal location. We literally walked to everything. But despite its central spot, it was a quiet and lovely street. The 17th century church right across from us was stunning, and open for prayers a bit each day. The management team was fantastic, and handled everything quickly and efficiently. We couldn’t have been happier, and will definitely return.

The apartment was very clean, bed was very comfortable and linens were soft and clean. Bathroom was sparkling and shower worked perfectly. The views from the small balcony was a bonus at any hour. FEDERICO met me when I arrived and went thru all the important issues with keys, and kitchen drawers etc. He was always available by phone/text if I had any questions. This apartment GIULIA was more than I was even hoping for during a week Photographic visit. I enjoyed every second.
