Fantastisk og eksklusiv villa på 1,5 km. fra havet omgivet af grønt, oliventræer, palmer, enge og prydplanter. Forslag til sin typiske stenbygning i Salento beliggende i det naturskønne område Santa Maria di Leuca, hvorfor det er en oase af ro. Velplejet have med typiske planter i området. Absolut hovedperson er poolen på ca. 98 kvadratmeter med saltvand, thalassoterapi og vandfald. Det ligger i centrum af parken, hvor der er en veranda og flere skyggefulde områder, ideel til at opleve øjeblikke med ren afslapning. De gamle sten i den ydre facade bringer tilbage stunder fra fortiden. Alt er sat i det 16. århundrede. Den første visuelle effekt bringer tilbage øjeblikke fra den periode. Strukturen består af en hoveddel og 2 udhus. Hoveddelen er så struktureret: Fra N ° 3 dobbeltværelser og 2 badeværelser, køkken og stue færdig og møbleret med smag og høj kvalitet og aircondition. Det store vindue i køkkenet og stuen gør den udendørs udsigt til pooludsigten hele tiden på dagen. De to annekser løsnet fra hovedlegemet er således dannet: N ° 3 soveværelser med deres 3 badeværelser med aircondition.

Lots of local Italian charm in a beautiful setting. The property is split over two buildings within an amazing boundary and all built around a spectacular pool area and probably the biggest "villa" pool i have ever seen. The outside area is so big and well thought out you have ample space for getting together as a group in the evening or getting some quiet reading time. The villa is around one mile from the local town and one mile from Santa Maria di Leuca and is well placed for exploring both as well as Galipoli, Otranta and Tricase a little further afield.Rocco was great and the check in and out processes were quick and seamless.

cool & nice Villa to stay at

The contact with the owner was impeccable, the villa was very nice also the rooms. The furnishings & bathrooms are a bit outdated. The pool and grounds are great, we enjoyed it

The pool and garden areas were really nice and clean. Communication with Rocco was very good and our needs were responded quickly. One evening we enjoyed a delicious dinner made by Rocco. The accommodation could do some updating and for 10 people the indoor space is quite small, if it rains. However, we had a very good holiday and we enjoyed it very much.

The structure consists of 200 square meters including 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms suitable for 12 people, the kitchen and living room are about 60 square meters with a garden of about 5000 square meters with palm trees and olive trees, and a swimming pool of 100 square meters does not seem so small to me. As for the furnishings, they are antique and respect the photos and the place, also because we are talking about a very historic and ancient Salento structure.

Good communication with Rocco and very quick responses to questions. Rocco is a welcoming host and has a beautiful home. The pool is the star of the property with plenty of space to chill outside. The surrounding garden was immaculate and enhanced the beauty of the space. The property was very clean. The location was ideal with a supermarket nearby. The nearby town had bars, cafes, bakeries and a gelato shop. Ideally located to discover the nearby beaches. Rocco organised a boat trip for us to explore the caves. Highly recommend staying here.

Stunning grounds and pool

The landscaping of the property and the pool are breathtaking with gorgeous palm trees, a gazebo and waterfall. Colored lights come on at night. We loved sitting outside for meals at the long table under the covered area. There were 10 of us. Rocco and Tiziana are wonderful hosts.

Fabulous for a family holiday!!!

We had a multi- generational holiday at this villa and everyone would highly recommend it. The main house has a large kitchen, sun room and three spacious bedrooms. There are also two lovely additional bedrooms away from the main house. So privacy for everyone. The outdoor spaces were fantastic. The pool was wonderful, everyone spent hours in it. There was a lovely dinning and sitting area beside the house as well as a bbq area and gazebo w/bar. There is a well stocked Eurospar/grocery store nearby but a car is best for getting into town.

Villa Tiziana

We have just had the best 10 days at Villa Tiziana. Two families with 3 teenagers. Beautiful rustic villa, incredible pool and outside space. Everything you need and supermarket just 5 minutes walk away. Communication with Rocco was excellent, he also came with his lovely family one evening to cook a meal for us, authentic Puglia dishes. There is a small town nearby, Santa Maria de Leuca with plenty of restaurants. 15 min drive is Pesculouse with the most beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. Lots to see and do in the area. Will definitely come back. Thanks Rocco.

Birthday celebration

I think we were probably the first guests of the season as the rooms smelt musty and the beds were damp. After a couple of days this improved. The rooms in the main house were better as we had hot showers but the outside rooms struggled to get hot water and the water didn’t drain away properly. Not all the rooms had hanging space in the wardrobes and there were very few hangers. In spite of the above, we had a fabulous time, loved the area which had a good supermarket nearby, fabulous restaurants and beaches. If the above problems were sorted it would have been perfect.

Fantastic!

We arrived and were greeted by Rocco and Tiziana (the owners) that made us feel at home. The house is very well decorated and has everything you need (bedrooms with AC, a large and very well equipped kitchen, TV, wifi, ecc). The best part is the garden with beautiful trees and flowers all around a huge swimming pool which we enjoyed very much when back from the beach. In the evenning we had some great barbecues in the garden while the kids were still playing in the swimming pool. Just a minute from the Villa there is a nice market which made it easy to get anything we needed. The beach is just 5/10 minutes from the Villa which also was quite nice. When we needed something (eg babysitter) Rocco was very helpful in providing anything we needed. I highly recommend Villa Tiziana and will for sure go back. Rocco and Tiziana, thank you for making our holiday so special!

Gorgeous Property

This property is absolutely stunning. The pool is a dream. So large and the outdoors is beautifully decorated. Our communication with Rocco was great before and during our arrival and once on site. He and one of his friends helped get us a 3 hour boat tour along caves of Santa Maria De Leuca with Mari 2 Leuca. The villa is lovely and decorated in Italian style with what looked to be some classic beautiful furniture not modern. It makes the villa special. It was a little difficult to find at first as the road sign name is worn off from the sign. But once we found it it was so easy to access Castrignano or Santa Maria De Leuca. If we would ever return to this area I’d rebook in a heartbeat.We had 4 couples and it was fantastic we each had our own private bedroom that were independently air conditioned. We each had our own bathroom as well. The outdoor veranda was were we spent all our time when not in the pool. Highly recommend this property.

Villa in Castrignano del Capo, Puglia,

Three generations of our family, with 4 children between 7 and 11 were here for a week. Our initial impression was that the villa and gardens were a spectacular setting but the accommodation areas were a bit basic and not what we expected for the 'luxury' description, as has also been described in other reviews. Be aware that the two outbuildings are the original old farm buildings/trullis. This therefore with young children gave some complications for who would sleep where. Rocco, our host was very helpful giving recommendations for restaurants and for a boat trip to the caves with Stefano, who tailored it to our needs and was wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped for the eleven of us for cooking and eating in for some of our lunches and evening meals and there are two big fridge freezers, which was perfect for keeping food, water and alcohol cool! By far the star of the villa was the pool and garden area. We virtually lived outside the whole time, the outside covered area was perfect for us all to eat together and for shaded sanctuary from the heat of the day for reading etc. In summary it is a charming place in a beautiful setting and just a little bit of maintenance and updating/replacement of some of the 'tired'/broken equipment and fittings would make a big overall difference. In the end, we fell in love with the place and its rustic charm. Overall the positives far outweighed the negatives and we would re book it if the opportunity arose.

Being a villa from the 1700s, both the furnishings and the structure respect the reference style. In particular, the external area where the trulli are located dates back to 1500. Maintaining both the style and culture of the past in the various areas has been the real strong point for us in giving our guests the best in comfort and convenience. Puglia in June

Our two week stay was all we wanted it to be. We explored surrounding towns of St.M. de Leuca, Castro, Lecce, Gallipoli and many other tiny villages surrounding the villa. The locals were all welcoming, friendly, always ready to assist us and in so many instances showered us with small gifts like fresh lemons and other produce, local wines, and regional olive oil! To explore as we did, a car is a must, as only one seaside town in within a 30 minute walk. We requested to have some meats, cheeses and wine available upon our arrival since we arrived about 2200 and our host, Rocco, had a marvelous spread for us that filled the long kitchen table. What a feast!! Thank you, Rocco. And thank you also for being available to us whenever we had questions or concerns. At one time the villa must have been quite grand; it is now a bit "tired". The sun and rain shelters leak; outdoor furniture, for the most part is wobbly and rusted; the pool bar area is not usable, nor were the grill and fire pit. But in a way this added to the charm of the villa because it didn't have the five star hotel "stuffiness". The pictures of the villa were misleading in that the staging was far superior to the actual condition of the property as a whole and must of have been taken many years ago. We spent many relaxing hours around the pool which is the highlight of the property and if your stay is a short one, can provide sufficient fun for the whole family without having to leave the villa. Arrivederci !

Stedet er akkurat som på bildene. Vi var 4 vennepar og dette stedet fungerte utmerket for oss. 3 soverom i huset og 2 anneks med 1 og 2 soverom, Fantastisk fint uteområdet som var det viktigste for oss. Rocco lagde middag til oss første kvelden- en helt super opplevelse Vi leide båt fra firma som Rocco anbefalte. Et høydepunkt på turen synes vi alle. Er vi i disse traktene igjen, kommer vi gjerne tilbake!

The pictures accurately show the property. The property is gorgeous and Rocco is an amazing cook!!Apple Maps has trouble finding the property, but Rocco met us on the road to show us how to get to the property.Would have liked the pool to be cleaned 1/2 way through the stay. The pool is the selling point and if you have younger kids, they love it!I would recommend the property and Rocco's food preparation.

Super schöne Villa

Wir sind als grosse Gruppe gereist. Die Villa hatte genügen platz für alle Gäste und die Zimmer waren wunderschön. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigener Charme. Der Gastgeber Rocco war sehr sympathisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank Rocco.

Prachtige vakantie

La Villa TIZIANA pleine de charme

Merveilleuses Vacances reposantes accompagnées par le sourire et le professionnalisme de ROCCO ( le propriétaire de la Villa TIZIANA ) ainsi que de ses proches qui ont été à notre écoute durant tout le séjour, leurs conseils, leurs disponibilités, une grande famille au rendez-vous. "Le Sud des Pouilles ( notamment il SALERNO )" nous a émerveillé, par la richesse de sa gastronomie, de son patrimoine, des villes comme Gallipoli, Tricase, Otranto, Santa Maria di Leuca, et plus au nord Alberobello ( pour les TRULLI ) et bien d'autres villages aux alentours .. Je retiens un accueil particulièrement chaleureux des restaurateurs ( particulièrement des agritourismes ), des commerçants et surtout de ses habitants . Des vacances inoubliables que je souhaite à tous de découvrir.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 8 Freunden in der Villa Besonders der große Pool und der große Garten waren ein Highlight Check In und Check out waren problemlos und auch Tipps von unserem Gastgeber Rocco waren sehr hilfreich

Très bon séjour dans cette villa qui est comme sur les photos avec un propriétaire Rocco et son épouse très a l'écoute qui nous ont préparés un repas typique de leur région un soir très succulent. Je recommande cette maison. Daniel

Spectacular stay for Family-Like a Resourt but PRIVATE

Rocco is a great host and the location is perfect. The pool is to die for and our grandchildren and entire family never got enough of the pool and surroundings. Trips to the beach were a breeze (but go early) and the restaurants (more than we could count) were all great, as was the local market. We will definitely return. Thanks Rocco The Rubin Family

Great family holiday

I booked this villa for my 60th birthday along with my children and their partners so 9 adults in total. This villa has a rustic charm all of its own so if you want a modern high spec property then don’t book it. This is an Italian rustic villa with its own charm and is adequately equipped for all of your needs. It has a great swimming pool which is the best feature of the property. It has large gardens and there is plenty of space for everyone. We all loved it here. There is a supermarket up the road which sells everything and a very good restaurant half a mile away. Rocco the owner does not speak English but we managed to communicate perfectly well through translation app on the phone. He was very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this villa and consider it to be great value for money.

Villa davvero molto bella in un'ottima posizione

ho soggiornato insieme alla mia figlia (13 persone) a Villa Tiziana nella settimana dal 28 maggio al 4 giugno. Che dire!? esperienza davvero ottima! la villa è molto bella, spaziosa e ben tenuta; la parte esterna con la piscina/lago davvero impagabile! a tutto ciò si aggiunga un'ottima posizione che ti permette di raggiungere le spiagge più belle in soli 15 minuti di auto. E poi ci sono loro Tizina e Rocco, i proprietari, che sono sempre pronti ad intervenire per risolvere qualunque problema e fornire consigli utili per vivere al meglio il salento. Rocco, per di più, è un cuoco davvero ottimo e l'ultima sera ci ha offerto una splendida cena di pesce cucinata direttamente in giardino! tutto molto bello
