Perfect place for a family vacation! We will definitely be back. Everything was just as listed. The beach was the most amazing part. Not crowded at all!

Great stay

Nice property with great view and good location. Only 2 elevators working all weekend which made it hard to get up and down to the 19th floor. Unit could use a few updates and a deep cleaning of the living room rug and a few more pots/pans/mixing bowls to cook with but otherwise a nice unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was great. The parking was perfect. The maintenance guy for Greta was awesome (I think his name was Adam). The only complaint I have is the elevators at the resort was horrible. We had to wait 20 minutes just to get on. I had my MIL that is 83 and it was very very difficult for her. But I would stay at this unit again.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. We would like to provide a 2026 update on the elevators. While true, we had significant issues a couple of times in 2025, the association has since contracted with Otis Elevator (the largest elevator service company in the world) and has invested significant funds (100k+) to replace parts and upgrade the elevators. So far so good in 2026, the elevators have been working much better since being updated. Thank you for staying with us.

April 2018 Stay

Overall great vacation. The biggest downside of this property was the limited kitchen supplies. For 5 people we did not have enough silverware, glasses, plates, bowls, etc. Pots and pans were very limited as well as cooking utensils. The place was very nicely kept and in good shape, filled most of our needs, and was in a prime location.

May 2018 Stay

Beautiful unit. Very clean. Few Kitchen items but we were only there for a weekend so did not bother us. We loved walking to the Runaway Island for drinks and dinner. This unit has beach cart with chairs and umbrella. Plenty of room for 6 people. It would be ideal for a family with middle grade children. It is right across the street from the go cart and putt putt course.

Immaculately Clean, Convenient Location

We were excited to find this gem last minute. It was immaculately clean. Just as described. Convenient location. Typically experience elevator issues when staying on 19th floor, but not here - no elevator issues! Only minor complaint - dryer took forever to dry towels and front bedroom (2 beds) was significantly warmer than the rest of the unit. Overall, a great experience at a beautiful condo with beautiful views.

Loved the view. Concerned about cleanliness of unit. Stayed in this unit last year and the same dirt was on all of the throw rugs. Also curtain still ripped and hanging.. not repaired from last year. The shower needs to be fixed. The shower leaks from top. Also the condo sleeps 6-8 people but there is not enough dishes. Disappointed that the painting went on the whole month. Hot tub and pool out of service. Too cold for pool but would have liked the hot tub.

Dear Guest, We hope you enjoyed your winter stay in this beautiful condo. Just to be clear to future guests, this condo was immaculately cleaned prior to your arrival as we inspected it ourselves prior to your check-in. The throw rug you are referring to is permanently stained which can not be removed but also hasn't warranted replacement. We are disappointed that you stayed with us for 30 days and never once contacted us about any of the issues such as the shower leak or the need for additional dishes. We are located on the 6th floor of this same building and could have easily resolved those issues the same day. We will contact a plumber to repair the shower head and restock any needed kitchenware. In addition, the outdoor pool is an unheated pool and has never been utilized in the winter months. The indoor pool was operational and heated during your stay. Even though you didn't mention them, we sure hope there was lots of good that you liked about your accommodations. Here's to wonderful future beach vacations, Greta's Beach Rentals

Booking my reservation through Greta's Rentals was easy and they were always there to answer questions via email or phone. The unit was exactly as described. The balcony view was to die for! The elevators are a bit chaotic on move in day but I was prepared after reading other reviews. Parking was no problem. Our reserved space was always for us solely. Using the phone app to give details about your reservation was very handy. The security guard gave my in laws a very convenient parking spot due to their inability to find an open handicap spot. I definitely would book this unit again through Greta's Rentals.

Ocean Reef 1908

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ocean Reef is in a great location, close to many restaurants, shopping, and activities. In building parking is a great plus, and the Gulf views from the balcony cannot be matched. The building itself is well maintained, and the building staff are friendly and very helpful. Unit 1908 provides the amenities needed for your stay. A deeper cleaning of the unit would be useful as the AC/heat air vents are quite dirty with dark stains on the vents and on the ceiling in front of them. The tub/shower drain off the master bedroom was plugged, and second bedroom's tub/shower was almost plugged. We put some drain cleaner in both which cleared up that issue, but this is something that should be monitored by the cleaning service for the unit so it does not become an issue. Greta's staff people are great to work with also, very pleasant an accommodating. We've worked with their group for seven years, and will continue to do so.

Family Vacation 2023

We had so much room that we were able to have all of the family come to our condo for a few family meals. The condo was supplied with plenty of cookware and utensils for our daily use. The cleaning crew did an outstanding job as our unit was spotless. I was a little apprehensive about being on the 19th floor with how slow elevators have been at other condos in the past. However, at Ocean Reef there we three elevators available and they were very speedy. There were plenty of good places to eat within walking distance. I definitely would recommend Runaway Grill, Sharkys, Amore for donuts, and Zollo for pizza. Also, the security personnel and the staff we very courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay in 1908 at Ocean Reef again for my next Panama City Beach vacation.

The high ceilings and extra large patio were very nice. The kitchen had everything you need. The entire grounds was well maintained and landscaped- loved the pool and hot tub. And our family made full use of the walk to entertainment, food, and shops. Lastly, the beach was perfect - clean, uncrowded, and beautiful.

Beautiful view from the largest balcony we have had so far. Condo was large for only 2br and was very clean and pretty. Had a wagon to help get luggage up to room since no carts are here. Pool very clean and also had an indoor pool for those rainy days. Would definitely stay here again. Only drawback was no beach service and it can add up quickly out of pocket.

This was our 3rd trip to PCB and this was by far the best one. The Condo was absolutely great place to stay. with great location, cleanliness, very responsive and supportive Greata rental staff. Every was crafted for perfect holiday. We had a great time staying with you. We will definitely be staying with Greta the next time as well. Also, would recommend the same to family and friends.
