Villa was exactly what it said on the tin. Spacious, Quiet, Comfortable. Pool was fantastic along with the loungers( Could be doing with an extra umbrella), Views were amazing.Air con was a god send in all rooms, but one of the bedrooms didn't work( Air con came on but when set at cool mode hot air was dispensed- not a major hassle as other rooms were used and this was left vacant.)Villa location close enough to walk to shops , bars and restaurants, but far enough away not to hear any of the night time noise.Would we return? In a heartbeat.... Only down side, there are three steps that lead from the main living area to the bedrooms and the bathroom, Our party had a wheelchair user that required assistance up and down the stairs, not a great inconvenience, but hindered their independence slightly. Might be an idea to highlight this in the property description as the property looks like its all on one level via the pictures and no mention of the steps.Other than that, a great holiday in a great villa. Cant wait to go back.....

Really lovely stay for 2 weeks, the sea views were great, the villa was in a good location that we could walk to restaurants and bars if wanted, a car isn’t essential. Plenty to see and do. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed. The only negative would be the bathrooms as they could do with a bit of an update, the mixer tap in the main bathroom didn’t work so we had to fill the bath with the shower which didn’t really impact on our stay but having children we did use the bath everyday. Overall it was a great stay and we would defiantly look to return in the future!

Great place and we'll located

We had a week at villa Tequila Sunrise and it's been lovely. It's a great location, near enough to coral bay strip to enjoy the restaurants and bars, but far enough you don't have any noise issues and it's not busy. Pool was lovely, especially in the afternoons after the sun had been on it.David the property manager touched in a few days before our arrival, and we reported an issue to him and he dropped by to check on our stay. Overall a good experience. Not sure why there aren't many reviews of this place, we've been to Cyprus a lot and it's deffo one of the better places we've stayed.Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again.

Toxic smell Wall damp near light socket with wall paper coming off - water damageBeds and pillows dirty/ according to host had new pillows - in January Black mould in bathroomsShowers filthy - not fit to useHuge crack in bathroom window- host didn’t see this as a safety issue.Garden furniture broken-Host said he couldn’t offer alternative accommodation- said he wasn’t paid enough to sort it out!- had to find our own accommodation to stay in.After 11 days of our stay did repairs and host offered us a partial refund which we used towards the cost of our hotel. We live in hope that VRBO will offer some kind of recompense under their Certificate of Guarantee as what they sold us was certainly not what was advertised.

Unfortunately, you chose to leave the property before allowing us the opportunity to address and rectify the matters onsite. All arrangements were completed to ensure the property met the expected standards, however, we did not receive any further communication from you regarding a return, despite the villa being ready and available for the remainder of your stay. We always aim to provide a high standard of service and regret that we could not reach a more positive outcome in this case. Nonetheless, we wish you all the best in your future travels. Good location very tired accommodation

This property is a good location close to coral bay with sea views However ... Pictures don’t reflect the very tired nature of the accommodation. Bathrooms terrible and dirty and beds very uncomfortable Had to buy decent pillows and book alternative accommodation when in Cyprus. Don’t visit needs a refurb
