Unfortunately the housekeeping had forgotten to leave the key inside of the key box. Kindly note that we offer early check-in or late check-outs up to a certain time, and depending on availability. During the August high season, it is necessary to pay for the late check-out for it to be guaranteed as we block our calendar.
