What a great place to stay. The communication with Paulo, from making the booking to returning home, was excellent. Our transfers to and from the airport were arranged perfectly. Paulo even arranged avtaxi for us to and from Loule which again was really helpful. The villa was great, just what we wanted for our 8 night stay. It was spotlessly clean, loads of kitchen utensils and crockery which allowed us to cook some of our meals in the villa. The pool and outdoor space is a bonus and we used it loads. Pool cleaned every 3 days and towels changed half way through our stay. The tourist train is ideal to get to Vilamoura and the stop is only a 10 minute walk from the villa. I would definitely recommend staying here, we are booking again for next year. You won’t be disappointed.

Nice house for a family

Overall it's a nice house. A bit old here and there, but it does a job for a fair price. Has good outdoor space - pool in the front and good sitting area to have dinner in the back.

Good value, great location

The villa was within walking distance of Vilamoura marina, yet far enough away to be peaceful. The villa itself was ok, although in need of a little refurbishment (some sockets/lights not working, door to balcony would not open etc), however, there were alternate options available so we did not report to the villa management company. The villa management were excellent in their communications and assistance with airport transfers etc, and the housekeeping was frequent and faultless.

Terrible

Villa very tired, could not plug in the bed side lamp as the wall socket was in the bedside cabinet. Air conditioning didn't work in the main bedroom. The locks on the windows were so flimsy that we were broken into and our money was stolen!

Dear Ian, Thank you for your feedback. We have ordered our maintenance to immediately verify the reported situations and the electric socket is in the wall behind the bed side table as it’s supposed to be and the air conditioning unit was also working, both cold and hot functions. As regards to the break-in, no signs could be found, including force entry nor you called the police to report the situation as we insisted and always recommend. Nevertheless, we sincerely regret if you found that our accommodation was not up to your standards. We do manage several accommodations in Vilamoura and would be a pleasure to welcome you again in any of them in the future. Take care and all the best, Vilamoura-Villas

No geral adorei a estadia. Recomendo

Fab Villa

I would have given this 5* if the pool had been larger and comfier seating area. Overall the Villa is lovely and in an amazing location. Only down site as mentioned was the size of the pool and the seating area in the livingroom. No need to worry about the pool being at the front of the villa as I never saw anyone walk past during the day. Definitely would recommend this villa.
