Clean two bedroom apartment in the heart of Florence. Very easy to walk to the Duomo and other popular attractions. The small kitchen worked well to cook daily breakfast with ingredients from nearby stores. There is also a washer so my group was able to do some much needed laundry after traveling from Sorrento. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Florence.

Room for 6

It was nice to have a big place to spread out with two bathrooms and a nice back porch. The location is perfect.

Our Florence trip

The location was fantastic, the check in process did take a little while, and the AC unit did not work the best. All and all it was a good stay

Good amenities, well located to the locations we wanted to go to. The outside does not look that great, but inside is a modern place with everything you need. The attic floor was a little uncomfortable for the two members of my family that slept there. They kept hitting their heads on the ceiling (and they are not tall people by any means). The neighbours above kept moving furniture around the first two nights, making it difficult for the two sleeping right under the ceiling to get some sleep. After two nights, the host spoke with them and the final night was quiet and restful.

Central location

This place overall fit our needs for our party of 6. It was a little small but we managed. We did find a dead cockroach upon arriving and a live one in our bathroom so that kind of threw a damper on things. The location was centrally located and we were able to get to everything easily by walking.

The location was convenient. The floors were filthy. There was a nespresso machine and that was nice but it would’ve been nicer if there were some pods because we didn’t know where to go to buy them. The hot water heater stopped working but the host was quick to answer and told us how to work on it to get it working again. Overall, it was a decent experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the location convenient and that our team was quick to assist when the hot water issue came up. We sincerely apologize about the cleanliness of the floors — this is not up to our standards, and we’ll be addressing it with our housekeeping team. We also appreciate the note about the Nespresso pods and will look into providing clearer guidance or supplies for future guests. Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your experience.

Good area young crowd

It was in a nice central area of Florence. It was an easy distance to the duomo and other landmarks. The crowd at nighttime was definitely much too young on the weekend. About 15-23 year olds. So if you want a nicer more laid back crowd I would choose a different area

Quiet remodeled place close to all attractions.

Our family of five stayed and we had plenty of room. The entire apartment has been beautifully remodeled. We sat outside and sipped wine under party lights. It was very romantic. Washing machine for laundry and excellent drying racks were great. Close to grocery store too. We ended up making supper one night and the kitchen had everything we needed. We can't say anything negative.

July visit 2023 .

Overall great stay and nice location. Few things missing in apartment would have been helpful ( paper towel, sponge and laundry detergent) . Beds were very comfy. No AC in living room but there was a fan but was still a bit hot since there was a bad heat wave that week. Very smooth check in process and responsive host . Would come back again !

Beds were comfortable. Lift is not for adults. Toilet was running and could hear at night. Confused about the layout. Could not find kitchen items. Stove did not work.
