This ensures the BBQ ignites reliably. Propane Heaters: For your comfort, two electric heaters are provided inside the cabanas. Please note that the propane heaters are not for renter use and are usually stored in the utility area away from the patios. Sofa in the downstairs bedroom: The sofa you mentioned is a new design by American Leather/American Upholstery. Here's a description from the manufacturer: "Rest assured: Guests won’t be troubled by clunky contraptions when they stay overnight. This home is located on the Northern California coast, where traditional air conditioning is uncommon due to the naturally cool ocean climate. Prior to this stay, the guest specifically asked about air conditioning and was informed that the home does not have conventional A/C, giving the group the opportunity to decide whether the property met their needs before arrival. We have since updated the booking platform to eliminate any possibility of confusion regarding this amenity. One of the features many guests appreciate most is Half Moon Bay's cool coastal climate. While inland temperatures can exceed 100°F during the summer, temperatures here often remain in the 60s, allowing guests to enjoy fresh ocean breezes, open windows, and naturally comfortable conditions. If you experience an internet outage or other technical issue during your stay, please contact us before attempting to troubleshoot or reconnect any networking equipment. We can often resolve issues quickly, either remotely or by coordinating with our internet service provider. Leaving the equipment as installed helps us restore service as efficiently as possible.
