Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and complimentary beach service for each of its units (2 chairs, 1 umbrellas per condo)

This top floor 2 bedroom condo has even more room than what it seems! When entering the unit you will find the King master suite off the hallway with a full attached bath. Continuing down the hall you are greeted by a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, and private balcony access. Located in the living room is a staircase leading up to the King Loft with a flat screen TV mounted on the wall and a full shared bath. The second bedroom is also located on the second floor with four twin beds.
