Very clean apartment located on the second floor of an older building typical for the area. Convenient location to bus and metro services making it easy to visit Paris. Highly recommended

Charming, very French apartment. Hosts were friendly and helpful. The electric fan in the living room was most welcome during this hot summer of 2026. Hosts recommended Bus 21 for public transportation, and it was indeed helpful. I would add that for the metro, stop Glaciere on line 6 worked best for us. We had a lovely visit.

The host was friendly and welcomed us with great croissants and coffee. The bedroom was adequate. Bathroom was a tight fit. Access to shower was a 16 inch step up. You had to be extremely careful stepping out. Otherwise, it was fine.

Excellent location, good value

We enjoyed our stay. A perfect home base for exploring Paris. Our hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed. The apartment was well-equipped.

Quick Paris getaway

This was a great little apartment for our spur of the moment getaway. Close to the metro and bus stop, we spend the day sight seeing and returned for a quiet night at home.

Great location for a week in Paris

Enjoyed staying at the property and communication from Nasrine was excellent. Plenty of local places to eat and very convenient to the RER B line at Cite Universitaire terminal. Enough room to stretch out and all of the needed amenities were covered.

Very friendly and reliable host, awesome apartment and central location. The apartment is very comfortable and functional. All devices were working perfectly: Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine, smart TV. Very comfortable bed. The apartment is located in a very nice, calm and safe district right in front of several bus stops. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the next subway station. Many supermarkets around the corner. I’d like to thank Nasrin and Jaleh for the wonderful stay in Paris!

Perfect location

The apartment was fine -- clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and ample hot water for showers. But, for us, the best thing about it was its location! Minutes from the Metro stop, surrounded by bus stops, a short walk from a grocery, and across the street from a great patisserie! Parc Montsouris is a block away, and is a beautiful and relaxing place for a stroll. We loved our stay here!

Lovely accommodations!

We stayed in March. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and everything worked well. We were able to adjust the temperature to our liking. Host met us the first day and couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. Hope to return soon!

Amazing time in Paris for the Olympics!

We knew we were in for something special when Nasrine greeted us in person upon our arrival in Paris. This flat is perfectly situated in an amazing area in the 14th, near the park and two different metro lines. Thank you Jaleh and Nasrine for your hospitality!

Comfortable Apartment

This is a comfortable apartment in a good location. There is a nice park and a bus stop on the same block as rhe apartment. The metro is also nearby. There are also restaurants and a boulangerie in the neighborhood. The host was very friendly and helpful. It has a well-equipped kitchen and bath and the bed was comfortable.

Like a little home

Comfortable, clean and neat. Quiet area with girgeous nearby park and very convenient metro. Apartment small but i felt like i was living in a real Parisienne home.

very well located comfortable apartment

The location of the apartment - next to parc Montsouris and well connected by bus and metro and RER - is excellent. The apartment is comfortable and spacious and had all I needed. Nasrine was friendly and very helpful accommodating my late arrival. Advice to fellow travellers: bring an eye mask if, like me, you prefer a dark sleeping space, as the curtains are white and no shutters.

Just perfect

Close to metro/bus/taxi restaurants, grocery stores, Boulangeries, patisseries, Boucherie, anything you want really is within a 10 minute walk. Tha apartment is charming and cozy with all of the comforts of home. The shower pressure is amazing too! I would definitely recommend this place! Thank you!

The property was as described. A little small but enough room for a couple on a short trip or vacation. There were a few stairs to climb. The host met us when we arrived and talked us through the whole property, and was very friendly.

Parc de Montsouris

What a beautiful park neighborhood this was, our first time to the Montsouris district! There was a bakery and a small market right across the street, very convenient. We found lots of cafes within a short walking distance. The property manager was very responsive, easy to contact. The apartment was so cute, small, and maybe typically Parisian. It was the first time we stayed in an apartment.

Wonderful little apartment!!

We loved staying in this little apartment. So close to everything in Paris! And the market down the street on Sunday was amazing! Bakeries and cafes all around and bus and train within easy walking distance! We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The only tiny downside was trying to find which apartment in the building since there are like 10 unmarked doors on 3 different levels. But as soon as we messaged, the host came out of one and showed us all around. She was very friendly and helpful!!!
