Dear Frankie, thank you very much for your comments. Pools in Benidorm are not in use out of season. Even if they still have water, this water is not treated chemically during winter. But you can always use our beautiful sandy beaches :)

Good morning Elizabeth, it has been a pleasure having you as a guest, we just want to thank you for your comments, we hope to see you again, have a good day.

Dear Alan, thank you for taking the time to write the review. First of all, we would like to apologise for the delay in attending the repair of the shower, we will make an extra effort to improve this service. As for the pool, the season normally ends the 30th september, and the decision to open on close it really depends on the community of neighbors of the building. That apart, we really hope that you enjoyed your stay and we would be delighted to have you back. Regards.
