We had a really great experience from beginning to end. The villa was well equipped, comfortable, convenient for both sides of the island (but we had a car for the short drive into Skopelos town), spotless and it was cleaned again mid-week. We swam in the pool every day, and had breakfast on the patio looking down the valley to Skopelos town every morning. There are a network of good running and hiking tracks straight out of the villa. We hired a motor boat from Skopelos and went right round the Island, stopping in secluded bays, swimming in the crystal clear water and of course stopping off at the Mama-Mia chapel. There are numerous restaurants for every budget and plenty of shops ranging from specialist butchers, fishmongers, bakers and grocers through to decent supermarkets. Dimitris could not have been more helpful with pre-visit admin and questions, and with his local team answering questions and offering advise even when Dimitris was himself on holiday. Is a six star review possible! Skopelos, VRBO, Kentavros and Dimitris

We had a lovely stay.

Lovely little villa perfect for two. Location good only a 10 minute drive to centre. Pool was lovely and the villa was very well equipped. Had a great time.

Beautiful villa and the perfect Greek holiday

We spent an amazing week at the villa. It could not have been more perfect. The location is amazing, the island is beautiful and Dimitris was really helpful throughout the whole process. The only bad thing was having to come home!

a relaxing getaway

The villa is set up high in the hills looking down on Skopelos town. It is quiet, and in a remote location but with a car you are quickly in the lively town below. We had a wonderful holiday and do not hesitate to recommend the villa and the more than welcoming and helpful host, Dimitris, to anyone wishing to escape to an idyllic, peaceful setting.

Honeymoon Stay In Skopelos

Staying in this villa was the perfect experience for our honeymoon. The villa offers privacy on the side of the mountain with an easy trip down to Skopelos town. There are several amazing hikes on the island and the location of this villa allows for easy access to other towns. Dimitris is a superb host and his hospitality is excellent. Words cannot explain the experience that this villa offers! Definitely recommend picking this villa for your next vacation!

All good

Lovely Villa. Beautiful views, peaceful and quiet. Host Very helpful and friendly when needed. We stayed 10 days, the cleaners came twice to change sheets and towels etc. and to clean the pool. The cleaners also very nice and friendly. Can’t fault anything. We will definitely be back.

Great experience!

What a nice place to stay! Easy and very helpful communication with Dimitris. They did everything to let us feel cozy and comfortable. Thank you for everything. The house is as described with an amazing view in a peaceful location. We will come back to Skopelos! :)

Holidays at Kentavros villa

When we arrived, me and my husband, we were very anxious to see if the villa was as described. It was great to see that not only it was all true but another thing that made for us the difference was the fact that it had a personal touch, making us feel like home. Our stay at the villa was really worth it while we had a great time! The view was spectacular being able to enjoy the scenery of the hills and the sea beyond. It is placed at a very nice spot where you are completely private. We loved the walks around the area which is full of flowers, and trees of all types. The best feeling was that of being close to the nature, and yet so close and so away from it all. Sure we'll come back! D & D

very good

We had a great holiday in Skopelos and a lovely stay at Pegasus cottage. We were particularly impressed with the level of comunication with Dimitris and his team on the island and nothing seemed to be to much trouble. Our cottage was very clean and well looked after and the cleaning service excellent. There were great beaches (loved limnonari) and tavernas very nearby for those lazy days with just a book. Good restuarants (Rodi and Perivoli were our favourites-must book) all in all after the hustle and bustle of the UK this was a great holiday break. Issue with the wasps but am assured it was an excepional year for the blighters. Would I go back, one year definatly. Mike & Alison

Slice of paradise!

We chose to spend our honeymoon at Villa Kentavros and it was the best decision we made (other than getting married!)! :-) it was so beautiful and romantic! We loved that it was quiet and peaceful. All you could hear were the goats on the hills and the insect songs. We enjoyed the pool every day, and backgammon on the beautiful terrace with a view. Dimitris was extremely helpful and welcoming. He helped us rent a car, rent a boat and enjoy the island to its fullest. We especially recommend Taverna Fotini, which is a 5 minute walk down the road. Mrs. Fotini is a great cook and a very sweet lady! We will really miss this special place and hope to be back soon! Thank you for everything, Dimitris!

Great little cottage

My Husband and I stayed here for 1 week at the beginning of October, 2017. Since this was the off-season, we were so happy to have this self-service cottage as lots of amenities on the Island were closed. Beware - ferry service and weather are unpredictable during this time of year! Communication with Dimitris through the planning stages was really great. He was a huge help. He has a property manager, Kosmas, who picked us up from the Ferry and also checked on us once during our stay to change towels and clean the pool. The views from the patio were really lovely. We cooked many meals in the kitchen and generally enjoyed the space. We found the bed to be too uncomfortable so we slept on the couches in the living room. We found most beds in Europe to be like this throughout our Vacation so this is a personal preference thing. Also, the pool was very cold so we could not use it. I think if there was a solar blanket used it would keep out the debris and keep the water warmer. I would stay here again and give it 5 stars if we could have used the pool.

Wunderschön

Eine sehr schöne Villa ,Dimitris, der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich wirklich sehr Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit hier . Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in der Stadt oder an wunderschönen Stränden , wenn man mal ein bisschen ausruhen möchte , bietet die Villaeinen schönen Pool und liegen ! Es war ein wirklich toller Urlaub! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Séjour agréable, villa fidèle à la description.

Excellente communication avec Dimitris qui a pris de nos nouvelles quotidiennement. La villa était fidèle en tous points à la description de l’annonce. Un peu rustique mais idéale pour une petite famille (nous avons deux enfants de 7 et 10 ans). Correctement équipée pour cuisiner ou recevoir des amis. La piscine était aussi très appréciable! Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Lovely villa

If you're looking for a private, peaceful location with stunning views you've found it! Accommodation very comfortable for the 2 of us. Communication excellent, helpful and very fast! First visit to Skopelos and we loved it.

Very nice vacation on the island of Skopelos

Everything was great and we enjoyed our vacation very much. The villa was very nice and located in a quiet area. The view from the terrace was excellent. The communication with the owner and the contact persons on site was very good. He was always very friendly, courteous and helpful.

Stunning views

We spent a week here for my 40th birthday and it was absolutely perfect! Skopelos is a great island - gorgeous beaches and lovely restaurants without being overly touristy or busy. And the villa had everything we need, amazing views and privacy so it felt like we were in our own slice of paradise.

Tolles Haus, hervorragender Vermieter

Für und das perfekte Haus, Ausstattung neuwertig, alles in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Man fühlte sich gleich willkommen, im Kühlschrank war schon eine kleine Grundausstattung. Einzig das Bett ist auf Dauer hart. Der Pool mit dem Blick zum Hafen ist genial, man hört den gesamten Tag das angenehme Läuten der Ziegenherde und hat den Geruch von Kräutern und Pinienwald in der Nase. Der guten Seele des Hauses, Herrn Kosma, wollen wir besonders Danken. Außergewöhnlich auch der Vermieter. Obwohl er nicht vor Ort ist, merkt man, dass es ihm wichtig ist, dass sich seine Gäste Wohlfühlen. Wir wünschen ihm mit seinem Nachbarn alles Gute.
