Beautiful Resort Style Condo 3rd. Floor Corner Unit

Vores 3rd. sal lejligheden er den største grundplan til rådighed i Wild Pines. Den er udstyret med en stor indhyllingsafstand Lanai med palmer filtreret udsigt over golfbanen. Der er en elevator og vogne er til rådighed for at bringe dagligvarer og bagage op til enheden.
Der er to værelses suiter adskilt af stue / alrum. Begge soveværelser har eget bad byder granit bordplader samt et badekar og bruser. Der er rigeligt med skabsplads samt kommoder at pakke dine ejendele.
Stuen er hyggeligt indrettet med en tilbagelænet sofa og to hyggelige drejelige stole og en 55 "LED tv. Et stort rundt træ bord med 6 stole i spisestuen kan rumme en stor gruppe.

Wonderful stay at Bonita Bay.

We loved our time in Bonita Bay. The condo was very comfortable and well equipped .. our hosts Sandy and Les were fantastic and responded immediately to all questions and requests! Wild Pines cannot be beat for its location and we will look forward to returning there whenever we can.

Wonderful place

The condo was so comfortable and clean. It felt like you were at home. The owners were fantastic and got back to you extremely quick with any concerns. I highly recommend this place to stay.

Great Location & Walking Trails!

Even though the beach was closed we made the most of our vacation. Played golf with friends in the area, ate a wonderful restaurants nearby. Lovely porch to relax at sunset or early mornings. Remodeled bathrooms and all the extras provided by the owner was A plus.

Attractive condo for a 4 person stay

Attractively decorated, comfortable two bedroom condo in Wild Pines complex. Generally quiet, although the master bedroom is on the side facing the parking lot. Ample kitchen supplies with melmac dishes and plastic glassware, pots and pans, and some bakeware. Little extras like saran wrap, aluminum foil, paper towels and napkins were appreciated. Good directions to condo from owner. Touch keypad for door worked well.

Wonderful time at beautiful condo

This is our third year staying at Wild Pines over the Christmas holiday. Sandy and Les made the rental process very easy. We appreciated how quickly they responded to any of our inquiries. The condo is absolutely beautiful. Everything is a ten out of ten. The kitchen is well equipped. The new washer and dryer are a great amenity to have. Beds extremely comfortable. Loved not having to pack beach towels. Another great amenity is the shuttle to the private beach. We loved walking to DeRomo's Gourmet Market after a day at the beach for iced coffee. Publix and Fresh Market are also nearby. Thank you Sandy and Les for a great family stay at your condo.

Bonita bay condo

We enjoyed the property immensely. Bathrooms are beautifully updated and master bed super comfortable. The amenities in condo are new and everything works perfectly. The lanai is very spacious and comfortably furnished. We had a very enjoyable time in this condo and community.

We loved the indoor and outdoor living space. Beautiful views of the golf course and a short walk to DeRomo’s; a favourite Italian Market we frequent. The property owners were quick to respond to any questions and needs we had. We look forward to vacationing there again. No-see-ums are an issue on hot, humid days so you may need to purchase bug spray.

Comfortable unit in a lovely Bonita Bay community

Great community for walking, dining, shopping, proximity to beaches. Owners were very responsive and helpful with special needs. Unit is well equipped. Bedrooms and baths are cheerfully decorated and the lanai is huge. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great Location

Great Location, beautiful community with gated security, great for walking, getting to the beach or just relaxing on the spacious screened in deck! Condo was very comfortable with everything you would need to make your Florida stay perfect.

Clean, Convenient and Responsive Owners

The unit is clean and comfortable. It is equipped with items to borrow while staying and plenty of space to unpack your personal items. We have stayed at Wild Pines on 3 other occasions and this unit is the one that we rent again. Any questions, the owners responded very quickly!

***Awesome Condo

Perfect Condo for a family. Beautifully decorated with everything you could want in a kitchen. Location was excellent with a view of the golf course. Quiet Corner unit and very large. Condo was very clean and completely renovated. The patio was a wrap around with plenty of seating. The owner (Sandy) was quick to respond to any questions and offered lots of information of nearby locations we would be interested in visiting. I would recommend this condo without any hesitation. You are missing out if you do not rent from Sandy and Leslie Brown. We will certainly be returning.

Didn't Want To Leave

We loved everything about this property. The décor is beautiful and the furnishings are very comfortable, both on the lanai and inside the unit. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The new washer and dryer were wonderful. The view and the breezes from the lanai overlooking palm and pine trees and the golf course is outstanding. We loved sitting on the lanai in the evening and listening to nighttime insects and birds. Bonita Bay is so beautiful, and we were able to see so many neighborhoods on our bikes this year. There are even a few sections of bike path that lead us through the jungle to a small lake or river view, where we observed many bird species, lizards, and even an alligator. Sandy was wonderful to work with, and is very accessible. We plan to return.

Great stay in Bonita Bay

My traveling companion and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was clean, modern, decorated beautifully. The kitchen had modern appliances and the bathrooms clean and well appointed. It was also very quiet and the view was good. I would highly recommend it to any prospective renters. I will strongly consider renting again the future. I particularly liked the code system for locking and unlocking the door.

Winter Getaway

This condo was very well equipped for long term rental. It was updated and comfortable. The location is excellent and the Beach Shuttle is a wonderful amenity. The owner anticipated many small things which made our stay easy. We found it to be very enjoyable. It met all of our needs and plan on returning.

I just returned from 16 nights at your beautiful condo! My traveling companion and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was clean, modern, decorated beautifully. The kitchen had modern appliances and the bathrooms clean and well appointed. I particularly liked the code system for locking and unlocking the door. The location was also very quiet and the view was good. I would highly recommend it to any prospective renters. The owners were very easy to work with. We enjoy the casual lifestyle of Southwest Florida and the many amenities available to us here. And of course the weather...

Inside the gated Bonita Bay community you will find a full service marina located on the Imperial River. In season a quaint restaurant, Backwater Jacks, is open for a delightful meal overlooking the marina.
There is a 12 mile network of on-property hiking and biking trails that weave through the community's 2,400 acre lush tropical setting. There are three beautiful parks located within Bonita Bay:
Riverwalk Park runs along the Imperial River and features tennis and basketball courts. Also a 12-station Parcourse fitness trail along the river, restrooms and picnic areas
Spring Creek Park is located on pristine Spring Creek and features complimentary canoes and kayaks. Also available are grills, tables and a children's playground.
Estero Bay Park is a 13 acre site with a 800 foot boardwalk through coastal mangroves to a pier on the bay. A butterfly garden, nature trails, a picnic areas with restrooms are on site.
A resident only private Beach Park is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico just 10-15 minutes from the Bonita Bay community. Picnic pavilions, grills, beach chair and umbrella service, showers, restrooms, and ice machine are available for resident and guest use. Hot food service is offered in season. A shuttle runs hourly to the beach club mid-November through April and is just steps away from our condo.

The area offers many dining choices as well as shopping options. Nearby you will find Coconut Point shopping mall and just minutes away are other shopping options such as the Miromar Outlet Mall. Theater and entertainment venues are close by too.
Whether your vacation preferences are relaxing on the beach with a good book or biking and hiking the trails, you will find yourself feeling at home in the Bonita Bay community. It is no surprise why most people who visit want to return to this outstanding area.
