Denne smukke South Padre Island Beach Townhouse er et rummeligt upscale moderne hjem. Det er det perfekte sted for familie sammenkomster eller en stor gruppe venner. Det sover komfortabelt 17 personer, og du vil elske at være kun en 1/2 blok eller 3 minutters gang (med små fødder) til sandstranden i South Padre Island! Hvis du ønsker lystfiskeri eller andre aktiviteter inden for vandfartøjer, er bådrampen bogstaveligt talt på tværs af gaden! Super bekvemt til både, jetfly og andre vandfartøjer! Har du brug for parkering? Denne ejendom kan rumme op til 6 køretøjer, herunder en 2 bil garage, men lad dig springe kørsel, da du er inden for gåafstand til restauranter (30 sekunders gang), butikker, underholdning, kaffebar og det eneste gym på øen. Efter en lang dag med sjov i solen opretter du et grillmesterværk med den store propan / kulgrill grill og ryger. Børn og voksne kan slappe af med at se de nye 4 store fladskærms-tv'er, tjekke e-mail med den gratis WiFi, spille PS4-spil systemet, spille bordtennis eller bare tage udsigten mens du slapper af på balkonen med udsigt over bugten. Incredible Beach Getaway

We rented this property from Mrs Susan and her family and we were very impressed with everything! The house was spectacular and clean! The living area was large enough to fit 16 adults and play board games after a day at the beach and enjoy a nice meal together. The beach and shopping was within walking distance which made it incredibly convenient for everyone. We rented this nice large home to enjoy a beach vacation with my husbands family to celebrate his grandmas health in her battle with cancer. Grandma was very impressed and enjoyed her time with the whole family in this house and at the beach. We will definitely be renting this house again from Mrs Susan. She was very responsive and helped us with everything we needed and any questions we had. She even left us a nice little bag with some treats for us. :) Thank you so much for going above and beyond to accommodate to our large group.

Beach House Relaxation

The home was very clean and also pleasantly decorated. I can appreciate the owners taking the time to make it homey, as well as inviting to guests and family of guests. And there was no clutter. The AC was great, and the living space upstairs was excellent for entertainment. The backyard area was also good for a BBQ, and again the space inside to eat, from the open kitchen to the solid wood table, was perfect for our family gathering. I also loved the proximity to the beach, just a 3 min walk, which was super convenient for our group. It also felt close to the action, like the night time carnival area on the island and marketplace for groceries. We loved it and will be returning soon.

Summer 2020 beach vacation

We had a great time in SPI and the property we rented was all we thought it would be. It was very well kept up, clean and its location close to the beach and other amenities was great. The owner was very helpful and we couldn't have had a better stay

Great property, great communication

Our scout troop stayed for several days, and we were are very pleased with the rental. Communication was terrific from the very beginning, and Susan provided extra details we needed to make the decision to stay here. Upon arrival, we discovered that she left a little something for each scout. The location was terrific, the condition of the property was terrific, and our stay in South Padre was terrific. Thank you for a fantastic time!

This was a beautiful home away from home on our South Padre Island vacation!

We enjoyed our one month stay in this lovely home on our first visit to South Padre Island. The house is furnished and decorated impeccably and the owner anticipated our every need! The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils needed to prepare our meals when we chose not to visit one of the close-by restaurants. The location was very convenient to both the Bay and to the Gulf beach, and we gratefully used the lounge chairs that were provided for our numerous oceanfront picnics. We had a lovely vacation on SPI and look forward to our return. We send a big thank you to our host and owner, Susan!

Comfortable Vacation Home in Foul Weather

The large family room with the attached dining/kitchen area was memorable given the lousy weather during most of our stay. Our families enjoyed the furnished games which could be played indoors. When it wasn't raining, the beach was close enough to be enjoyed by all of us. There were 6 adults & 6 children and none of them complained of a bad sleeping experience. It was very quiet, could barely hear the fireworks on New Years' Eve. This would not be a good place to stay for anyone with a physical handicap, as the family room & dining is upstairs & there are no grab bars in any of the bathroom facilities. There was off street parking for our 3 vehicles.

Gorgeous home with easy beach access, perfect for a large family

We had a marvelous time in this beautiful home! Even with 8 adults and 5 small children, including a handicapped 4-yr-old with lots of medical equipment, we had tons of room for all our needs. We loved the huge living room and kitchen. Plenty of seating for us to eat at the big table and counter, and 2 long sofas for visiting. The master bedroom upstairs is lovely and comfortable, as is the master bath. The bunk bedroom and 3rd bedroom are on the entry level, so we didn't have to carry all the medical equipment upstairs. There is a huge enclosed patio with grill and outside shower for rinsing off all that sand. Parking is spacious. We could have parked 6 cars without the garage, which left us able to use the pingpong table in the garage. Susan responded immediately to our many questions, accommodated our late check-out, and made our trip and stay a real delight. She had a lovely tote bag and bottle of wine on the counter to welcome us. Very nice, thanks!!! It is only a few minutes' walk down E.Palmetto to the Sapphire beach access. I really can't use enough superlatives to describe this property!!

The Property was Immaculate!

Over the last decade, my family and I have stayed at many hotels, homeaway and AirBNB properties and I must say that this one was by far the cleanest property we have encountered. The photos do it no justice; the home is very spacious and is very warm and inviting and is stocked with every amenity you can think of, or need. We had an awesome stay and the property manager, Susan, was very helpful in assisting us as we explored the island! This place is great and the beach is just a few steps away!

Great home that had all the amenities we needed. It's very spacious and was clean upon arrival. Susan was very helpful before, during, and after our stay and I would definitely recommend this home to stay at to anyone with a group of 10 or up. No complaints whatsoever!

Beautiful house with a ton of room for everyone 10/10

The house was beautiful and all of the decorations were adorable. There was plenty of room for all 17 of us for the week. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and it's always an extra plus that the walk to the beach only took a few minutes.

This home's location is key to experiencing a stress-free vacation and creating the most treasured memories. Only a 5 min walk to the beach with Sapphire beach access and the watercraft rental facility across the street! Restaurants and shops are also within walking distance making this home truly an oasis getaway!

I love my home because with 4 children (ranging from 9 yrs -18 yrs old) the beach is an easy 5 minute walk down one of the nicest streets on the Island, the Bay is across the street for watercraft ramp and restaurants, and everything you may need is within walking distance. All of this in addition to several comfortable sleeping areas, lots of space to relax and a "beachy" modern decor make this house an obvious choice for your beach vacation!
