Denne komplet ombyggede og professionelt indrettede hjørneenhed har det hele! Udsigten fra næsten hvert vindue i denne to etagers åbne grundplan Condo, vil ikke skuffe. Adgang til vores private pool samt alle Watercolor Resort-puljer. Adgang til flere private strandporte. Hvert soveværelse har sit eget badeværelse. Stor wrap omkring balkon i stueetagen samt to ekstra balkoner til soveværelserne. Køkken åbner op til hoved balkonen og har udsigt over bugten. Originale kunstværker i hele lejligheden.

Best rental

We were very impressed with the condo! The owners thought of everything when preparing for any age. They included books and games for entertainment. Very nice layout, relaxing, great location, and the decor was perfect! We would stay again in the future!

Our stay at this property in Florida was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, even before, the host went above and beyond - extremely responsive, helpful, and clearly takes pride in providing a great experience. The house itself was beautiful, spotless, and well-maintained. We felt right at home! The location was perfect- just a short walk to the beach and close to all the pools and amenities. It was the ideal spot for our family vacation. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and comfortable getaway.

Beautiful Unit and View

We have stayed in several units of these condos and this was by far the most beautiful. Great family to work with and so much help with tips to make our stay easier.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!

The property was just perfect! Location great, decor tasteful, items provided helped make it like home (pool and beach toys for the kids, chairs and supplies for the adults). Communication with the owners was prompt, clear, and concise.

Wonderful minus a/c issues

A beautiful property with perfect location. Only hiccup was the A/C was not working properly for 3 days and nites of our trip. Owners did their best to correct the problem but couldn’t seem to get it working for more than a day before it stopped working again. But, I understand that new units are being installed in couple days. In which case, we will be back!

Worth every penny

Gorgeous property with amazing views! Beautifully appointed and steps from beach access. We loved waking up every morning to the gulf views and having coffee overlooking the sand and surf. You get what you pay for at this property and it’s our new favorite after 10 years of staying at different rentals in the area. Owners are very responsive and helpful. We loved it and we will be counting the days until we can return.

Luxury with Ocean Views

The property is beautiful with equal views of the ocean. The spacious condo well appointed and well taken care of. The only owners were very helpful with information about the area & communication when needed. No detail is missed. We would recommend & will be coming back. The Best Experience

The owner of the property was so informative and kind. The property was beautifully decorated. It was a well thought out property. Great Locations! She thought of everything that a family would possibly need from games, books, beach needs, and much more! I would definitely stay at this rental every time. Great place! 5 stars!

Beautiful condo with amazing views

This condo was the perfect getaway for our six person multi-generational family beach vacation! The location can’t be beat with ocean view from both floors, walkability to Seaside shops, and access to Watercolor pools, including Camp Watercolor, which our kids love! The condo is beautifully furnished and many thoughtful practical touches have been added for guests. We have stayed in Watercolor many times and it’s safe to say the owners have thought of everything in this rental! Nikki was so helpful in sharing information to book beach chairs, golf cart, etc., and very responsive to any of my questions prior to and during our stay! This was hands down the best lodging we have stayed in on 30A!

Beautiful stay!

Our vacation was perfect! Best place we’ve stayed in the Watercolor/Seaside area. Absolutely no issues and the beds, furniture, decor were perfects. Amazing water views.

5-star condo at Watercolor

The Southern Shores is an amazing condo. Beautifully furnished and very clean. The kitchen was perfect! We used it for breakfast most days! My children loved the bunk beds and the living room was perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The couches were very comfortable. Plenty of towels in the bathroom and several beach towels to use as well. Great location, a very short walk to the beach, watercolor restaurant and beach club. We will definitely stay here again. The owner was very accommodating and super easy to communicate with!

Just Beautiful

This property is beautiful inside and out! The location is amazing...just steps away from the pool, beach, Beach Club, shops, and Watercolor restaurants. The accommodations/furnishings are high end and interior is stylish and yet comfortable. The views from the balconies are spectacular. The unit was immaculate and the owner was a joy to work with! Will be back!

We loved this property and will be back ! The home has a beautiful inteior with an excellent kitchen to cook in while the waves roll in. 5 star quality. It was my wife and I and our two little girls as well as my mother and father. There were plenty of space for all of us to thoroughly enjoy ourselves. Many books were read overlooking the ocean from the master bedroom. It was heaven. We cannot wait to return!

Wonderful condo on the beach

We had a lovely time at the Southern Shores condo in Watercolor. Our hosts were very kind and responsive and the location is clean and beautiful. Was a perfect little get away for our family of four. I really enjoyed how the place was nicely decorated and every detail thought of. Beach supplies and towel were provided. Even toys for the kids to use while at beach were stored in the beach closet. The beach is right there, and there are several patios you can sit in to enjoy the views of the water. The kitchen is well stocked and we enjoyed cooking there since we have been trying to stay in our little socially isolated safe bubble these days. Both Whole Foods and instacart deliver to the doorstep so it made it super simple to get groceries. One thing about the area, for you city people, there’s no Uber eats or DoorDash Or even pizza delivery so for food you have to eat out or cook. I enjoyed cooking so worked out great. Thank you Nikki for lending us your beautiful spot on earth. We can’t wait to come back for another long weekend sometime in the future.

Perfect Family Getaway

Our stay could not have been any better for our family!!! It was PERFECT! The condo is BEAUTIFUL and very well decorated. Great location with amazing views of the ocean! Owner was great to work with and answered any questions we had. Easy access to the Beach and the pool was great! I would highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Beautiful View

We were very happy with this beautiful condo. The view is beautiful, very convenient to walk right down to the beach and private pool. It was located in a perfect location for us! We had friends staying in Seaside within walking distance. We showed up and our bicycles were already delivered and beach chairs from the beach service were already set up! Thanks Nikki for the heads up to book both of those in advance. The condo was decorated beautifully, we can’t wait to come stay again! Nikki thank you for the great communication and for making our vacation the best!

Watercolor Resort has so much available for everyone. From relaxing at the beach or poolside to cruising the many bike trails on the paved paths or the state park gravel trail, tennis, spa, paddle boarding and kayaking, there is something here for everyone! Just steps to shopping in Watercolor Resort or Seaside. All along the 16 mile stretch on 30A, from Blue Mountain to Rosemary Beach, there are many restaurants and shops to enjoy as you take in the unique character of each area along the way.

Our condo is located on south side of 30A which means we are ON THE BEACH! The views from our home are stunning.

You will have access to our PRIVATE pool as well as the many pools throughout the Watercolor Resort. We are located directly next to the Watercolor Inn & Watercolor Beach Club making it easy to enjoy all the amenities without worrying about finding a parking spot.
