Maui-familieferie - KOA Resort

Aloha og velkommen til vores Maui feriehus.

Placering på første sal er praktisk og tilbyder en privat haveindstilling fra Lanai. De to soveværelser et bad Condo er blevet opdateret med alle nye apparater og møbler. Det store soveværelse har en kingsize-seng, fladskærms-tv, dvd-afspiller og loftsventilator for at holde natten afkølet. Gæstesoveværelset inkluderer en queensize-seng og loftsventilator; der er en dronning sovesofa i stuen. Begge værelser er udstyret med Pottery Barn-sengetøj.

Enheden tilbyder også gratis højhastighedsinternet og en helt ny vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. KOA Resort har en meget stor pool, boblebad, shuffle board, tennisbaner og gasgrill grill i cabanaen, beliggende på fem hektar med tropisk anlagt grund.

Sugar Beach er en gåtur væk og er kendt for sine romantiske solnedgange, stor svømning, 6 mil uberørt spadsereturstrand og sæsonbestemt hvalsafari.

Vintermånederne er vidunderlige til hvalsafari og vil være et syn, du aldrig vil glemme. Hvalsæsonen starter november til marts, når de vender tilbage fra Alaska til vores varme vand i Stillehavet.

Vi vil meget gerne byde dig velkommen til vores Maui-lejlighed, som ligger i hjertet af de bedste strande, snorkling og surfing, golf, naturskønne dagsture, vandre- og cykelstier, restauranter, detailforretninger og meget mere. Du kan hurtigt køre til fantastiske snorkelstrande langs kysten eller køre ind i Wailea (den næste by over) for avanceret shopping, spisning, luau og yderligere strandmuligheder. Du vil aldrig løbe tør for ting at udforske og gøre på denne smukke ø.

The unit was perfect for our family of four. It was clean and cool (temperature wise); and it had everything we needed to really rest and be prepared for each day on the beautiful island of Maui!

Wonderful stay.

We stayed here over the holidays and it was wonderful. The condo was clean, organized and had everything you need for a beach vacay. Nice big beach towels, wagons, chairs, swim/beach toys.Location is close to restaurants and public transit. The outdoor grounds is tidy and the pool is excellent! We would return again! Host were easy to communicate with before, during and even after our stay! 10/10

Great Stay

We absolutely loved our stay! Great condo for a great price, great communication. It had everything needed for a vacation in Maui:) The complex was great (although you can hear people from upstairs) , great pool , bbq area, plenty of parking, kids enjoyed tennis and ping pong. Close to so many beaches and grocery stores. We love to stay again!

Fantastic family vacation

I highly recommend staying here. It was very family friendly and comfortable. There was a beautiful pool and hottub that we used every day. There was a huge green space for the kids to run around in. There was a bunch of beach stuff to use as well as a wagon to pull it all in. The house itself had tons of towels and dishes. The beds were okay. The one downfall for the property was that there was no A/C. They had tons of fans to try and help with the heat, but having A/C would have made this property perfect.

Pretty perfect

The property was immaculate, and had everything we could have needed. Anytime I said to my wife, “I wish it had this.” She would reply “it’s just over there or in there”. The pool was great and it was located close to nice beaches and everything we could have needed.

Great stay, wonderful location!

We love Kihei and it’s central location to many places on the island. The condo was very comfortable and we appreciated having the use of floaties, pool noodles, cooler, chairs and beach towels. We definitely took advantage of using it for pool and beach each day. The condo is also centrally located near the pool and ping pong table. It does get hot without AC but there are plenty of fans throughout that help keep it cool in the evenings when we returned. David and Denise were quick to respond to my questions. Mahalo for sharing your place with us as we created priceless memories in Maui!

Great condo!

We really enjoyed the condo. The property was very clean and we appreciated the close proximity to the pool. The condo and all the amenities we could need. Beds were very comfortable and we all slept great after a long day of exploring the island. We’d stay near again in a heartbeat.

Nice condo near the beach in a quiet neighborhood

We loved this condo near the beach. It was well equipped and very comfortable. Hosts were responsive. My only watch out is that it is on the first floor, with a unit above it. The floors are thin. You can hear adults walking—which was fine. Unfortunately above us was a group with multiple small children. The thundering herd ran up and down screaming at 6:30 am. We ignored the running stampede at 4 pm because they were just kids being kids. At 6:30 am however I needed to go talk to the adults. They apologized and it got quieter—-for an hour. If the upper floor visitors could be asked ahead of time to be cognizant of the thin floors, it might help future guests on the ground floor.

Wow! What a gem

I struggle writing this one as I feel like I might let the cat outta the bag but WOW! We would most definitely return to this condo if it doesn't get booked up all the time now . This is our fourth trip to Maui and second time staying in Kihei and this condo was only topped by one other which was literally oceanfront. We loved the location, quick access to the rest of the island. Miles and miles of easily accessible beaches to walk and watch the sunsets of course. The groundskeepers work so very hard to keep the property perfect. We had some very windy days and they were on top of it first thing in the am cleaning up the debris. The pool is fantastic and right across the grass from the lanai. The condo had everything we needed and I am always uneasy about the beds as I have a bad back but they are so so comfortable. Now, we are not 'fussy' people. We go to experience the island and ocean and really do not spend alot of time in the condo so things like air conditioning and some noise (in my opinion very normal) from upstairs do not bother us one bit. There are so many fans to keep you cool and a pool steps away. I wish I could say something bad but the owners are so lovely I cannot. Fingers crossed we can stay there again in the near future :)

Comfortable unit with all you need for a quiet stay in Kihei. Property grounds are well managed. Nice pool, tennic courts, and common area.

Anniversary’s Trip

Stayed at The KOA 6 yrs ago when we first got married. We like how close to the stores and beach the unit is. This bedroom is perfect to a small family. The only issue we had is there is no basic cooking supplies left from previous renters If you cook at the unit you have to buy everything like spices, oils and other essentials. Hope to stay there again one day.

Nice condo - very well appointed.

We enjoyed our stay - great condo for the price! Beautifully decorated, and well appointed. The only downside was the condo had very noisy little ones. Also upstairs tenants were very heavy footed. However, we enjoyed the condo nonetheless, and would stay there again! Owners very communities and professional.

Great family Spot

We had an awesome time here, the property was fully stocked with everything we needed, even flashlights when the power went out! We had easy access to the pool and could sit on the patio while the kids played in the grassy area. Would definitely recommend!

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Maui is a beautiful escape and our second home. Our extended family has been visiting Maui for over 30-years. We enjoy all that Maui offers: golfing, water activities, scenic drives, wonderful food and culture, walking the beaches or just relaxing. There is never a boring day on Maui.

Aloha and Mahalo for visiting our home away from home. Our two bedroom, one bath is a great vacation home for single families or four adults. This lovely tropical property is in the central location on Maui. Just 20 minutes from the airport and central to many activities, shops, and restaurants on the island. Having a ground floor unit provides easy access in and out of the property. The pool is one of the largest on the island for rental properties and is steps away from the lanai. We are just across the street from what is called the 6-mile beach or Sugar Beach. Ceiling fans in each room combined with afternoon trade-winds provide a cooling tropical breeze. Each room has its own A/C unit.

This is a beautiful resort. Everywhere you look you will experience tropical gardens. It is a quieter, laid back resort. A pool and Jacuzzi are just a few steps from lanai. The kitchen and bathroom were recently remodeled and the unit is nicely furnished and provides a comfortable feeling. There is also a stack-able washer and dryer in the unit. There are two tennis courts, a ping pong table and shuffle board on the property; BBQ's can be found in the cabana area. This is a non-smoking unit, inside and out. The unit is cleaned before you arrive and after you leave.
