Luksus havnefronten ejerlejlighed i downtown Portsmouth

Vores havnefronten 2-værelses ejerlejlighed er solrigt, komfortable og smukt indrettede - med en pragtfuld udsigt til solnedgangen fra vores dæk. Andet soveværelse kan bruges i stedet som en workout værelse - komplet med spejle og håndvægte. Stor skærm tv og wifi internet.

Bedst af alt, vi er en 5 minutters gang fra centrum af downtown Portsmouth og snesevis af fine restauranter, shopping og kulturelle attraktioner. Historisk downtown Portsmouth er en aktiv havneby og populær ferie destination for både amerikanske og internationale besøgende. Denne dejlige by prale dejlige butikker, fine restauranter, levende teater, fortovscafeer og maleriske slæbebåde, og livlige natteliv. Prescott Park Arts Festival (hjem for udendørs sommer teater og andre shows) Music Hall Performing Center, to havne krydstogtskibe og Strawberry Banke historiske site er lige her, en kort gåtur fra vores condo.

A great location - a serene & scenic water view and walking distance to all of downtown Portsmouth. What more can you ask for? Well...you also get a very personable & accessible host. We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay.

Great location for a walkable stay in Portsmouth. Very friendly, responsive and helpful hosts. Accommodations met our needs including cooking and laundry.

Outstanding Portsmouth NH location!

This property is wonderful! The owners were always available for assistance and ideas and very accommodating. Location overlooks the water with easy access to local restaurants, bakeries, and Prescott Park for concerts. Even the Tall Ships came into port and docked across the street ..truly magical! Please consider this beautiful Condo when visiting Portsmouth…..an excellent location with wonderful owners ready to ensure your holiday is perfect!

Great Coronacation location!

The condo was exactly what we needed. Very well located for a short walk to historic Portsmouth, lots of great restaurants, short drive to beaches and parks. The condo has beautiful view of North Mill Pond from the back deck and beautiful sunsets. The condo was furnished nicely and had everything we needed for our month stay. Rebecca was excellent to work with in all aspects of our visit and we would look forward to staying there again on another extended stay to NH.

Cozy house, on the water, beautiful sunsets

Our stay was perfect! Comfortable, clean, cozy, with everything we needed and more. Rebecca gave us great recommendations and was very helpful from check-in to check-out. House is fully stocked. Walking distance to the middle of town, with the serenity and beauty of watching the sun go down over the water. We stayed 3 weeks and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. You can’t beat it for a wonderful Portsmouth stay! Thank you again!!

Centrally located

For the most part, just keep your car parked at the condo and walk to downtown Portsmouth. Especially visiting Prescott Park. Enjoyed sitting on the deck, watching the wildlife and the boating community heading out of the cove to deeper waters on a Sunday afternoon. Condo is well equipped and comfortable. Lovely condo in Portsmouth

We loved being in this lovely condo, a few minutes walk from the center of Portsmouth. It was fun being on the water (North Mill Pond) and watching the tides come and go. The location was perfect for us. We've stayed in lots of places and have learned to bring some pans with us from home whenever we could. It wasn't necessary at Rebecca's. The quality of the cook ware was fine. In fact, we appreciated the art and artifacts on display. These folks have traveled a lot. Rebecca responded immediately to every request we had. This is a town house, so there are a bunch of stairs from the front door up to the living areas and another flight up to the bedrooms. We managed fine, but it is something to be aware of. We roamed around Portsmouth a lot (we stayed for a month) and loved the variety of restaurants, shops, and walks. Our favorite for lunch was the Beach Pea in Kittery, Maine, right across the bridge from downtown Portsmouth. Very walkable. Two of the best sandwiches (the bread was amazing) we've ever had. We loved walking on the beach at Rye, NH, Ogunquit and Kennebunkport, ME. A great month. Barbara and Liz

Absolutely Perfect Portsmouth Condo!

My wife and I just returned from six weeks in Rebecca and Bill’s beautiful condo in Portsmouth. It was easily the most comfortable and delightful accommodations we have experienced in 45 years of traveling. The location (overlooking the water, 10 minute walk into town), the beautiful decor, and Bill and Rebecca’s kindness, warmth, and care as gracious and attentive hosts (anticipating and attending to our every conceivable need and question throughout our stay) made for a magical vacation we will remember always!

Great location / Great host

If you plan to spend time In Portsmouth - you will love staying here! Great water view, parking right out your door and a pleasant short walk to town. Oh, and Bill has a very eclectic hat collection that our grandchildren absolutely loved.

gateway to vacation fun

Location is perfect gateway to Maine, NH and Mass. The owners are fantastic to deal with for any issues. Laundry is upstairs by the bedrooms so very convenient for longer stays, offered any tourist info I needed, asked me what could be improved...would take this rental again and again

Duplex with lovely view of tidal basin

Very comfortable living arrangements with fantastic views of the water and a small deck for enjoying sundowners. Within walking distance of the shops, eateries and historic sights in Portsmouth. One error in the listing to be aware of. It said that the unit could sleep four, however, it only has one bedroom that sleeps two and there are no sofa beds for additional guests. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay in a safe, convenient and comfortable duplex with awesome views of a tidal basin.

Perfect location for enjoying all that Portsmouth offers

We had a lovely time staying at Bill and Rebecca's condo. We stayed for four weeks, and it was fabulous. The unit was exactly as described, very comfortable for the two of us. It was well-stocked with everything we needed to make it seem like home. The location was perfect, as it was so easy to walk into Portsmouth (which we did most every day), and to access all the nearby sites. Rebecca and Bill were very responsive. I highly recommend this property!

Great location

A convenient location with a short walk to Market Square, Music Hall, Prescott Park, many restaurants, the library, historic home tours, city tours on foot and bike, bike rides with the ocean as a companion, harbor tours, and so much more. A marvelous view facing the tidal pool; interesting to watch the tide ebb and flow. A very comfortable condo that quickly became my 'home.' Rebecca and Bill were very personable and welcoming.
