For us our guests are very important, and we always want them to have a very pleasant stay. However, sometimes incidents occur, such as the damage they caused to the microwave. We tried to repair it since it is a large built-in wall unit that requires specific measurements, and we called a technician, but it could not be fixed. The stovetop works perfectly, the house has all the necessary appliances, and the pool was in good condition, but the guest is still not satisfied. For future hosts, please be aware of this family and encourage them to treat the house with consideration. They left 10 bags of trash in the kitchen, spilled seafood soup all over the kitchen, and left the bedrooms in very poor condition. They removed one of the mattresses from the bedroom and also took a sofa out of its place. The walls were extremely dirty, and it took us two days to clean the house and restore it after the condition it was left in.

Dear Lori, thank you for your review, we are super happy that you had an amazing time at Casa sunset, also in Hacienda Pinilla. We are also very excited that you guys enjoyed your fishing trip as you guys shared some amazing pictures with us. As we explained to you several times the house is located in an area surrounded by some beautiful big trees and it is time of the season where they change leaves. However, We were happy to hire an additional Pool crew to go service the pool daily. , as we showed you, the pool had the proper chemical levels. The pool is always very clear and optimal conditions Unfortunately we had some unusual bad winds. We did respond to your messages promptly. However, as you were out of the house without Wi-Fi or Internet signal, seems you r messages were very delayed. Again thank you so much for visiting Casa sunset and come back anytime.
