En enkelt historie to soveværelser, to bad villa tæt på det største poolområde og samfundets fitnessrum. Ejendommen tilbyder et soveværelse med en kingsize-seng og gæst soveværelse med en queensize-seng. Det store soveværelse har et privat badeværelse med et badekar og separat bruser. Gæstebadeværelset er placeret på tværs af gangen fra gæsteværelset og har en kombination af bruser og badekar. Der er en stablet vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i et skab støder op til gæstebadeværelset. Den rummelige stue har en pejs, et fladskærms-tv, en sovesofa med dronning og et spisebord med plads til fem. Stuen åbner mod en stor gårdhave med spisebord og plads til fire. Det komplette køkken har en komfur og ovn, indbygget mikrobølgeovn, opvaskemaskine og køleskab / fryser. Dronningen sovesofa i stuen giver sovepladser i op til seks. Det gatede resort community Legacy Villas ligger 5-10 minutters gang fra La Quinta Resort. Ejendommen tilbyder komfort og værdi i en fantastisk beliggenhed. Det kan kombineres med LV021 for at skabe en 3 værelses villa med 2 master suiter (afhængigt af tilgængelighed). Lejligheden har en indvendig aflukket dør mellem 2 soveværelser og studio-enheder. Der er en forventning om, at gæsterne minimerer støj omkring døren fra kl. 22 til 08.

Ferie villaen ligger i Legacy Villas i La Quinta. Legacy Villas er et samfund på 280 feriesteder og byhuse. Samfundet ligger i en bjergbugt på den vestlige side af La Quinta med udsigt over bjergene Santa Rosa og chokolade i hele ejendommen. Nyd 12 saltvandspooler og boblebad, et fitnesscenter og et fælles klubhus og grill. Legacy Villas er et lukket samfund med 24 timers bemandet sikkerhed. Samfundet ligger 5-10 minutters gang fra La Quinta Resort og kun en kort køretur fra den gamle bydel i La Quinta, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Indio Polo Grounds og adskillige andre ørkenattraktioner.

La Quinta er hjemsted for over 30 offentlige og private golfbaner. PGA Tours Humana Challenge arrangeres på flere af byens baner hver januar. BNP Paribas Tennis Turnering afholdes i Indian Wells Tennis Garden hver marts; kun 10-15 minutters kørsel fra et flertal af vores ejendomme i byen. Glem ikke Riverside County Fair and Date Festival i februar, La Quinta Arts Festival i marts og Coachella og Stagecoach Music Festival i april. We loved it here! The team was great with communication and made everything so easy. It was clean and well maintained and we felt very taken care of. We had a garage to park in and all the kitchen was great and filled with everything one could need to cook. Upon check I left something inside after locking up and was able to get in touch with the management team and they got me back to get my item. We had our teenage daughter with us and it was a perfect spot for a family!

We caught an outdoor concert, explored the cove oasis hiking trails, and spent hours in the pool. Great location and beautiful.

Family and pet friendly

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. We love that it is pet friendly! The location is key as it is right across the street from the main pool. Overall we were very pleased with our stay!

Spring break get away

The villa was nice and clean. The location was absolutely perfect! Right across from the main pool and easy access to the lap pool. We will be back. It’s a great place to relax.

Quick Family Getaway

Our stay was only two nights, but we will be back! Proximity to the main pool was perfect because came with our one year old. We loved the splash pad and beach entrance pool in the evening. Places like this are perfect when traveling with kiddos. It was just what we needed.

LV213 was situated perfectly between the main pool and smaller community pool. The unit was clean and well stocked. The area is so peaceful and quiet. This was our second visit to the complex. Communication with California vacation rentals was easy and responsive. Will use again

Great Location

This property could not be in a more perfect location. It is right across the street from the main pool. Being able to park in the garage was a major plus, as opposed to having to park in the lot. The property was clean and there were no issues while I was there. I would have no issue booking this property again next summer.

Good time

Overall a good trip,wish I knew it was on main road,too much traffic. Patio light out and they never fixed despite request.interior decor was dark.would like cushions available for patio chsirs.loved the close lap pool,lived there.will come again but to a different unit.

Close To Pools and Accommodating

Place is clean and in great location. It is across the street from the main pool. The team was very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay by one night and requested late checkout. They were able to grant both requests. Thank you!... the only issue was that there were mosquitoes and we all got mosquito bites inside the apartment (even when doors were closed at all times). If given the opportunity, I would stay here again and would recommend to friends and family. Thank you for the great time!

Legacy Villas

The Legacy Villa community is a gem. The unit we rented (2 bedroom, 2 bath) was very clean with plenty of kitchen accessories, linens, etc. Amazing view of the moutains from the patio. Main pools were crystal clear and warm. The main spa was clean, appropriately hot and the jets are strong. Everywhere you look, there is an incredible view of palm trees and mountains. Plenty of places to jog and walk. Also many lovely areas to relax with a coffee at breakfast, or take in the late afternoon views with a glass of wine. Highly recommend rentals in this community to experience La Quinta and the greater Palm Springs area with ease and comfort.

Great location

There are a couple of issues that need to be addressed. Master bedroom fan extremely loose. No able to use. Bathroom in hall kept running. Had to remove cover to manual stop it. Second bedroom no dresser for clothes.

Uncleaned and Outdated

Though the location of the property was great, the state of the unit was poor. It was quite filthy with dust everywhere, grime on the walls, and dirty utensils and dishes. The furniture was very outdated. Was expecting a better state of the unit with how much it cost.

We have vacationed in the Coachella Valley 2xs a year for the last 12+ years and stayed at a number of condos including this one during a previous visit. This is the first semi-negative review We have ever written. We were very sad to see the condition of this unit has slipped. Some of the furniture and woodwork need an update, the kitchen is very poorly stocked, and the unit needs an overall floor to ceiling cleaning including windows, blinds, baseboards, walls, drawers, and carpets. There were dead cockroaches on the patios and walkway (glad they were dead) upon arriving. The patios were extremely dirty and not useable until they were cleaned by my husband. On the positive, the kitchen and baths were well cleaned. We happened to have friends also renting two other units in the complex. Both of those units were in better condition including deep cleaning, a nicely stocked kitchen and furniture that wasn’t worn out or broken. The unit is across the street from the main pool, which is convenient and Legacy Villas is a lovely complex. We did receive a very quick response to a couple of issues by the rental managers.
