A Perfect Stay in Orange County

We echo everything that the previous guests have said! The home is beautiful, bright, modern, and clean. The owners, Nancy and Mark were so attentive and checked in on us multiple times during our stay - they even offered to make us dinner reservations when we landed! The neighbourhood was absolutely beautiful and well kept. It was very calm, quiet, and safe, and the neighbours were very friendly. You are steps away from a great pool and fitness room, which were also very quiet and well kept. It was a great plus that we were able to put our car in a garage that is located steps behind the property as well. There isn't a thing Nancy and Mark haven't thought of - the Welcome Directory has take-out menus, directions to local spots, instructions on how to use the shower, etc. The home also has a starter supply of all of the basics: dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher packets, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, paper towel, toilet paper, kleenex, salt, pepper (plus a selection of spices), sugar packets (and sweetener/Splenda), milk/creamer, tin foil, sandwich bags, plastic wrap, etc. In addition to all of this, Nancy and Mark were very thoughtful and provided items that we thought were above and beyond such as coffee, coffee filters, a selection of tea bags, two packets of oatmeal, two granola bars, two water bottles, and two bottles of apple juice. Moreover, they also supplied a small bottle of Tide laundry detergent, which was the perfect amount for our 10-day stay, a pack of Bounce dryer sheets, as well as a great supply of extra linens and towels, a blow dryer, a magnifying mirror, etc. All of these items really made us feel at home and were very convenient to have. All in all this was 10/10 stay and we will definitely be back if we are in the area. Look no further! Your search is over, this is the place to stay!

Great Condo - excellent location

This condo is exactly like the photos. Beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped. The hosts were fantastic with their communication during our stay, making sure everything was ok. The condo is in an area of Orange County that is less hustle bustle than downtown LA which was great for us, not having to deal with highway traffic. Heaps of shopping locations near by (that was what we were there for). Recommend The Tustin Market Place and The Outlets at Orange, and if you fancy more of a drive - Ontario Mills. This is a very safe and neighbourly area. Keep in mind this is a small one bedroom condo, perfect for 2 people but would be crowded with more than that. It is the perfect spot to base yourself for taking in all of what Orange Country and Los Angeles has to offer. We loved it and will definitely stay here again when we next come to California. Thank you Nancy and Mark for providing a lovely 'home away from home' for our stay.

Immaculate condo close to everything

Comfortable clean condo. Owners are lovely and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We hit Disney, Laguna Beach, LA, Dana Point all within a comfortable driving distance. We had a great time, thanks!

Amazing!

This property is immaculate! There isn't a thing out of place or a thing that they haven't thought of. The property is small but lives large! We stayed here for a week and loved every minute of it. The grounds and pool are as beautiful as the furnishings in the condo. Nancy and Mark are very attentive owners. They should run a bed and breakfast! Thanks for a wonderful experience. We will be back!

This place was an excellent choice for us. It was spotless inside and the grounds are very well maintained. Nancy and Mark were very attentive to our needs and they kept in contact with us during our stay to make sure everything was what we expected. Even though the condo complex is next to a busy street and nearby freeway we never heard any road noise or noise from the neighbors. We ended each day having a glass of wine sitting on the front porch. The pictures are an accurate representation of what the condo was like. Everything was brand new. Thanks again Nancy and Mark for letting us stay at your place. It was terrific.

A Perfect 10

This lovely condo ticked off all the right boxes. It was quiet, squeaky clean and close to amenities and hiking trails. Much care had been taken to make it inviting and enjoyable. The owners were very attentive to make sure we had everything we needed. Should it be available on our next trip to southern California, we would love to stay there again.

A perfect stay!!!

This is a perfect location with very kind hosts to spend your holiday. They suppoted us in our vacation planning. The property is located in a calm neighborhood. Perfect if you seek tranquility. But still close to all major attractions and beaches. There's not a single thing that is missing in the property. Compared to other properties nothing broken, or damaged. The hosts and the former guests took care of it. Thanks to everybody. We really had a hard time leaving the condo again. Thank you Nancy and Mark.

Awesome place!!! Great hosts and a stunning area!!!

Nancy and Mark were great hosts, place was spectacular, clean, great location, close to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Garage parking was super convenient, the pool area and hot tub were great!! We used the gym couple times which was also great. Nancy was super helpful with any concerns or questions and replied super fast. Overall superb spot and would definitely stay there again. Nancy, Mark thank you!!!

Beyond my expectations!

There aren't enough words of praise to describe my stay here. The property was spotless and the owners, Nancy and Mark, were very accommodating. They kept up with how I was doing and if I needed anything. The check-in process was extremely easy. The property is located in a beautiful part of Orange County, close to freeways, stores, restaurants, etc. The complex was very quiet and well-kept. The pool was an added bonus. The owners even left some cookies and a thank you card on my last night. I would highly recommend this place to anyone vacationing in Orange County or anyone needing a hassle-free, quiet and clean place to stay. It's definitely a great place to stay if you're not looking to be surrounded by a lot of tourists as well. It was a lovely home away from home. When I come back to visit my family, I will definitely contact Nancy and Mark again.

Excellent comfortable accommodation.

Lovely 1 bed apartment in a quiet development in North Tustin - modern equipment and good air con - very well appointed and thoughtful owners always looking to ensure our comfort. Secure garaging provided as part of the rental.

What a great home away from home!

For someone that needed temporary housing due to a relocation, Nancy and Mark provided me with a great home away from home! Great location for me as I started a new job. My wife walked in and the first words out of her mouth were "let's move here!" All our needs were met in terms of kitchenware, towels, bedding, and they even provided a few unexpected treats! Sadly, my stay had to come to an end, but had I known I'd need longer accommodations, I would've reserved a second month! Take it from someone that's had to move into a different place, reserve from Nancy and Mark NOW! Be prepared for a great stay and caring hosts! *My only "complaint" would have to be the neighbor above. Somewhat noisy. Was woken up by their TV a few times, sometimes in the middle of the night, then the volume was louder than I'd hoped in the evening hours. The ONLY negative I'd have, but not reflective of Nancy or Mark at all.

Stayed in Feb - Wonderful place.

The property was great. Host Nancy was very nice and accommodating. The place was very modern and clean. It had all the necessary household items and we loved the decor. With pool and fitness center a few steps across the road, we felt like it was our own personal facility. The pool was warm, and fitness center had everything we needed.

PERFECTION

This property has everything for a really relaxing and comfortable stay. Hosts have thought of everything a guest could possibly need or want to feel like "home". The condo is so very clean - immaculate!!!! Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are well stocked; appliances are all new; linens good quality and plentiful. Good eating places located nearby also. Condo complex is quiet and attractive, yet not far from the other attractions that Orange County offers. The area is very walkable if that is what you enjoy and there are hiking trails in nearby Peter's Canyon. I would highly recommend this condo for a weekend or an extended stay. You will be very agreeably surprised. Hosts are marvelous and just wish the guests to be comfortable and happy.

Fantastic property

I really enjoyed my stay, felt like home. I had everything I needed, clean and homey and well decorated. The hosts were very accommodating and gracious. If your new to the area check out the 3 ring binder on the bar, loads of things to do in the area and great local eateries. If you stay through the weekend, walking through the neighborhood walkways or a trail at the local park was great too. I'm traveling again to this area next year and have already booked it.

Exceptional, quiet condo!

The owner has just completed a tasteful, modern remodel of this beautiful condo. Nancy has thought of every amenity from the kitchen to the bath area for your comfort no matter the length of your stay. Plush towels and high thread count sheets on the bed are such a treat for those of us who travel. The condominium is lovely and quiet with a nice spa and pool that we were able to enjoy even in December! The nature hiking through Peter's Canyon was great exercise and so very pretty. The local stores are so easy to get to and after a day of holiday shopping down in Newport Beach, it was so relaxing to come home to this area to get out of the hustle and bustle of the bigger neighboring cities. Nancy is eager to help in any way to make your stay is most comfortable and is very knowledgeable of the surrounding areas of Orange County. We highly recommend this property for your holiday or extended stay. It will be your home away from home.
