We had a wonderful time here. The beach was as close as promised. We had front row beach chairs and an umbrella each day. The pool was nice. The view was exceptional. the condo was comfy and well supplied. Having beach towels and extra chairs was even better. Parking was always available. The workers were pleasant and helpful. Our only regret was that we booked through VRBO costing us extra instead of booking directly with the condo.

For not being ocean front it did have a very nice view. The complex was quiet and morning coffee on our balcony was very nice (sunrise side!) Plumbing issue initially in the master bath, but was taken care of quickly by management. The pool was nothing to write home about, but the beach was beautiful. The elevators were very slow (don't be in a hurry, or you will be disappointed) and outdated. The unit was comfortable and nice bathrooms. Kitchen was standard, but we ate out most meals. Did a ton of walking because nothing was very close, and we opted for no car this week. Nice and comfortable.

Thank you for the great rating! We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the peaceful mornings on the balcony and the beautiful beach. We appreciate your patience with the plumbing issue and are glad management was able to fix it promptly. We understand the elevators and pool weren’t your favorite parts of the stay, especially without a car. If you ever need anything while you’re here, please let us know during your stay so we can work toward a 10/10 experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful experience. Loved the condo and all the amenities. Elevator worked well, adequate parking which we were so thankful for, good powerful water hoses to hose sand off. Our condo also had a closet that had quite a few spare toys and chairs people had left which worked out great! We will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful condo

2710 was beautifully decorated… But I honestly don’t think the condo was cleaned before we got there… It needed to be swept/vacuumed(the vacuum didn’t work)The living room rug needs to be CLEANED… Both bathroom drains had so much hair that it wouldn’t drain… And I killed a few roaches… Definitely clean better and maybe get a vacuum that works… also add some rugs in the bathrooms.

Great Beach Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an absolutely fabulous stay at the Nautilus! Everything was just as described in the description. Some of the things we loved: we loved the that the pool area had lots of things for us to use (floats, noodles, boogie boards, etc); we loved the unit itself because everything was clean and modern and layed out very nicely (we loved that we had a view of both the ocean and the pool because of how the condo was built); the unit was also equipped with everything we needed (some of our favorites were the blender, 2 chairs we could take to the beach to use, a bag to carry to the pool/beach, and beach service which also provided 2 more chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach); we loved the location of the hotel because the area wasn't very busy; and we loved the communication by the office staff before, during, and after our stay. Overall it was a great stay and we hope to return!
