The Hawaiian & the Paradise are both Ocean / Beach Front Maui Penthouses with 2 Bedrooms & 2 Bathrooms. Look no further than these Maui Penthouses, both with views you will never want to leave. Make sure to check out our YouTube Videos. Maui Penthouses has incredible views directly looking at Molokai, there is no one's Lanai/Balcony looking at you! Do you really want to have someone’s Lanai looking at your Lanai, most of the other Condos do? Why settle, opt for the BEST Maui Penthouses. When we combine the Hawaiian and the Paradise Penthouses, they have Four Ocean / Beach Front Lanai's, yes each of these Maui Penthouse's have Two Ocean / Beach Front Lanai's. The Living Rooms, and the Master Bedrooms of both the Penthouses will have Lanai's. So, whether you are relaxing in Bed, sitting on the Sofa, or on the Lanai reading a book, you will see and hear the waves crashing literally footsteps away. Incredible Location 5 minutes to either Lahaina or Kapalua.
Incredible Direct Ocean/Beach View, we did not want to see Condo’s across from ours, and looking at us. After all we come to Hawaii for the Beautiful Ocean, not another Condo unit.
We wanted Penthouses. In the Resorts or other Vacation Rentals we were so tired of listening to the people above pounding their feet, and or the endless movement of the furniture. It can be so annoying, so Penthouses only.
Both the Master Bedroom, and Living Room to have Ocean/Beach direct views with Lanai’s. Again, we come to Hawaii for the Beautiful Ocean, the Master and Living Room Incredible views is a Mandatory for us.
We bring these things up because we found so many places did not have these. These are just some of our thoughts that Gracie and I think of what a Hawaiian Paradise should be. Hopefully once you experience them, you will also. We do not think there could be a better location! Gorgeous view right on beach. Penthouse had everything you could need, beach chairs, boogie boards, wheeled cooler plus supplies for the whole week not just a day or two. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends!

Our host was terrific! We were initially needy as it related to our understanding of the Internet and how the A/C worked. Both Amy and Guido were exceptionally responsive to us and were very understanding. The two condos were perfect for our family of nine, and in an excellent location to see all that Maui has to offer. The views were absolutely stunning as well!!!

We loved it! Location was amazing - we could walk to a million different lunch/dinner spots and the beach park was perfect - we even saw a turtle hanging out on the beach!

The magic of this property is the fantastic view from the lanai overlooking the ocean directly below you. Not only is the pool below you, with fantastic grilling possibilities but walk out the grass to the beach where white sand meets a natural reefInside, they have tried to anticipate all your needs and comfort. Living room and master bedroom views Surrounding area is close to restaurants, food trucks and shopping.But after all this, its the personal communication from Guido and Amy ((property manager) that made this trip special for us. Their recommendations took us to a last minute reservation for 20 to Ktchen 5315 for a reception that Gabriel was over the top great! Our experience was so good but it was in the middle of hurricane Lala and we still had excellent communication and service from all the people who interacted with us. We are forever grateful for these places to stay during a special event for our family. Thank you!

The view from this condo is literally heavenly. It was also nice to have a/c available when it got extra warm or humid. There was plenty of towels, dishes, etc. The property manager was easy to work with and the owners were very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing stay at such a beautiful Penthouse( we rented two) From the cleanliness, well stocked kitchen,great communication from the host and a phenomenal view of the ocean. Beach towels and beach assessories. Everything was absolutely fantastic. Seeing so many sea turtles from the balcony and snorkeling with them. I can’t thank the host enough for providing us with a wonderful place to stay.

The two penthouses were just as described, though no picture can truly do justice to the stunning views and convenience of the location.With parallel reefs right outside the building and a convenient break to allow walking out into the water without walking across the inner reef, the location was perfect for the snorkelers in our group. While we brought equipment, it was a nice to see that some was also supplied.It was also perfect location for Amy and me and our adult kids to experience the activity in West Maui including Lahaina and Kaanapali. And it provided an excellent base from which to explore Haleakala and The Road to Hana. Guido and his property manager, Amy, kept us informed and were very responsive in the rare times we had a question.There are few places in West Maui that can comfortably accommodate 12 adults while keeping us together. Maui Penthouses is among the very best of these. I recommend Maui Penthouses without hesitation. Greg

Family vacation

We had a group of 11 stay at the property. Our overall opinion was that it was the trip of a lifetime. Fantastic view, wonderful location, the property was extremely nice. definitely would go back to this location again.

Perfect place for a large Family vacation

We visited Maui with 11 family members, was a perfect location to do so. Rooms are side by side with a nice kitchen, spacious living room and plenty of materials In the rooms to make for a convenient stay. it was an easy walk to numerous beaches, several local restaurants and shops that had anything you need, would highly recommend this spot for a family needing multiple units.

Thank you for the email saying that it had a "Beautiful view! Great location" We are sorry you did not see in our ad that we did not have A/C. So, we guess whether we state it or not, if our guests did not know that we do not we will get the lower rating. Even in many of our reviews it has been mentioned that our guests were ok without it. Because our tradewinds are so cooling. So unfortunately we did not, and we are so sorry that you were expecting A/C. However, the BIG NEWS is our Association is approving for us to install A/C. So hopefully before the end of October we will have it. Guido & Gracie.

Appreciated all the very thorough information details. Views are amazing and the whales were very active and visiable from the laniea. Kitch very stocked, enjoyed king size bed and roomy. After a very busy day in Maui, it was very welcoming to come back and be comfortable. Overall clean and practically no bugs! One remote was broken but fixed before we left. We didn't have time to use the snorkel gear, water shoes or mini wave boards. I personally felt that all other places should be jealous of our views.

One of the things that makes the Penthouse so unique is being surrounded by so much of Maui’s beauty—ocean on one side and the West Maui Mountains on the other. We’re so glad you appreciated all the information we provided before your trip and found our MauiPenthouses comfortable, roomy, clean, and well stocked. After a busy day exploring Maui, we want our guests to feel like they’re coming back to a place where they can truly relax, so it’s wonderful to hear that was your experience. We’re also glad we were able to get the remote taken care of during your stay. Hopefully next time you’ll have a little more time to enjoy the snorkel gear, water shoes, and boogie boards too! Breathtaking View

This property has amazing views! We spent most of our time out and about or on the balconies. It was incredible!

Hawaiian Vacation

This was our first trip to Hawaii and we couldn’t have had a better time. These penthouses are amazing, just perfect for accommodating our group. The view is to die for! Highly recommend!

Beautifully Appointed and Perfect Location

The property is beautifully appointed and you couldn’t ask for a better location. It was difficult to return home and fall asleep without the sound of crashing waves right outside our window!

Best vacation spot in Maui

We brought our 4 adult kids on this vacation, the two penthouses were absolutely perfect for us. It allowed them to have their own area but still were able to spend quality time together. I can’t say enough about the owners. They were so easy to work with and gave us so much insight of places to eat and explore. You can truly tell they want everyone to have the best overall experience. The views were just breathtaking every night, we can’t wait to go back.

Island paradise

We had such a wonderful stay at Maui Penthouses. Guido and Gracie were terrific hosts and have two beautiful condos. We had nine adults and were all very comfortable. The views were incredible, wonderful food within walking distance, an amazing property manager who took care of the couple tiny issues that we had come up. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Great place to stay , clean and great location ! My whole family loved it

This is a very nice and clean place to stay just walk right to oceanfront, pool was excellent and the breeze was wonderful. We was worried wit no AC it being way to hot but with the breeze that comes right through the doors it’s very comfortable. I would definitely book this place again if I ever get to come back !

Wonderful Experience

The condo has a beautiful view, and prime location for anyone staying in Maui. There’s nothing like waking up to the sound of waves and a soft breeze. On the beach, we were able to catch glimpses of turtles passing by feet away from the grassy area. The pool is easy access and has a place to cook. I highly recommend staying here.

Family Vacation in Hawaii

Property was just liked he showed in video no surprises!! Plenty of room in each Penthouse for everyone to have space. The ocean roar at night no need for sleep aides. Would definitely rent this property again! Thanks Guido & Gracie for this beautiful Penthouse our home for a week!!

We are Guido & Gracie and love Vacations, who doesn't ... We are not big fans of Hotels or Timeshares rooms where you never know what your view is, or where your room is. Who the people above you are going to be, will they be Feet Pounders or Furniture Movers? Having uncomfortable Beds limited cooking facilities, the list goes on and on. We decided to purchase the BEST properties with the Best locations and the BEST views. If you also agree with our thoughts please check out our High-end Vacation Rentals in Hawaii, & Cabo San Lucas Mexico. Our Goal is to provide a Five Star experience from the time you inquire until the time you leave.

Why this property? Location, Location Location. We have looked all over for the Dream Penthouses in the Kaanapali area. Why Kaanapali you may ask? Because we believe this spot has the most beautiful sunsets, best whale, and turtle watching on the planet, OK maybe we should say "on the island". Another Big Reason is having Great Ocean/Beach Views and Lanai's from the Master Bedroom and the Living room. For us having an Ocean/Beach Front Penthouse and not having the view and Lanai from the Master is just a unbelievable. We were shocked at how many properties did not have this! What we expect for a Ocean/Beach Front Penthouse is as soon as you enter your eyes are just memorized by the amazing view, as these Penthouses do. Another great benefit is it's just minutes to either Lahaina or Kapula, it’s in between both of them. Right across the street are local restaurants, and of course the Farmers Market. Next door is Honokōwai Beach Park so you could not ask for a better location. I could go on and on about how wonderful, incredible, spectacular, etc etc.. But my words will never do our Ocean/Beach Front Penthouses justice!

There are so many reasons to stay at Maui Penthouses, here are just a few that we felt are mandatory for a true Hawaiian Paradise Vacation.
Incredible Location 5 minutes to either Lahaina or Kapalua.
Incredible Direct Ocean/Beach View, we did not want to see Condo’s across from ours, and looking at us. After all we come to Hawaii for the Beautiful Ocean, not another Condo unit.
We wanted Penthouses. In the resorts or other Vacation Rentals we were so tired of listening to the people above pounding their feet, and or the endless movement of the furniture. It can be so annoying, so Penthouses only.
Both the Master Bedroom, and Living Room to have Ocean/Beach direct views with Lanais. Again, we come to Hawaii for the Beautiful Ocean, the Master and Living Room Incredible views is a Mandatory for us.
We bring these things up because we found so many places did not have these. These are just some of our thoughts that Gracie and I think of what a Hawaiian Paradise should be. Hopefully once you experience them you will also.
