Our family of 7 had an amazing time at this location. The kids loved the pool, night swimming, fishing off the deck and the comfy rooms. We appreciated all the pool/ocean/beach toys that were available. There was plenty of kitchen utensils, pots/pans etc. The beach was a close 5 minute drive which we went to everyday. It is also close to Captiva Island, in which we also spent the day. Highly recommend and we will be visiting again soon!

Our family loved this home. The pool was the high light. Very clean and the neighborhood was safe. Close to beaches and to restaurants. Really liked Bayside restaurant. Would recommend this home to anyone that likes safe , fun, and quiet vacations.

Roomy and clean, with so many amenities. Great pool and fire pit, and bonus mini beach with mature palm trees! Fantastic kitchen, and the master shower is a dream. It is quiet and super clean. Beds are comfy. If you want to go for a beach walk and skip the bridge traffic, go to nearby Bunche beach, fantastic sandbar walking! Five star property.

We had the best vacation at Villa Good Vibes. The location is amazing. The canal is beautiful and we saw dolphins multiple times. The dogs across the water would bark when they were around. The place was clean and had everything we needed.

Location was perfect and home was very nice. I thought it would be more stocked with essentials for cleaning but overall great place and location.

A lovely place

The location was fantastic. We did not have to deal with the traffic of the island nor the wait time at restaurants. The home was lovely and very well stocked.

Perfect Spot

One of my family’s top 3 vacation spots and that’s saying a lot.. Communication with property management was excellent Cassandra and Mel were absolutely the best hosts. Property location and cleanliness were top notch 3-4 minutes from beach and restaurants.

Family Trip

Villa Good Vibes was an absolutely beautiful property! We loved the sand area in the backyard where we could sit and just enjoy the Florida sun, we even saw a dolphin and manatee!! We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful property for the family

Our family enjoyed our stay here while playing baseball. Very clean and relaxing property. We enjoyed watching the dolphins in the canal, the pool, and even our little beach. Property had everything we needed. Would use this property again.

Just perfect

Everything was perfect. The house was beautiful, pool was refreshing, and the location was close to area beaches. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a wonderful time away in the Ft Myers area.

Everything you need for a perfect holiday

Excellent location, pool was at a great temperature. Good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen had everything needed and we were thankful of the washing machine after 10 days on the road. Highly recommended.

Fantastic property

Amazing house! It accommodated our family perfectly! Loved the decor! The pool was awesome! My boys loved the dock and private beach. Caught lots of fish. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely Amazing

I’m afraid to let folks know how wonderful this property is for fear that it will be booked all next summer. Property was beautifully decorated and the location was amazing. House was extremely clean and was stocked with absolutely everything. We will definitely stay here again!

Ft Myers Family Trip

Beautiful place with very open floor plan. The house was stocked with lots of towels, dishes and seating which was perfect for our larger family. Property manager was very communicative throughout the process. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.!

House was not ready. We could not use the swimming pool for three days of our six day vacation.The house was infested with insects. My whole family had insect bites. Sheets were not clean my wife had to was sheets. I am requesting a full refund Basically ruined our family vacation.

Peaceful!

This home exceeded our expectations. The house was clean and had all the items we would need for a week stay. The pool area was nice and the little beach is the perfect place to watch the dolphins come by several times a day. The location is perfect - You're close enough to the beach, but far enough to enjoy the quiet if that's what you're looking for.

Wish it Was Mine

Our family had an amazing time. House is perfect, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths great for family. Plenty of room when friends who lived locally came by to visit. Screened pool, yard, boat dock...manatees, dolphins, on and on. Don't hesitate to book!

Worth every penny!

We absolutely loved this house! It was in the perfect location, right on the canal and close to the beaches, bait shops, restaurants, etc. We were able to fish/set crab traps in the canal and saw dolphins everyday! The heated pool was perfect for our kids to burn off energy while we relaxed on the patio furniture. The neighborhood is beautiful and felt very safe! The large beautiful island was perfect for our large family. The management company was very responsive and accommodated a late check out for us. Easily our new favorite spot to rent :)

Generally pretty good place in a pretty convenient location. The whole Fort Meyer area was pretty devastated by the hurricane a couple yrs ago. Still mostly vacant lots & destroyed buildings. The house is next door to a major construction project & several others in the immediate area. The pool & sandy area by the canal were big hits with the kids. We had maintenance issues with outside chairs, toilets & the dishwasher. It would be great if the place had a beach umbrella & a couple beach chairs & a couple beach towels

Family sunshine!!

We had a great stay. The only downside was the construction occurring directly next door. There was noise all day, almost everyday. However, the reconstruction was the result of Hurricane Ian. It needs to happen. I just wish we had been told about it before our arrival. I work in construction so I’m accustomed to the noise. If this would bother you, I’d ask before booking it. One other thing, there is a pontoon on the lift that people walked through the yard to use it. This occurred on several days. Otherwise, it was a great place!
