Dear Amanda, Thank you for your review. We are sorry that our service was not sufficient to ensure a flawless experience for you and your group. Trash collection information was displayed in the property's handbook and unfortunately it is the community's competence. However, we will take your case on board to improve our service moving forward. We are happy to hear it was a good stay, despite this inconvenience. Best wishes.

Dear Shimon, We are sorry your experience at the property was not a good one. We would have been more than happy to assist if we would have known there was an issue at the apartment. Unfortunately, nothing was reported until your departure. We would have loved to make things right for you to enjoy your stay.

Thank you very much for staying with us and for your valuable feedback.

Dear Tracie, It was very unfortunate to have your reservation coincide with the hurricane and unfavorable weather conditions. However, we are very happy to hear that you were all able to enjoy the time spent at the property, regardless. Your suggestions will be taken on board to improve our services moving forward. Thank you for your review! Best wishes.

Dear Patricia, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about some of the issues you experienced during your stay. We will most certainly reinforce our house inspections before every arrival in order to avoid this moving forward. We are happy to see that your overall experience was a great one despite these inconveniences. We hope to welcome you back in the future for a improved stay! Best wishes.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, Frank. We are sorry to hear that the overall experience did not live up to your expectations. First and foremost, we would like to apologize for the misunderstanding regarding the spa. We hope that the compensation offered helped to make up for the inconvenience. Regarding the cleanliness of the lounge chairs and patio, we have made sure to address this with our cleaning team as we work to improve our service moving forward. We would like to confirm that the pool heating was in fact turned on a day before your arrival. However, as advised, it can take from 24 to 48 hours to reach its maximum capacity. We strive to provide all of our guests with an outstanding experience and apologize if we fell short in some aspects.

Thank you for your feedback and for choosing our property. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the location and found the house as described. We apologize for any inconvenience regarding the grill and pool access. We always specify our extra services before check-in to avoid misunderstandings, and we regret that this caused an issue during your stay. We appreciate your understanding and will continue to strive for clear communication to enhance our guests' experiences.

Dear Mark, We are very sorry to hear that your time at the property was not enjoyed. Our customer service and local teams work around the clock to assist guests in whatever is needed. We encourage everyone to keep constant communication with us as we aim to provide a memorable experience. We take the cleanliness front very seriously and would have been more than happy in sending our cleaners over to fix things. However, the only issue which was reported to us during your stay was regarding the pool. As soon as this was brought to our attention, we scheduled for the cleaning company to service the pool that following morning. All other maintenance issues could have been addressed, if we would have known. We are sorry if we were not able to live up to your expectations and will review your case to improve our service moving forward. Regards.

Dear Rae Ann, We are delighted to hear the property was to your liking and everything was sufficient to ensure a memorable stay for you and your family. It was a pleasure hosting you! Best wishes.

Dear Amber, We are sorry your stay got off to a rough start. Our local management team assisted as soon as they could but we understand this was not convenient after a long trip with children. We are glad to hear the house was to your liking and had plenty of room to accommodate all of you comfortably. As described on the listing, Disney is a 15 minute drive away from the house. We will look into the carpets and thank you for bringing this to our attention. Best wishes.

Dear Amy, We are delighted to know your stay was a great one and appreciate your kind comments about our services. It was our pleasure to assist you! We look forward to welcoming you back in the near future. Best wishes.
