Awesome Movie Themed 6 Bedroom Villa, Private Pool/Spa in Gated Resort

Hi Carolina, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your review and for staying with us for your family’s Disney trip! We are thrilled to hear that you loved the location, enjoyed the spacious setup, and that the game room garage was such a hit with the kids. We sincerely apologize regarding the vape left behind in one of the bedrooms. We wish we had been informed during your stay so we could have addressed it for you immediately! We enforce strict non-smoking policies and high-standard cleaning procedures between stays, so we have addressed this directly with our housekeeping team to ensure thorough double-checks are always conducted. Thank you again for your constructive comments regarding the mattress and dining table. We’re so glad that overall you had a great experience, and we would love to welcome your family back again in the future!

Thank you for your kind review! We're so glad the home worked well for your family and that you enjoyed the space. Just to clarify for future guests, the grill and pool/spa heating are optional add-ons, which helps keep the base price lower for those who may not need them. These options are listed in the booking details so guests can choose what works best for their stay. We’d love to host you again on your next visit!

Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback! I’m delighted to hear the home was a perfect fit for your family and that you enjoyed the decor and location. It was a pleasure having you, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Thank you so much for your kind review, we’re really glad to hear you had an enjoyable stay overall. I’m sorry about the issues you experienced with the upstairs TV remote and the trash. Our TVs and remotes are checked prior to each guest arrival, so we’ll be following up with our team to understand how this was missed and ensure it doesn’t happen again. Regarding the trash, I completely understand how frustrating that must have been. We have followed up with our housekeeping team about the outdoor trash bench to make sure it is properly cleared and reset between guests. We really appreciate your feedback, and we’d love to host you again in the future!

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the rooms during your stay. I appreciate your comment about the TVs and we will definitely take this onboard for future investments. Wishing you all the best on your future travels.

Thank you for your review and glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. I appreciate your feedback regarding the TVs. We do have regular pest control treatments however I will mention it to our pest control contractor.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We do our best to be as transparent as possible in our listing. The grill fee is clearly outlined in both the property description and our welcome information so guests can decide in advance if they’d like to include it in their stay. The spa is a built-in feature attached to the pool, as shown in the listing photos and description, and operates as part of the pool system rather than as a standalone hot tub. We’ve since checked the pool table and accessories, including the cues, and found them to be in good condition. We also inspected the bed mentioned and confirmed it is properly supported with a bunkie board and in good working order. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay if anything is not as expected, as we’re quick to respond and would have been happy to assist.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback. We do our best to clearly communicate that spa heating is available as an optional add-on for an additional fee, and this information was provided prior to your stay. We're always happy to clarify any details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.
