The place was very nice and clean. Pool and hottub worked and kept at a warm temperature. The backyard was private yet has some wonderful views. The only issues, we had some intitial problems with a toilet and AC and they were handled promptly. I would rent this property again.

Villa Araby is an absolutely beautiful property. There were hummingbirds everywhere because of all of the gorgeous flowers on the grounds. Our family enjoyed the pool and spa and the great location.! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire house beautifully decorated. The host was very accommodating and helpful during our stay, which we greatly appreciated. We would love to return someday!

Wow! This house is so cozy and gorgeous and has a resident pack of hummingbirds and a road runner who makes a round every day. The pool is the perfect temperature and the views are spectacular. Ladies trip.Pool was a great space; spent most of our time here. Morning coffee and lunches off the kitchen under covered area with large table overlooking pool and scenery!The home was beautiful, clean and spacious, well equipped with everything we needed. Great communication and check-in with Whitney: fast and easy.Location: quiet dead-end street/no traffic. Super close to PSP airport, close to grocery store and all other stores. Great starting point for our excursions: Joshua Tree, Aerial Tram, day-trips.Thanks!

Palm Springs Family Time

Beautiful pool and hot tub. Great backyard. Just a wonderful home for a family get together. Close to town and restaurants, grocery store.

Great House to Escape

Because of SIP we wanted a place for our three girls to enjoy the winter break. The pool and hot tub, along with the view made for a memorable week. Also the hiking that is right out the door is a nice plus.

Loved the home, location and great service!

We loved the location! It was so quiet at night and a great view. The patio was perfect for the adults and the children spent most of their time in the pool. The spa heats quick and everything worked perfectly in the house. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and would go back! Check in and anything needed during our stay was addressed immediately, cant say enough good things about Whitney and what a great job she does.

Property was exactly as described, very clean and extremely well stocked. Abundance of dishes, glassware, cookware, small appliances, spices, bath towels, pool towels etc… we didn’t have to buy anything except food. Comfortable beds and nice bed linens. The outdoor space was fantastic (mature landscaping, large shaded patio areas, plenty of seating, nice pool and spa). On a cul-de-sac, no through traffic and very very quiet. It has two living room/den areas. It was spacious but homey. We loved the location. We needed to be close to downtown and PS Stadium but did not want to stay downtown in the hustle and bustle and hear traffic noise. It was so convenient to everything and so peaceful. There are 3 groceries (Ralph’s, Jensens, and Vons) at the bottom of the hill on Palm Canyon Dr, as well as Walgreens, TJ Maxx, several restaurants, Ace Hardware, Target, Trader Joe’s, anything you need within 2-5 minutes. The managers and host (Tom and Whitney) were outstanding. Check-in and checkout was very easy and communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break at Villa Araby

We recently stayed at Villa Araby and shared the home with friends/neighbors. We comfortably stayed with 6 adults and 5 children. The home is just as beautiful as it in the pictures! The views are incredible and the home has an amazing outdoor oasis- heated pool & hot tub, grassy area & a beautiful covered patio. You are only about 5-10 minutes from town and you can walk to a great hiking trail from the home. We look forward to our next stay here!

Wonderful few days!

Highest of praise for the house, setting, property manager (Kristin) and owner, Thomas. My three teenage kids, two dogs and I stayed at this wonderful house for three days and had a great time. House is fully stocked with anything you might need and feels like home as soon as you arrive. Neighborhood is quite cool and sitting in the pool/jacuzzi during the day, sunset and at night is simply magical. We loved our few days in this oasis in the desert. Thank you, thank you, thank you. And I hope you are okay if we invade again!

Exceptional property and location; perfect for family retreat

Our three generational bi-coastal family of ten enjoyed a relaxed and reinvigorating week at this beautiful, exceptionally well-maintained property nestled in the foothills adjacent to the Santa Rosa and San Jacinto Mountains National Monument and featuring spectacular views of the foothills, San Gorgonio Mountain, and Palm Springs. Comfortable furnishings indoors and outdoors, large grassy area for children to play; terrific kitchen with top-notch appliances; sunny breakfast room and spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. House designed to facilitate privacy as well as all-family gatherings. Easy access to hiking trails and to central PS. Owner and property manager incredibly attentive to pool and spa heating hiccups. Did not see any big horn sheep--perhaps next time?

Perfect Estate for Palm Springs Getaway

We stayed at Villa Araby for mid-winter break in February and the property exceeded our expectations. We traveled with two families (4 adults and 4 kids/teens) and there was plenty of room in the house for sleeping, hanging out and dining - both inside and outside. Every room in the house was beautifully decorated, everything was clean and in excellent condition. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals and the garage had outdoor games and yoga mats which we made use of. We spent lots of time in the heated pool and hottub - the grounds and pool/spa were all well taken care of. When we had questions, the property manager and house representative were very prompt in replying to text messages. There is nothing I would have changed about our stay and we look forward to visiting again! I highly recommend Villa Araby if it's on your list of consideration.

Family Getaway

Our stay at Villa Araby was really nice. The attention to detail in the home was top notch from the extra toiletries, pool toys and even extra dog beds/toys. The whole house was beautifully decorated and had a very comfortable, relaxing vibe. The layout of the house was perfect for us all to have our own space and still spend some quality time together whenever we wanted. The only slight downfalls were the plumbing (the shower in the master bedroom was draining very slowly and one of the toilets downstairs was very finicky) as well as the man who serviced the pool. We were told the pool was serviced on Tuesday’s but the man showed up unannounced on Monday and then again on Wednesday with a second man. Overall the good parts of our stay greatly outweighed the small negatives and we are so grateful we were able to spend our vacation at Villa Araby.

Loved the house! Five of us were there for the Labor Day Weekend. Check-in was smooth and the owner was very flexible around check in time.House was spotless and well equipped. Whitney, the property manager showed me around at check in and made herself available the entire weekend to deal with any minor hiccups.The location in the Araby area was spectacular, the house backs up to a large rock formation and makes for a beautiful setting. In the evening there were some lights on the rocks and we have a great view of the Palm Springs valley. The location is also extremely conventient to downtown Palm SpringsWith three bedrooms up and two doe nthe house was quite spacious and had both a nice living and famility room, with comfortble furniture. Unlike some other VRBO's I have stayed in the garage was avaialble for our use, which was good because we had three cars.Would definitely recommend the place and would definitely stay there again!

Great Getaway

We needed a close get away from SoCal during Christmas break, and Palm Springs was a ideal choice. Unfortunately we hit some harsh weather, but a lovely place to stay made up for it. Araby was well equipped with all necessities; the kitchen even had an air fryer. There were ample towels. The heated pool and spa (although the jets did not work) were wonderful. The entire home had interesting eclectic decor. There were special accents for the Holidays as well. The bedrooms were well furnished with cozy bedding. There was even a fresh cut long stem rose arrangement. It made for a wonderful get-away. Thank you!
