A beautiful modern, clean home. This is our 3rd year having a 4-generational family vacation here. We have 15 people and PLENTY of room. There were a few issues upon arrival ( low water in pool, noisy fan, ripped screen) and all were fixed rapidly. The waterpark is a huge bonus for the kids and the wings served there were delicious. We had meals delivered, no issue with entry at the front gate. The kids (newborn to 10yrs) were thrilled with the movie theater and the game room, when they weren’t swimming in the pool. We’ll be back next year!!!

Everything was absolutely great! Check-in was easy, the property was beautiful, and the location was perfect. It was a VERY short walk to the clubhouse where we could enjoy the pool, lazy river, daily events and specials, and great dinners. The house itself was great. The kids enjoyed the warm pool and the arcade. They especially enjoyed watching movies in the pool at night while the adults used the theater. Management was easy to reach in case we had any questions, and they were extremely friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property if you want a nice, relaxing, spacious location with plenty to do.

The house has a lot of character! My favorite part of renting this house was the quick response time. I had a lot of questions and they were always quick to respond. I find that is very important when renting a house. We had issues with the pool heat. They sent someone right away. Overall the house is great. We enjoyed our stay. I'll definitely rent from them again. Thank you.

After a stressful start to our trip—when our original rental host completely stopped responding—we were scrambling to find a new place last minute. Thankfully, this property turned everything around for us.The host was incredibly responsive from the very beginning, answering all of our questions quickly and making the booking process smooth and reassuring. Honestly, we’re grateful our original plans fell through because we wouldn’t have found this gem otherwise. The home itself was spotless, well-stocked with all the essentials, and thoughtfully laid out—perfect for large groups. We had 15 people in total, including 7 kids under 11, and there was more than enough space for everyone to relax comfortably without ever feeling crowded. What really made the stay special were the amenities. The kids were constantly entertained, and we spent most of our time enjoying the pool and the movie theater—both huge hits with everyone. This place exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect House in Perfect Location

This property was amazing and was by far the best themed house we’ve stayed at in the Orlando. This property was able to accommodate 4 families with children. There were plenty of amenities at the house and in the neighborhood/surrounding area for both the children and adults. We are looking forward to booking this property again.
