Overall the resort was good. The condo could use a deep clean as the cabinet doors and refrigerator were visibly dirty and sticky. Shower doors covered in hair, floors were not cleaned. The resort itself was very well maintained, pool was crystal clear, maintenance staff was always busy and very kind with any interactions.

Amazing getaway in paradise

The location and amenities were perfect for us. We had a very relaxing stay and would definitely love to return.

Great stay

We so enjoyed our stay! The unit was perfect - my ritual of morning coffee and listening to quiet Hawaiian music while watching the palm trees, ocean view and birds is so missed! Can’t wait for our next visit!

Great Location

Beautiful family friendly property

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach front property. The space had everything we needed and the grounds and oceanfront views were incredible. We will definitely be back!

Kahana Sunset was amazing!

Kahana Sunset B4, did not disappoint! My family loved this location. It was more than what we had expected! The condo, pool, and grounds were well kept. A great place to stay!

Great location and family friendly

The property was as described and in a great location. We spent a lot of time at our own beach vs. driving to other locations. Great to snorkel, see fish and sea turtles. Landscaping was great. The only thing I could wish for is a hot tub next to the pool

There were dead bugs upon arrival and they turned off the a/c which made the place smell really stale. Once we aired it out and cleaned, it was a nice place to stay. Perk of having a "private beach." Would probably stay again despite our initial welcome.

Clean accommodations; nice view, good snorkelling out front when waves settle AC unit broke down half way through trip; office on site right away but part not available until after we left. Office offered discount for inconvenience Overall a nice place

Truly Unbelievable Accomodations

Hands down one of the best deals on Maui. The apartment was perfectly clean with gorgeous ocean views. The pool was wonderful for the kids. The grounds in general are nice and peaceful. iTrip also was simply incredible to book with. They accommodated a super late checkout for us when the airline delayed us till midnight. Will absolutely book with them next chance I get.

Memorable Stay

Our Kahana Sunset Condo stay was truly relaxing and memorable. The two story condo offered plenty of room for us all, and amazing views of the ocean and sunsets. The condo had two balconies that provided plenty of room for all of our party. The 2.5 bathrooms were modern and accommodating. The kitchen and living room area, two bedrooms and sofas provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The condo facility offers several natural gas powered BBQs. The pool has warm water and ifsets the use of the private beach. No complaints and we would come back again.

Nice option in the Napili area

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was well taken care of. The pictures are a bit misleading, as there is actually no beach in front of the complex. On all but perhaps 2 days of our stay, the water was too rough to enter from the property. It is a pretty good location as far as walking to things in Napili or Kapalua, but the road is very narrow and definitely does not feel entirely safe to walk on, especially with young children. The deck/lanai got very hot during the day, and it would be great to have an umbrella or an awning to use during the times of day when the sun is directly hitting the area. We appreciated the cleanliness of the unit and the friendliness of the staff!

Relaxing quiet spot off the beaten path

We really enjoyed our visit at Kahana Sunset. The unit was very clean and had mostly what we needed. The location is nice as it's away from the busyness of Lahaina, yet there's a nice grocery store, coffee shop and restaurants just a few minutes away. The beach itself at the location has been a bit washed away but the grass area above is lovely to sit out at. It would've been nice if they'd provided beach chairs and beach mats. We learned you can rent them for your entire visit for a flat fee so rent them on the earlier side of your trip if you think you may want them when visiting other beaches. The unit itself is a bit older with some odd design quirks (interesting roof angles that are open to the rest of the unit from each bedroom) but it didn't bother us. The second bedroom is a bit dark and hard to move around in but we didn't spend much time in there so it was fine. One thing to note, which management said they'd look into was that several times the upstairs porch screen door would lock on you when you shut it while on the deck. My elderly father got stuck twice, one of them involving him climbing over to the neighbors in order to get out. Just don't just the screen door all the way and you won't have an issue. Overall a lovely place that I'd recommend!

Lovely stay!

We had a lovely stay in B4! We’ve stayed in several units at Kahana Sunset over the years, and this one did not disappoint! Appreciated that the washer and dryer were upstairs, and that the master suite was actually a suite (enclosed bathroom). Lots of storage, especially downstairs. And there is a powder room downstairs as well, which was quite nice.

B4 getaway

We had the best time staying at B4. It has great views of the ocean and convenient to the pool and parking. The unit has everything we needed. Would say having some kid plates and glasses would be nice since it’s otherwise family friendly.

Maui Vacation

Our family just returned from a one week stay in B4 at the Kahana Sunset Resort. The condo was beautifully upgraded and clean. All the amenities were provided as well as a priceless view from our two balconies. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Definitely recommend the Kahana Sunset Resort!

Just Beautiful

This was a beautiful place to stay. Plenty of room for the family. The views were spectacular. The location was wonderful. The condo had everything I could need. The a/c worked great. Check in was very easy. I can’t wait to come back.

Great place on the ocean

Great two story condo with large outdoor spaces on each level, modern kitchen, good size bedrooms, and a wonderful location. We saw the most beautiful sunset - we hope to make it back someday!
