La Joya's main house has a spacious open layout for the living room, kitchen, and dining area. - This home is cooled by an evaporative cooler rather than traditional A/C, which is standard and effective in New Mexico's dry climate. Evaporative coolers are only available from May 15th - October 1st.

- Landscapers visit the property every other Wednesday. This cannot be rescheduled or opted out of, but they will only access the exterior of the home, and should not bother you.

- This home's driveway is a shared easement. All parking rules must be respected and followed closely.

- Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. Please respect our neighbors.

- No events or parties are allowed.

- Unregistered guests are not allowed.

- The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th

- This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.
