- Located close to The University of Alberta and UofA/Stollery Children's Hospital are only 10 min away!

What some of our guests do not love that much about our listing:
- The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, we provide tall cooling towers in each bedroom for ease and comfort sleeping at night, and open windows help create a great cross breeze to cool down the suite fast!
-There is a basement suite in this home, but it is completely separate with it's own entrance so you aren't sharing space with any other guests.

Our house comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 3 queen size beds, and a 1 large sofa bed and 1 smaller sofa bed the main living room.
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.

Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

Once you stay with us, you'll feel like you're simply staying at a home you own!
Guest access
You have full and total access of our home during your stay, including the free street parking in front of the home. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to Mayfield Common or the Downtown Core - one of the most vibrant shopping districts in all of Edmonton!
Other things to note
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house.

We have a Hot Tub Amenity at this location which is open from June 15th - Sept 15. The hot tub is decommissioned in the Fall and not available for use after Sept 15, 2022

1. If you would like the hot tub set to the highest degrees (104 degrees F) for your arrival, you MUST notify us 48 hours in advance of your check in date
2. The hot tub is serviced each Tuesday by a certified technician. Please note that this technician will enter the premises to perform routine maintenance and balance the chemicals for the Hot Tub.
3. The rules of the Hot Tub MUST be followed to ensure your wellbeing, minimize risk of injury and reduce wear and tear on our hot tub.

Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews, or have less than 3 reviews total at a 4.5 rating or less out of 5 will be required to pay a $750 damage deposit prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.

Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be cancelled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

*Please note* -All additional fees are subject to GST and Alberta Tourism Levy taxes for 9% total.

* Please note * - We do require a $500 CAD refundable damage deposit to be paid after a reservation is confirmed. The refundable security deposit is simply a pre-authorization on the payment method on file and will be refunded after check-out (granted that there is no missing items, damages etc. to our home after your stay). We also require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us prior to your stay, and also proof of ID that matches the card on file for the reservation. We will provide a link to verify all of this information immediately after a reservation is successfully booked through the VRBO platform.

Spring break vacation
This was a terrific location to stay for a fun filled vacation. The property was clean and comfortable and the hosts were responsive to any needs. The location was easy to to the West Ed Mall and close to the Telus science world. I would recommend this property for your next stay!
