Single story home. Family room overlooks the pool area with sliding door access to the covered Lanai and spacious deck.

Large dinning table seats 8 comfortably, with additional bar stools at the breakfast bar great for getting a quick breakfast before you head out for the day at one of the parks or great beaches or relaxing and sharing some lovely meals with your family or friends.

The Family room has two comfy leather sofas and arm chair to chill and relax, reading or watching your favourite shows on the large screen TV.

Large patio sliding doors lead out to you very own private pool. Think of the fun you'll be able to have and not worry about upsetting others, as there's only you and yours splashing about.

Picture yourself in the mornings with the drink of your choice, watching the sun come up over your South facing pool, sun all day 360 days a year and then watch it setting at the end of another beautiful day in paradise.

Memories are just waiting to be made.

Main En Suite has a King sized bed, large walk in closet and large TV. Bathroom has double sinks, walk in shower and separate toilet. Plenty of room to get ready. Hair dryers, bath towels and face cloths supplied.
Main bedroom has door out to the pool deck, great for that early morning or night time swim, pool light makes this a lovely time for a swim.

Second Ensuite has a queen sized bed, large closet and TV. Bathroom has a bath tub and shower combo, this bathroom has a door to the pool area making it handy when you're using the pool and deck area.

Two further bedrooms have two twin beds in each, the Disney room is welcoming for your little ones at the end of a busy day, they may actually want to go to bed for you. If they need a little encouragement their own TV should help leaving you free to relax, unwind and re charge ready to do it all again tomorrow.
