Kitchen was not supplied very well for the size of the unit. Not enough utensils for eating and cooking. Did like how spacious the unit was. Great balcony only downfall couldn’t see the beach. Need to trim tress down a little bit.

Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad you found South Wind 201 spacious and enjoyed the balcony. I’m sorry the kitchen supplies fell short for your needs and that the beach view was blocked — we’ll share your feedback with our housekeeping team and the owner to add more utensils and to look into trimming the trees. It was our pleasure to host you — we hope to welcome you back. Luxury Beach Rentals

We walked into an exceptional unit! Honestly, this unit had so much room. We absolutely loved the amenities. The lazy river was a hit with our family. We stay at a lot of condos and most of them don't allow us access to the gym. This was not the case with this company. It was so refreshing to use the gym on cloudy days. I few drawbacks would be the view and mold in the master. I will say when we come back we will stay a lot higher as the ocean view was obstructive to the point you could not even hear the ocean. There was also black mold in the master shower caulk and seals, which was very concerning. Overall, I would recommend this unit!

There were no extra cleaning supplies, not enough wash towels for the amount of people and the air conditioner did not work in the back part of the condo.

Three families stayed for a local cheer competition. The distance was perfect to the convention center. Location was close to everything, but also remote enough to enjoy the beach. The property was clean and had the necessary needs.

Aside from the hour-long area outage that affected the condo building, my group really enjoyed our stay and is planning to return soon. The place was immaculate and full of supplies, especially the kitchen. I do need to mention that there are a few small nails protruding from the wall near the entryway.

Myrtle Vacation

We had 7 people total including 2 young children and our stay was fantastic. The accommodations were perfect for what we needed and everyone felt comfortable. The beach was only a short, easy walk from the condo and the pools at the complex were perfect for a break from the sun and for our kids (they loved the lazy river pool and kiddy pool). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely would recommend and return again!

Beautiful beach retreat

Wonderful place to stay for an off-season getaway. The condo was extremely confortable for our family. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. And the views from the condo balcony were spectacular. Plenty to do for the kids.. walks along the beach, indoor pool swimming, and plenty of touristy attractions (that were still open in the winter).

Spring break

Overall nice unit that suited our family needs providing plenty of space. Pool area was under construction during our stay which created a some debris in and around pool. View seemed a little more obstructed than the pictures seemingly from some overgrowth from trees/shrubs next to green area. Good location, beach area was great.

10 members of the family came to help drop our daughter off at CCU. Stayed four nights and had a great time. Location is convenient to all attractions, the layout easily accommodated all of us. Condo was clean and well kept. The access to the beach was a one minute walk. Would book again.

Spring break trip

Location of this property was great, on the beach and within 10-20 mins of everything we wanted to go to. Condo was clean and well decoratedThe indoor pool and hot tub were under construction at the start of our trip but was open for the last couple days. The layout of the condo was good. However the beds were a bit older and could use an update. Also the bathrooms were nice but hooks for towels would have been useful. Overall, we enjoyed our trip and would book this place again.
