Punta Mita Beach Club Fee

Effective January 6, 2026

A one-time, per-person, per-stay access fee applies to all vacation rental guests and must be paid prior to arrival.

Adults & Teens (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service

Children (5–12): USD $30 + 16% VAT + 15% service

Under 5: No charge



This fee provides access (subject to availability) to Club Punta Mita beach clubs and amenities.

Additional facilities such as golf, racquet sports, ocean activities, and the gym incur extra charges.



Scheduled Maintenance:

During these periods, the Beach Club listed below will be temporarily closed for scheduled maintenance.

During these maintenance periods, all other Punta Mita Beach Clubs will remain open, allowing guests to continue enjoying the resort's exclusive beach clubs and amenities.

Great stay

Beautiful unit on ground floor with great access to pool and all the local beach clubs. The unit was huge and comfortably fit two families of four (four adults and four kids ranging from 3-8 years old), which was great. Being inside the gates was very convenient and also close to town outside the gates where we had many great dinners. A few things to be aware of/could have been better: the concierge was a bit slow to respond to emails before our visit and was not super hands on in general. When we had an urgent request while we were staying he was very quick to respond, which is more important but less helpful in the planning than I would have hoped! Also, we asked about getting a taxi to Sayulita and the quote he provided was ridiculous - $190 USD round trip for a 30 minute drive. I followed up asking if there was a cheaper option/just a local taxi rather than a fancy car service and he said $180 USD. I went online and quickly found someone who would drive us and stay to drive us back for $60 USD total. Would have been nice if they could offer a few more reasonable options. Also, I didn't realize until we got the bill that there is a 15% service fee on anything you book through the concierge (golf carts, baby sitters, boat excursions) which adds up. Overall great stay though and would book again!

Spring break - NO Satellite TV or Cable even though it’s listed as an amenity!

Property was very pretty and well appointed although it could use a new coat of paint and the cabinets and drawers need to be realigned. The dishwasher isn’t connected to anything so when you open it to load dishes it tips over. Be careful!!! You can smash your toes! The most frustrating part of this trip was that there was no satellite TV or Cable TV I the condo, even though it was listed as an amenity. This trip was in the middle of March Madness and I spent the 1st half of the trip trying to find places to watch the games for my 2 sons and husband who were very upset about missing games. We had to eat our more than expected because we had to find a hotel or bar that had the games on TV. The concierge thought the TVs were broken, but then shared that the owners decided not to pay for this amenity anymore. The property managers responded to my requests to fix the issue but never fixed it. They were ‘looking into it’ until we left. The other issue is that unless you own th e property you cannot use the gym until 12pm. This makes no sense bc by that time most people are already at the beach/ pool by then. You also have to pay $20 a day to use the gym which was never shared with us. Over all the trip was great but super annoying to have no access to TV or a gym and for the management company to make zero effort to correct it. We won’t rent from here again.
