Both bedrooms have queen beds with a shared bathroom and the living room has a sofa bed that will sleep 1. The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV and Wi-Fi is included as well. A washer and dryer are provided if you need to do laundry and the condo has central heat and air for your comfort.

The living room features a plenty of seating and a sofa that allows for an additional guest to sleep. A Roku enabled TV is in the living room for your convenience.

The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals during your stay. Upgraded counter tops new custom cabinets and appliances and modern lighting will make you want to take this kitchen home with you.

Street Parking in the front has plenty of space for multiple vehicles. You can use the garage, if needed.

We do NOT allow pets at this property. Please plan on leaving your furry friends at home. Violation of this policy will result in a $150 pet cleaning fee being assessed.

Garrott, Shawna, and Amanda are your local hosts. All communication will take place between them. Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We are always available by text or phone call. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Please use the Airbnb app call or text us for any communication. E-mail does not work, and we will not see your messages. This townhome is located in Northwest Lubbock just off 4th St and Frankford Ave. There is a Wal-Mart nearby as well as many other restaurants and shopping options. The Northwest Loop is less than a mile away which will allow guests to easily get anywhere in the city. Texas Tech University is only a 5-7 minute drive away.
