- Towels provided are only for bathroom usage, please bring your own towels from home for pool, beach, waterpark etc. usage
• Trash bags, toilet paper and paper towel
- Starter amounts are provided for these amenities, they will most likely be insufficient for the duration of your stay
- You will need to buy extras of these on your own if you need more as we do not provide more than the given starter amount
In addition to all this, there's also a convenience store for any last-minute items and treats.

Nice house, but had some minor issues. Pool heat did not work. Floor was extremely dirty.

Great Time

Really enjoyed staying at the property with the family. Being together in one house with the pool and clubhouse access was great. Downs picture of dining room table showed 10 chairs. when we got there only 5 chairs and the legs fell off one chair soon as we moved it. Games in the game room are all broken and need to be replaced. The lock on the back door was broke called manager and never heard from them. Overall everything was great about the house. Wonderful memories.

Review

Home wayward as pictured however I would suggest that furniture be updated. The couch in the upstairs loft looked quite old and dining table chairs were also tearing up.

Disappointed stay

Beware before renting this property. This rental is not in acceptable condition and should not be allowed to be rented by VRBO until the rental is brought to acceptable condition. Our family of 18 rented this property in July 2021, We read the first negative review a week before our stay and emailed the owner who assured us the house would be in order for our stay. We did not have enough time to cancel our rental after the bad review. Rental properties are plentiful and no one needs to deal with subpar conditions. Close to attractions in Orlando. It took us a while to get into the house because of inadequate access instructions. Attempting to contact management was not available on weekends. The cleanliness was poor and not enough towels and washcloths for showers which we did make them aware of. After a day at the park 11:00 is not a good time to go to WalMart to buy towels. one pool towels were provided. Owner responded buy we never got any towels. House did not have dish detergent, dishwasher detergent and hand soap to get us past the first day. Roaches in upstairs bathrooms, carpet are threadbare and smell like wet dog and need immediate replacement. (I have pictures) No bathmats to keep water from showers. Many lights do not work or are missing. Missing blind slats in den and downstairs bathroom. No broom to sweep with and the mop is disgusting. No baking sheets and pot holders. The dining room chairs were cracked without padding and rickety. (I have the pictures) The pool tables and game tables in garage were broken. One of the duvets had pee stain on it. The pictures on VRBO site are deceiving and the house is rundown and need of attention. The owner and management company need to be aware of such problems. This house is the worst experience any of us have had with VRBO. This owner lives in Canada and has no idea how shoddy the house has become.
