Perfect location and had constant support from the agent. He was constantly checking with me even before going and always available to answer any questions I had before and after the trip.. There was some much needed updates at the place that needs attention, but we had a great vacation and was super helpful when I had questions the Terrance was top notch to just going up there to unwind or chill and the fact that the beach was only a few feet away was awesome...

We loved the house and the location! We really loved the decor and the layout. Lots of steps but got some good exercise in! Loved having beach chairs available the whole time! The best part by far though was the rooftop which had the most glorious and best sunrise and sunset views I’ve ever had in going to the beach for over 30 years!! Completely unobstructed! The property management team was very nice. My only disappointment was we reported the first night we got there that the ice maker didn’t work and we couldn’t get water from the refrigerator door. Also, the water from the sink faucet sprayed everywhere instead of going straight down. They did try a couple of things and I can give more details on what occurred throughout out the week but these items were never completely taken care of. We did get some bags of ice to help brought by Mark. But at the end of the week no one ever got back to tell me when someone was coming or if they were coming to take care of those items. Other than that, it was a great week and we loved experiencing Anna Maria Island for the first time! Thank you!

Location and view were amazing. Beds were comfortable, showers were good and air conditioner worked well. Some issues with maintenance - kitchen sink did not have hot water, spare bathroom had no pressure in sink, living room furniture was old, torn and worn. A few more supplies would be nice - cooler, kitchen items.

We have stayed at many properties through VRBO over the years, hands down this was our absolute favorite. The house was everything we hoped it could be and more. The views, the location to the beach (and the beach itself, including amazing views of wildlife in the water) shopping, food, everything was located close by while still being able to enjoy the serenity and peace of the waves from the porch and beautiful lookout seating on the roof. It was easy and straightforward on getting into the place with no hiccups besides the love bugs. Turns out it was their mating season?? Learned something new:)

We stayed here with family for the Christmas holiday. The location, parking, views, and rooftop are all perfect. The living room furniture and dining room furniture is well used, but we did spend most of our time outside. The air conditioner needed to be fixed our first day, but we were out and about all day, thankfully. We loved sitting on the rooftop deck! It is easy to walk to restaurants, bars, shopping, but far enough away to not hear them — great location!

Family beach getaway

Great location across the street from the beach with all the beach accessories you could want. The house was super clean and well stocked and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!
