Binks Beach House - South Fremantle

This well designed studio apartment is filled with colourful and quirky art by local artist Wendy Binks which makes you feel very welcomed. The large open plan living and dining area is a great place to relax after a day exploring Fremantle or a day chilling at the Beach.
The Kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom boasts a large shower and plenty of natural light. The bedroom can be kept comfortable all year round with reverse cycle aircon and a ceiling fan.

Parking and wifi are available.

The apartment is perfectly located as close to many shops, restaurants and the Beach, you can also catch the free CAT bus into Fremantle CBD if required.

Important:- A Security deposit of $300.00 is required one week before your arrival. Security deposits are returned to the guest’s within 7 days of their departure subject to the satisfactory condition of the property.

Lovely self contained place so close to everything!

Well-equipped self-contained accommodation with gorgeous touches from its artist owner! Comfy bed, couch and fully functioning kitchen, just needed a private outdoor seating area to feel secluded as it is situated close behind owners residence. Owner great to contact and great communication, didn't see anyone while we were there - private from that aspect. Stayz WA communication however late and had trouble accessing key until a neighbor helped out with contact details of owner who was away at the time.

Excellent Beach Lodging in Perth

Binks’ beach house is without exaggeration perfect in every way. It’s proximity to the city of Perth is generally convenient, but being situated in South Fremantle, it also serves as an affordable getaway vacation property. It is located in a charming, small neighborhood only a couple of blocks from a picturesque and peaceful beach/park, and with good restaurants and markets within walking distance. The guest house is behind the owner’s main lodging, but is completely private, quiet, and nicely situated with a front patio outside. Ours was an extended stay (about 2 weeks), and having the washing machine was definitely a bonus. The overall layout was a dream design which was spacious, beautifully decorated with the owner’s artwork, and was both comfortable and packed with high-end touches like a roomy bedroom, U-shaped couch/TV area, gorgeous bathroom/shower, and functional, well-stocked kitchen with lots of counter space. All the linens and furnishings were top notch and in excellent condition. I would definitely stay at this property again without hesitation.

Perfect

Great place to stay for a couple. Nicely appointed, roomy but not too big. Open ceilings give space. Beautiful street and very close to shops, restaurants, food shops,fuel and the beach.

Wonderful little home away from Home

What a perfect spot this was for me! This stay was all about me rejuvenating and taking time out just for me. With a busy family life, and very rarely taking a breather from my responsibilities and commitments over the years, I was in craving some rare ME time! I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing, enjoyable, comfortable and easy experience! Set up with thoughtfulness and love, this little home away from home was a delight. Wendy Binks' art radiates her welcoming, open-heartedness and the beauty & playful essence of nature. So many little touches that made the place feel so warm and friendly. A little studio cottage, set up out the back of the main house, on a lovely, quiet & cheerful street, private and secure, and only a few minutes walk away from the beach, cafes and restaurants. The owner of this delightful cottage, who lives out the front, was very welcoming and friendly, while always deeply mindful & respectful of my privacy. We'd often cross paths and have a chat as I was coming and going. Every day, I wandered down to South Beach to watch the sunset, at this vibrant beachfront, alive with the sounds of happy people. I was able to me,et friends for meals at the fantastic selection of cafes and restaurants South Fremantle has to offer. And often lay on a blanket on the lawn on the beachfront sometimes with my laptop doing a bit of work, or my art pad getting my creative juices flowing. A free bus, a short walk away, is available to take you further into Fremantle to look at all the sites there as well. It's not just this charming little property, that offers the experience, it's what you choose to do with your time in South Fremantle. What a fabulous part of the world. Thank you for a truly lovely replenishing experience. Feeling recharged and relaxed!
