The location was quiet and clean. Further from the entrance to the beach than I thought based on pictures. Palmetto bugs in the kitchen.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the quiet location and cleanliness. We’re sorry about the pest concern. The unit is regularly treated for pests, and we had it treated again following your stay. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future. iTrip Sarasota and Venice

Very nice and spacious place. Everything was exactly as described. The beach was beautiful and the bbq deck was a great place to gather and share dinner while watching the gorgeous sunsets! It’s a bit of a walk from the unit to the beach but worth every step. Would return to enjoy this place again!

Just wonderful!

We already want to come back! The place was great for my 2 little kids, husband and me. This was the cleanest rental we’ve ever had. And location was wonderful. On a private beach with plenty of sand toys, noodles and a kayak which was fun in the ocean. It went by too fast!

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the property didn’t fully meet your expectations, particularly regarding accessibility and noise. We do want to note that sunset views are not advertised for this unit, though we understand that was disappointing. We also appreciate you highlighting the distance to amenities, as we know that can be an important factor for guests. Thank you again for sharing your experience. It helps us continue to improve and better inform future guests. iTrip Sarasota and Venice

Could use more storage

The unit was great. It would have been helpful to have some sort of dresser in the twin bed room and some pantry storage for non- refrigerated items.

Perfect Space for a Getaway

It was exactly what was expected from the listing and photos. It was comfortable accommodations with enough spaces for needed privacy and down time. The outside lanai was great for morning relaxation. The walk to the heated pool, hot tub and beach was quick and beautiful. We were there over the holidays so the complex being one of the few we saw decorated added a nice touch, especially for our kids. All the staff and security were friendly and helpful. This location is close to some amazing dining and activities. The ease of calling a FREE ride and being picked up right outside our door was convenient and fun. We’d definitely stay here again.

Not as advertised

This property is not ocean view as advertised. Further, the pin on the map is not over the correct address. The map pin would lead you to beleive the property is ocean view.

Confirming that this property is not gulf front and does not have a view of the water. The complex itself is located on the gulf side. Please note our listing description and headline that the unit is located in building 1 with a garden view, away from the beach. Although it is not beach front, the walk to the beach is very short and easy. Thank you, Anh, iTrip Sarasota and Venice
