Should you arrive at the property earlier, feel free to explore the resort clubhouse, where you will have full access to the resort amenities
- We have a firm check-out time at 10AM
- We cannot provide late check-out

- Starter amounts are provided for these amenities, they will most likely be insufficient for the duration of your stay

Beautiful house with a few issues

We have stayed in Windsor Hills numerous times in different properties. This house was decorated beautifully. Very clean with a few areas that could have been cleaner. The biggest issue was the sliding door to the pool. This door is a disgrace. It needs to be replaced. Very difficult to open or close. I hurt my hand several times. Also the safety alarm does not work and the safety fence is not in proper working order. Very dangerous with toddlers. This property is not stocked well compared to the other properties we have stayed in. Not enough bath towels for 12 people. No washcloths. We had to buy washcloths from Walmart. The kitchen needs a decent set of pots and pans. No dish towels. The management company is easy to get a hold of. The garbage disposal was not working and they came out right away. On another note, I received a call from them a day before our arrival. I was busy and couldn’t take the call but when I called back nobody knew who it was that called me (I told them his name was Joe) or what he wanted. I called back a few times but never found out what they wanted. We had a great time and the kids loved the game room which was the nicest that we ever had. The pool was terrific. We had it heated and it was perfect. If these issues were resolved it would be the perfect rental.

Close to Disney!!

We really researched properties in Florida to visit Disney. So many would advertise "close to Disney," but the reviews would say it was more like a 20 minute drive or even more, due to the traffic. This property really is CLOSE To Disney! Easily accessible and we were there in no time. Wish we would've planned to stay more around the property as it is beautiful too! Thank you Frank and Winnie!! We will have to come back. It was perfect for our family. The only thing I would change is that the property stated it had three King size beds. There were only two rooms with King size beds.

Wish we could have spent more time at the house.

The upstairs bedrooms were great and the kids and grandkids enjoyed the rooms and decor a lot. The downstairs bedroom was advertised as a king bed, but was actually a queen. The downstairs AC didn't seem to be effective, so 2 of our 11 people were uncomfortable at night. The management company responded, but it was our last day when the AC was actually looked at. Overall a fun Disney vacation house.

Perfect Disney vacation rental

This house is less than 15 minutes from Disney. The touches around the house is perfect. Communication was good between location manager, there was a misunderstanding of where the trash was supposed to go outside but a quick phone call and it was all cleared up. Would definitely recommend!
