Enjoy unforgettable sunsets and panoramic views of Cape Cod Bay from this inviting 3-bedroom waterfront home. With open-concept living spaces and two large decks, this property is ideal for families or small groups seeking a true coastal escape.

Inside, the expansive kitchen, dining, and living areas offer sweeping water views and plenty of space to relax. The living room features a 30" TV and comfortable seating for movie nights or quiet evenings. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed and direct access to the back deck, while the second bedroom also has a queen, and the third offers two twin beds—great for children or additional guests. A spacious full bath includes a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.

Step outside to the back deck, equipped with a gas grill and outdoor furniture—perfect for evening barbecues under the stars. An enclosed outdoor shower offers a refreshing rinse after a day at the beach, and the front deck is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee as gentle waves lap at the shoreline.

Additional features include WiFi, cable TV, a washer and dryer, ceiling fans, and beach chairs for guest use. The property also offers a private fenced yard for added privacy and space to enjoy the outdoors.

We enjoy Wellfleet very much and all that the Outer Cape has to offer. This was our first year renting at 10 Samoset Ave and we loved the house! The location is perfect with a beautiful view of the beach. We enjoy all of the beaches in Wellfleet, but it was also very convenient to have a beach so close in proximity to the house.The Lucich family would be very happy to spend our summer vacation at this home next year!😃🌞

Reviewer Comments: We love 10 Samoset.As you can see in the picture with the amazing view, we recommend some trimming of the shrubs that have grown up to block the view in the picture. Otherwise 10 Samoset is an ideal spot for our family.We loved the upgrade in the washing machine/dryer and recommend an upgrade in the dishwasher and a few of the outdoor chairs. Thank you
