Hi Yolanda. Thank you for choosing our property for your stay before your cruise, and for sharing your feedback with us. We're thrilled to hear that you found the check-in process easy and that the house lived up to your expectations. Hi John. Thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the flickering lights. However, we would like to clarify that we attempted to send maintenance on multiple occasions, and each time you requested that we come back later as the timing was not convenient. During our phone conversations, you ultimately let us know that the issue was not a major inconvenience and asked us to address it after your departure. For this reason, we were surprised to read that this was later reported as an unresolved or significant issue, given that we followed your requests and instructions throughout your stay. Please rest assured that the matter will be addressed, and we always remain available to assist guests during their stay when access and timing allow. Best regards,
