The circuit breaker for the water heater needed to be reset, and the issue was addressed at that time. Throughout the remainder of your stay, we did not receive any indication that there were additional problems with the apartment. During this reservation, several items in the apartment were damaged, including the shower sliding door, the oven drawer, and a sink faucet. These repairs required time and professional service after checkout. The group also left the apartment in a condition that was significantly messier than usual, which may have contributed to the impressions described in the review. The apartment is fully equipped for five guests, and we provide ample bedding, towels, and household supplies. The photos on the listing accurately reflect the space and furnishings—what you see is exactly what you will find when you arrive. We welcome feedback and always strive to improve, but we believe it’s equally important for future guests to see the full context.
