Recently fully renovated and tastefully decorated 2-bedroom 2 bathroom 3rd floor condo in the very desirable island community of Bay Oaks. Bay Oaks offers a heated pool, barbecue grill area, tennis courts, fishing area on the intra-coastal and pool table in the club house. Vacation on beautiful Siesta Key less than a ten-minute walk to the public beach access with provided beach chairs, towels, and cooler... everything you need to enjoy the pristine beach across the street. Located 1/2 mile from Siesta Key "South-end Village" with shopping, restaurants, and bars. If you are looking for even more selection, Siesta Key Village is also just 2 miles north.

Step inside and you will enter the main living area furnished with dining table with seating for 6 and the living room area furnished with comfortable lounge seating with queen sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 piece appliance set among other small kitchen appliance, cookware, and dish-ware. Washer & dryer is located just off the kitchen. Around the corner you will find the guest bedroom and bathroom. The guest bedroom is furnished with queen-size bedroom set and access to walk-in closet and guest bathroom. The guest bathroom is equipped with tub/shower combo. Moving down the hall you find the master suite. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bedroom set and access to walk-in closet as well as the en-suite bathroom which is equipped with stall shower and double sink vanity.

There is a handy free island trolley that runs the length of the island when you don't want to drive. You can also give a call to one of the "free rides".

Whether it be a family vacation or just a romantic couple getting away on holiday or a much-needed vacation, you can't go wrong.

​​​​​​​No pets allowed, sorry. No smoking permitted in the condo. One carport is provided with additional guest parking if needed.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a great stay enjoyed the pool and also the dock. We fished and watched the wildlife and sunrise. We also utilized the grill for burgers. Our family had a wonderful vacation.

Great location

Had a great time with friends. The location is great with the trolley and ride hops. Unit was dated for sure but had most everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. A bit far from the beach unless you like to walk or drive there. Overall nice stay.

Worst unit we've stayed at this property

Property had broken shower door, badly torn screen on balcony, dirty floors and 1 dishtowel. No ceiling fans in unit, dishwasher was insecure.

Thanks for staying. Sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay as so many other have. The shower door was not broken, the guest knocked it off the track and just needed to be put back in its place, The “badly torn screen” was a 6” tear that the previous guest made and already scheduled to be replaced. Floors are vacuumed and mopped prior to arrival, perhaps the balcony floor outside may have been dirty. 2 kitchen wash cloths and 2 dish towels were provided. There are no ceiling fans as depicted in the images of the unit.

Great stay

The property was in a good location, easy access to everything by walking or taking the free trolley. We didn’t cook but the kitchen looked well stocked. We needed to use the pull out couch one night and it had a sign saying it was broken. If you aren’t going to replace it change your listing, I called the property management company and they said a inflatable mattress was provided in condo. Bedrooms were nice. Master bedroom looked over the pool, but at night the pool lights shined into bedroom and the plastic vertical blinds did not keep the light out. Management company was very responsive when called. Easy check in and check out process.

Property description is misleading

While property is across from beach, you cannot see it or access it due to the building in the way. The closest beach access is. 9 miles and is more then a 10 minute walk, especially in 85 degree weather. The pool area is small and fills up by late morning-and that's the office season. There are no umbrellas for shade. The pool is flanked by AC units, so it is always noisy especially when people are talking to each other. Our unit, E53, was dirty and we had to wipe everything down with a Clorox wipe. Our feet were always dirty. The 2 bedrooms had long vertical blinds over the windows that did not block any light at night. The mattresses were hard as a rock. On the up side. The unit was well layed out, the kitchen was well stocked with plates and cookware, the living room furniture was comfortable and the appliances were relatively new-and a washer and dryer. If you don't have a car, stay somewhere else if you want the beach If you stay here, get a clean unit with window curtains.
