Fantastic family getaway with spectacular 16th floor ocean and bay views! This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront condo is stocked with everything you need to enjoy your beach vacation. Prepare meals in the nicely updated kitchen, relax in front of the TV or slide out to the incredible private balcony. The great split floor plan allows for some privacy with a bedroom and bathroom on either side of the living area. Once you check-in, you won't want to check-out of Unit 1602! See you soon!

The 9400 Building provides all you need to make the most of your stay. You can take advantage of the fitness room, laundry rooms and one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City, MD! An easy stroll to shopping, grocery stores and restaurants and of course, steps away from your toes in the sand. The building entrance is secured and each condo is provided a single parking space. Come and enjoy easy living and all that beach life has to offer.

As a thank you for staying with Coastal Resort Sales and Rentals in Ocean City, MD we offer each reservation a complimentary welcome beach bag which includes paper towels, bathroom tissue, laundry and dish detergents, trash bags, and even bathroom toiletries!

Your reservation includes a $50 building amenity use fee. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come, 1st serve basis through the 9400 Building directly for an additional $50.

Family Trip

I stayed here for my birthday/ 4th of July with my family & this condo was so nice very clean & spacious! The check in process was extremely easy as well

Needs some TLC

9400 building and grounds are nice but the condo itself was a let down. Upon walking in there was a mildew smell. Once in and checking the place out there was small hole in wall cracks in the ceiling. Inches of dust on ceiling fans along with the intake ducts. The chicken wire on the patio is rusted and dangerous for small children. If you look at the pictures they have on the site there is no chicken wire. Kitchen floor is a different color than the eating area. June 2023 the guests that stayed said the floor was flooded from the dishwasher well upon fixing we think they used flooring from the dining area for kitchen so it would all match. In laying it down they left gaps between the boards never put the baseboards back on just the corner round and while we were there it flooded on us also. The light in one of the bathrooms is missing a bulb. A few of the appliances are outdated no Tupperware that matched. The griddle was missing the grease trap. The patio furniture on the balcony is not what you get. We had 4 white plastic chairs you can buy at Walmart and a table that is not the one in the photos. There were other things I could list but these were what I felt were the most important. When talking to the Costal Resort staff we found out they don’t own the room it’s a private listing. (I found it on VRBO) I got the impression they don’t do any cleaning or maintenance for the room the owners have to take care of that themselves. Be prepared if you book pics are deceiving

Poor Management

We have stayed at this property for 3 years for our vacation. This year we encountered a flood in the kitchen. Facilities said they would come out and fix it; however, nothing was done. When I tried to speak to the front office, they were relatively dismissive. By the end of the week, the condo smelled of mildew. When we went to check out, no one was even in the office to discuss the matter.

great building, but condo could use work...

I really enjoyed the 9400 building - the proximity to the beach, the pool area, and the general location in OC. We did not want to be close to the boardwalk, and this was perfect. Very close to fenwick, and good restaurants. The condo itself was less than desirable. It really could use a good cleaning/updating (mold in the shower, dirty and missing baseboards, bathtub backing up, sticky cabinets, hardware broken or missing on furniture, light bulbs burned out etc). The internet connection was absolutely horrible, the smart TV in the master bedroom was unusable because of the connection. My kids loved that the condo had bunkbeds, and that they provided many sand toys, and boogie boards.
